Abstrak
Program Bidan PTT bertujuan meningkatkan pemerataan distribusi tenaga kesehatandalam rangkamenurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan hubungan take home income dengan kinerja bidan PTT di Kabupaten Mukomuko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan dua populasi dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa kinerja bidan adalah baik dengan rata-rata take home income bidan PTT adalah Rp.4.143.198 dan bidan PNS adalah Rp. 5.395.388. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antaratake home income dengan kinerja bidan PTT sementara untuk bidan PNS tidak berhubungan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bidan perlu dibuat suatu pola insentif baik material dan non material dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keadaan daerah.
The impermanent midwives Programme aims to improve equitable distribution of health workers in order to reduce the MMR and IMR. Research purposes to gain insight and take home income relationship with the performance of impermanent midwives in Mukomuko district. This study is a survey of the two populations with univariate and bivariate analyzes.
The results showed that the performance of midwives is well with the average take-home income is Rp.4.143.198 impermanent midwives and civil servants is Rp. 5.395.388. There is a significant relationship between the take home income with impermanent midwives performance while civil servants midwaves are not related. To improve the performance of midwives needs to be a good incentive pattern material and nonmaterial by considering local circumstances.

In the insurance world, the better the increasing number of participants and vice versa, including social insurance, known as the National Health Insurance as applied in Indonesia. But in fact, there are still people who have not joined the JKN because they assume they must pay dues according to their expensive every month, then there are participants who do not know about JKN. This thesis aims to determine the factors independently associated with participation in the work area BPJS Bogor district office operational services in 2015. This study uses a quantitative research with cross sectional design meaningful measurements of dependent and independent variables held at one time. the total population in this study were 110 people, using a questionnaire measuring devices, analysis is the analysis of univariate and bivariate with chi-square test statuistk. Results of the study six (6) variables significantly associated with the participation of independent education, employment, views on risk, income, premiums and usability and 3 (three) variables were not significantly related to the participation of self-such as age, gender and number of family members also suggested to KLO BPJS the Bogor Regency for dissemination to participants related to how, registration requirements and the benefits of being JKN participants in order to achieve universal coverage.

The objective of this study was to determine the description of waist circumference, the association of risk factors and waist circumference, and predominant factor of waist circumference. This study use a cross sectional design research with purposive sampling among 139 elementary school teacher in Cilandak District, South Jakarta in year 2013. The data have been collected on this research included waist circumference, sex, age, income, nutrition knowledge, energy sufficiency, carbohydrate sufficiency, fat sufficiency, and physical activity.
dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital in Salatiga, very supportive to TheNational Health Insurance program which has been launched on January 1, 2014.This is one of the challenges for specialists to keep doing the best services inorder to serve the basic needs of public health and eligible. Research on specialists satisfactions have give a fairly good result on majority of the research variables.This study used a qualitative approach with a depth interviews and structured interviews revealed that the majority do not feel satisfied with the services division and wants transparency of financial administration specialists, as well asthe expected increase in facilities and existing facilities. dr. Ario Wirawan Lung General Hospital and spesialists were appreciated with BPJS program.
