Sebanyak 4,8% penduduk Indonesia telah melebihi batas konsumsi gula yang telah ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 tahun 2013. Selain itu, proporsi konsumsi minuman berpemanis ≥ 1 kali/hari di Indonesia meningkat sebesar 8,17% pada tahun 2018. Banten merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan proporsi konsumsi minuman berpemanis yang tinggi (61,46%), lebih besar dari proporsi konsumsi minuman berpemanis di Indonesia. Salah satu penyumbang proporsi terbesar merupakan Tangerang. Konsumsi minuman berpemanis merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang mendorong obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap, uang saku, teman, dan akses dengan perilaku konsumsi MBDK pada siswa-siswi SMAN 28 Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui pengisian self-administered questionnaire oleh 172 siswa aktif SMAN 28 Kabupaten Tangerang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan sebanyak 88 (50,6%) responden mengonsumsi MBDK yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan secara statistik antara jenis kelamin (p= 0,046; OR= 2,16; 95% CI 1,07 - 4,36) dan uang saku (P= 0,004; OR=2,62; 95% CI 1,40-4,89) dengan Konsumsi MBDK, sehingga saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti yaitu membatasi penjualan dan iklan MBDK dan menyediakan air siap minum di sekolah.
Approximately 4.8% of the Indonesian population has exceeded the sugar consumption limit set by the Minister of Health Regulation No. 30 of 2013. Furthermore, the proportion of daily sweetened beverage consumption in Indonesia increased by 8.17% in 2018. The province of Banten is notable for having a high proportion of sweetened beverage consumption (61.46%), exceeding the national average, with Tangerang being a significant contributor. The consumption of sweetened beverages is a primary factor contributing to obesity. This study aims to investigate the knowledge, attitudes, pocket money, peer influence, and access related to the behavior of sweetened beverage consumption (MBDK) among students of SMAN 28 in Tangerang Regency in 2024. A cross-sectional study design was employed, with data collected via a self-administered questionnaire completed by 172 active students of SMAN 28 Tangerang Regency. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test to examine the relationships between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The findings revealed that 88 respondents (50.6%) exhibited high consumption of MBDK. Additionally, the study identified statistically significant relationships between gender (p= 0.046; OR= 2.16; 95% CI 1.07 - 4.36) and pocket money (p= 0.004; OR= 2.62; 95% CI 1.40 - 4.89) with MBDK consumption. Based on these findings, it is recommended to implement restrictions on the sale and advertisement of MBDK and to provide readily available drinking water in schools.

Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi yang tidak memadai selama masa remaja dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan dan dapat berdampak pada generasi mendatang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor-faktor, seperi body image, jenis kelamin, keragaman pangan, tingkat stress, pengetahuan gizi, konsumsi sarapan, frekuensi konsumsi makanan utama, pengaruh media sosial, dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap asupan energi siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara (2x 24 hours recall) kepada siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan yang dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober – November 2023. Penelitian dilakukan pada 104 siswa yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Sebagian besar siswa SMA X Tangerang Selatan memiliki asupan energi kurang (< 80% AKE) yaitu sebesar 57,7%. Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel body image (p-value= 0,001), keragaman pangan (p-value= 0,024), pengetahuan gizi (p-value= 0,035), konsumsi sarapan (p-value= 0,001), frekuensi konsumsi makanan utama (p-value= 0,001), dan pengaruh media sosial (p-value= 0,007) terhadap asupan energi serta tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel jenis kelamin (p-value= 1,000), tingkat stress (p-value= 0,377), dan pengaruh teman sebaya (p-value= 0,793) terhadap asupan energi. Diperlukan edukasi gizi pada remaja yang dapat dilakukan dengan dukungan dari orang tua, pihak sekolah, dan puskesmas setempat dengan membentuk program yang dapat memaksimalkan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi pada remaja.

Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires and interviews (2x 24 hour recall) with SMA X South Tangerang students in October – November 2023. Rokok menjadi salah satu ancaman kesehatan masyarakat terbesar di dunia yang pernah dihadapi, dan membunuh hampir enam juta orang dalam setahun. Pada tahun 2013 Indonesia berada di peringkat pertama sebagai negara dengan konsumen rokok terbanyak di Asia Tenggara, dengan jumlah konsumen mencapai 46,16%. Berdasarkan data Susenas (2001) dan Riskesdas (2010), prevalensi merokok pada kelompok usia 10-14 tahun mengalami peningkatan hampir dua kali lipat, dimana pada tahun 2001 trend usia merokok kelompok 10-14 tahun sebesar 9,5%, dan pada tahun 2010 menjadi 17,5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok siswa SMP/MTs di Kecamatan Mojoagung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan, bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku merokok siswa adalah sikap, keterjangkauan rokok, teman sebaya, dan iklan rokok.

In 2013 Indonesia was placed in first rank as the state with the highest cigarette consumers in Southeast Asia, the number of consumers reached 46,16%. Based on Susenas (2001) and Riskesdas (2011), the prevalence of smoking in the age group 10-14 years has increased nearly double, where in 2001 the trend of smoking age group 10-14 years is 9,5%, and it became 17,5% in 2010. This research used crosssectional study design with the objective to understand the factors related with smoking behavior of Junior High School student in Mojoagung District. Based on research results, the variables which have a significant correlation with smoking behavior of students are attitude, cigarette affordability, peers, and cigarette advertising.

Sugar sweetened beverages merupakan minuman dengan berbagai macam gula tambahan. SSBs tinggi kalori, tetapi sangat rendah kandungan zat gizi lainnya. Konsumsi SSBs berlebihan menyebabkan kecanduan, beban glikemik tinggi, peningkatan berat badan dan risiko penyakit tidak menular, hingga gangguan psikologis. Remaja merupakan kelompok usia rentan dengan tingkat konsumsi SSBs tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konsumsi SSBs dan berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi SSBs pada siswa/i SMA Kristen Karunia. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional pada bulan April 2024 dengan sebanyak 134 responden di SMA Kristen Karunia Jakarta Pusat yang diperoleh melalui total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dengan uji Chi square, dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 49,3% siswa/i memiliki tingkat konsumsi SSBs tinggi (≥250 ml/hari). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan terkait SSBs (p-value 0,010; OR 2,778; 95% CI 1,329-5,807), ketersediaan SSBs di rumah (p-value 0,013; OR 2,588; 95% CI 1,274-5,256), dan pengaruh teman (p-value 0,000; OR 4,098; 95% CI 1,915-8,769) dengan konsumsi SSBs pada siswa/i SMA Kristen Karunia Jakarta Pusat. Faktor dominan konsumsi SSBs adalah pengaruh teman (OR=4,104). Siswa/i yang terpengaruh teman berpeluang 4,104 kali lebih tinggi memiliki tingkat konsumsi SSBs tinggi. Siswa/i disarankan membatasi konsumsi SSBs sehari-hari, mengganti konsumsi SSBs dengan air putih, serta saling mengingatkan teman untuk mengurangi konsumsi SSBs.
Sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) are drinks with various types of added sugars. SSBs are high in calories but very low in other nutrient content. Excessive consumption of SSBs causes addiction, high glycemic load, weight gain, risk of non-communicable diseases, and psychological disorders. Adolescents are a vulnerable age group with high levels of SSB consumption. This study aimed to determine the description of SSB consumption and various factors associated with SSB consumption among students of Karunia Christian High School. The study design used was cross-sectional in April 2024 with 134 respondents at Karunia High School Central Jakarta, obtained through total sampling. Data collection was done through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed univariately, bivariately using Chi-square test, and multivariately using multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 49,3% of students had high levels of SSB consumption (≥250 ml/day). The bivariate analysis results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge related to SSBs (p-value 0,010; OR 2,778; 95% CI 1,329-5,807), availability of SSBs at home (p-value 0,013; OR 2,588; 95% CI 1,274-5,256), and peer influence (p-value 0,000; OR 4,098; 95% CI 1,915-8,769) with SSB consumption among students of Karunia High School, Central Jakarta. The dominant factor for SSB consumption was peer influence (OR=4.104). Students who were influenced by peers were 4,104 times more likely to have high levels of SSB consumption. Students are advised to limit their daily SSB consumption, replace SSB consumption with plain water, and remind each other to reduce SSB consumption.
