Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perilaku pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) pada siswi SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perilaku SADARI siswi ditinjau dari variabel yang ada di dalam teori health belief model, diantaranya riwayat kanker pada keluarga, pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan dan keseriusan kanker payudara, persepsi manfaat dan hambatan melakukan SADARI, serta sumber informasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 100 orang siswi kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tambun Selatan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 34% siswi pernah melakukan SADARI dan 66% siswi lainnya tidak pernah melakukan SADARI. Dari 8 variabel yang diteliti, 3 variabel memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku SADARI siswi. Faktor yang berpengaruh adalah persepsi keseriusan kanker payudara (nilai p=0,040), persepsi hambatan melakukan SADARI (nilai p=0,009), dan sumber informasi (nilai p=0,001). Hasil ini menunjukan perlunya peningkatan kesadaran siswi terhadap kesehatan payudaranya serta adanya pemberian informasi dan konseling terkait dengan kanker payudara dan SADARI.
This study discusses the behavior of breast self-examination (BSE) in high school students. The objective of this study is to look at BSE behavior among high school students from variables in the theory of health belief models, including a history of cancer in the family, knowledge, perceived seriousness and perceived susceptibility of breast cancer, perceived benefits and barriers to perform BSE, and as well as resources of BSE. In this study using quantitative approaches and cross-sectional study methodes. Data collected through questionnaire to 100 students at SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan using purposive sampling method. Based on the survey results revealed that 34% of students have perform BSE and 66% other never perform BSE. Of 8 variables studied, three variables have a siginificant correlation with BSE behavior. Factors that influence are perceived seriousness of breast cancer (p value= 0.040), perceived barriers to perform BSE (p value= 0.009), and resources (p value= 0.001). These results indicate the need to increase student awareness on breast health as well as the provision of information and counseling related to breast cancer and BSE.

Tinggi badan adalah salah satu indikator kesehatan dan kesejahteraan suatu individu maupun populasi. Berdasarkan data dari Riskesdas tahun 2018, prevalensi pendek dan sangat pendek pada remaja berusia 16-18 tahun adalah 25,82%. Prevalensi tersebut masih berada di atas ambang batas masalah kesehatan masyarakat menurut WHO. Adapun prevalensi pendek dan sangat pendek di Kota Depok untuk kelompok usia 16-18 tahun adalah 12,37%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan TB/U pada siswa SMA negeri di Kota Depok tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 217 responden. Asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, kalsium, dan zink, serta tinggi badan ibu memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan TB/U siswa SMA, dengan asupan zink sebagai faktor dominan yang paling berhubungan. Sementara, asupan vitamin D, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, pendidikan orangtua pendapatan keluarga, dan tinggi badan ayah tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signfikan terhadap TB/U siswa SMA. Faktor asupan zat gizi makro maupun mikro memegang peranan penting terhadap TB/U siswa SMA. Faktor genetik, terutama tinggi badan ibu juga berpengaruh terhadap TB/U siswa SMA.
Height is an indicator of the health and well-being of an individual or population. Based on data from Riskesdas 2018, the prevalence of shortness and very shortness in adolescents aged 16-18 years is 25.82%. The prevalence is still above the threshold for a public health problem according to WHO. The prevalence of shortness and very shortness in Depok City for the 16-18 year age group is 12.37%. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with TB/U in public high school students in Depok City in 2024. Methods: This research uses a cross-sectional design with quantitative methods and uses primary data collected from 217 respondents. Energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat, calcium and zinc intake, as well as maternal height, had a significant relationship with high school students' height for age, with zinc intake as the dominant factor that was most related. Meanwhile, vitamin D intake, physical activity, sleep duration, parental education, family income, and father's height do not have a significant influence on height for age of high school students. Macro and micro nutrient intake factors play an important role in high school students' height for age. Genetic factors, especially maternal height, also influence height for age in high school students.

Sarapan merupakan kegiatan makan dan minum yang dilakukan antara bangun pagi hingga pukul 9 pagi untuk mewujudkan hidup sehat, aktif, dan produktif. Sarapan merupakan waktu makan paling penting dalam sehari karena menyediakan energi untuk beraktivitas. Penelitian serupa sebelumnya di SMAN 3 Depok didapatkan sebanyak 77,1% siswa memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Kebiasaan melewatkan sarapan dapat menimbulkan dampak lapar dan lemas pada siswa sekolah sehingga mengganggu performa akademiknya selama kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan pada siswa/i SMA Negeri 14 Depok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang terkumpul adalah 129 responden yang berasal dari siswa/i kelas 10 dan 11 tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form dan formulir FFQ yang diisi secara mandiri oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 78,3% responden memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan sarapan (p-value = 0,004; OR=4,380; 95% CI 1,683 – 11,396), sikap terhadap sarapan (p-value = 0,001; OR=6,625; 95% CI 2,144 – 20,473), ketersediaan sarapan (p-value = 0,001; OR=4,714; 95% CI 1,885 – 11,790), dan pengaruh orang tua (p-value = 0,007; OR=4,049; 95% CI 1,514 – 10,826) dengan kebiasaan sarapan. Siswa/i dengan pengetahuan sarapan rendah, sikap negatif terhadap sarapan, ketersediaan sarapan tidak selalu, dan orang tua yang tidak berpengaruh lebih berisiko memiliki kebiasaan sarapan tidak baik. Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan siswa/i SMAN 14 Depok adalah jenis kelamin, uang saku, citra tubuh, kualitas tidur, makan larut malam, dan waktu masuk sekolah.

Breakfast is the most important meal to provides energy for activities. Previous research at SMAN 3 Depok found that about 77,1% of students had bad breakfast habits. Skipping breakfast can cause feelings of hunger and weakness in school students, thus disrupting ther academic performance during learning activities at school. This study aims to determine the overview and factors related to breakfast habits among students at SMA Negeri 14 Depok. The research design used was cross-sectional with purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents collected was 129 who came from student in grades 10 and 11 for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection was carried out using google form questionnaire and FFQ forms which were filled out independently by respondents. The research results showed that 78,3% of respondents had a bad breakfast habits. There is a relationship between breakfast knowledge (p-value = 0.004; OR=4.380; 95% CI 1.683 – 11.396), attitude towards breakfast (p-value = 0.001; OR=6.625; 95% CI 2.144 – 20.473), breakfast availability (p-value = 0.001; OR=4.714; 95% CI 1.885 – 11.790), and parental influence (p-value = 0.007; OR=4.049; 95% CI 1.514 – 10.826) with breakfast habits. Students with low breakfast knowledge, negative attitudes towards breakfast, occasional availability of breakfast, and parents who are not influential are more at risk of having bad breakfast habits.
