Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kinerja perawat rawat imp dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Palembang dari tanggal 1 April sampai dengan 31 Mei 2001. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional pada 60 perawat di ruang rawat inap.
Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat; dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, regresi linier, t-test dan analisa varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat rata-rata adalah 294,71 dan nilai median 303,30. Setelah dikelompokkan dengan pengkategorian baik dan kurang didapatkan hasil 50 % kinerja baik dan 50 % kinerja kurang. Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan, motivasi, persepsi peran, disain pekerjaan, imbalan. dan sumberdaya mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja. Dan hasil analisis multivariat didapat bahwa faktor-faktor tingkat pendidikan, persepsi peran, imbalan dan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dominan secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat.
Perlu bagi pihak mamajemen RS Jiwa Palembang untuk memperhatikan peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan meningkatkan pendidikan, balk pendidikan formal maupun non formal yang terprogram. Variabel imbalan perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, dengan mengadakan program pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kebanggaan peran sebagai perawat.
Factors Related to Performance of Inpatient Nurses in Palembang Mental Hospital, Year 2001Nursing is one the profession that plays important role in organizing efforts of assuring quality of care in hospital. Nursing documentation is an important document for patients nursing activities in the hospital.
Human resource, especially nurses play an important role in increasing the nursing activities service quality that in turn will increase the service quality. Therefore, productivity increase is needed to improve performance. The performance is highly affected by various factors, both internally and externally.
This research is intended to obtain description regarding the performance of inpatients nurses and to implement nursing activities documentation and to identify factors related the performance of the nurses. The research was done in Palembang Mental Hospital from April 1 to May 31, 2001. The research design used is cross sectional on 60 nurses in the inpatients room.
The analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis; by using descriptive statistics test; linear regression , independent sample t-test and analysis of variance. The result of the research indicates that average performance of the nurses is 294,71 and median value is 303,30. After it is group according to good and poor category, it is found out that 50 % is good and 50 % is poor. From bivariate analysis it is obtained that education, motivation, role perception , job design and resources factors have significant relationship with performance ( p < 0,05 ). From the multivariate analysis, it is obtained that education, role perception and incentive factors are dominant factors collectively with relationship to the performance of the nurses.
It is necessary that management of Palembang Mental Hospital to consider the nurses performance in documentation of the nursing activities by increasing the education, both formal and informal programmed education. The role perception and .incentive variable needs to be considered in increasing the performance of the nurses, by organizing training program that will increased the work motivation and self-respect as nurses.
This thesis aims to analyze the inpatient nurses turnover at Zahirah Hospital on 2012. The background of this study was the high rate of inpatient nurses turnover on 2012 reached 40%. Therefore, the researchers wanted to know what factors are associated with turnover, views of the individual factors, occupational factors, and organizational factors. This research is a qualitative with descriptive-analysis method. There are 8 (eight) informant, including HR manager, nursing manager, heads of inpatient units, three (3) inpatient nurses who are still working, and 2 inpatient nurses who are already out of RSU Zahirah. The study states that there are several factors related to inpatient nurses turnover in Zahirah Hospital, namely compensation as a major factor, workload, and the opportunity to advance.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa alur proses yang adasekaligus memberikan usulan perbaikan agar proses pemulangan pasien rawatinap menjadi lebih cepat. Desain penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif denganmetode lean thinking melalui telaah dokumen, wawancara mendalam danobservasi.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan lead time atau waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pemulangan pasien adalah 252,4 menit (4,2 jam). Total waktu kegiatanyang bersifat value added 168 menit, sedangkan total waktu kegiatan yangbersifat non value added adalah 84,4 menit. Dari identifikasi nilai yang dilakukanterhadap alur proses pemulangan pasien ini ditemukan waste sebesar 63,6 menityang bila bisa dihilangkan akan memotong lead time menjadi 188,3 menit (3,1jam).

Process of discharging hospitalized patient is part of service given by the hospital.A Good and satisfying service during hospitalization can turn into unsatisfiedperception if at the end of hospitalization there is obstacle in discharging patientand make the process longer.
This research is to analyze the process and give agood suggestion for discharging inpatient process in order to make it moreefficient. Design of this research is lean thinking method using document analysis, interview, and observation.
Result of the research indicating lead time or timeneeded for discharging patient is 252.4 minutes (4.2 hours). Total activity timewhich is value added is 168 minute, while total activity time which is non valueadded is 84.4 minute. Base on this value identification found waste value time63.6 minute can be diminished and cutting lead time to 188.4 minute (3.1hour).

This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

ABSTRAK Nama : Muhammad Rizki Fajriansyah Program Studi : Kajian Administrasi Rumah Sakit Judul : Studi Tentang Pilihan Pelayanan Yang Berhubungan Dengan Utilisasi Rawat Inap RSIA Budi Kemuliaan Tahun 2012 RSIA Budi Kemuliaan memiliki posisi strategis di pusat kota Jakarta diantara perumahan dan perkantoran. Peningkatan pemanfaatan kelas rawat inap setiap tahunnya belum mencapai target optimal yang signifikan, terutama rawat inap kelas 1 (I,VIP,VVIP) yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat gambaran karakteristik pasien rawat inap RSIA Budi Kemuliaan serta mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan utilisasi. Disain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat analitik deskriptif. Sampel penelitian 210 responden mewakili rawat inap kelas 1, 2 dan 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden adalah ibu RT berpendidikan SLTA, penghasilan kurang dari 3 juta, memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang baik tentang pelayanan, referensi terbesar dari keluarga, biaya perawatan ditanggung sendiri, dan rata-rata jarak rumah pasien ke rumah sakit 10,14 km dengan waktu tempuh 20 menit. Terdapat perbedaan karakteristik dan perbedaan persepsi yang berkaitan dengan perilaku petugas di rawat inap kelas 1, 2 dan 3. Analisis multinomial diperoleh hasil dimana yang signifikan mempengaruhi utilisasi kelas 1 versus kelas 3 adalah pendidikan, ketrampilan perawat/bidan, referensi keluarga dan yang paling dominan perilaku petugas, sedangkan variabel yang mempengaruhi utilisasi kelas 2 versus kelas 3 adalah penanggung biaya. Hasil penelitian menyarankan upaya peningkatan dengan melakukan pemeliharaan, penambahan fasilitas, pemenuhan kebutuhan yang diperlukan tenaga medis dan non medis dalam melaksanakan fungsi pelayanannya serta dilakukan pendekatan pemasaran terdiferensiasi (differentiated marketing approach). ABSTRACT Nama : Muhammad Rizki Fajriansyah Program Studi : Post Graduate of Hospital Administration Judul : Study of factor option related to services utilitization inpatient of Budi Kemuliaan Martenal and Child Hospital in 2012 Located in the city center of Jakarta, Budi Kemuliaan Martenal and Child Hospital has a strategic position among the houses and offices. Increased utilization of hospital admissions each year has not reached the significant of optimal target, especially inpatient class 1 (I, VIP, VVIP), is the background of this research. The research objective to observe the picture of the characteristics of inpatients Budi Kemuliaan Martenal and Child Hospital and its determine factors associated with utilization. Design of this study are Cross-sectional research with quantitative descriptive - analytic approaches. Sample of 210 respondents representing research inpatient class 1, 2 and 3. The results showed the majority of respondents were housewife graduated high school education, earning less than 3 million, have poor knowledge about the service, the largest reference is from the family, medical cost are affordes privately, and the average distance of the patient to the hospital with 10.14 miles travel time 20 minutes. There are differences in characteristics and differences in perceptions related to officer behavior in inpatient class 1, 2 and 3. Multinomial analysis of obtained results which are affecting the utilization of class 1 versus class 3 is the education, skills nurses, family reference and the most dominant are behavior of officers, while the variables that affect the utilization of class 2 versus class 3 is the person in charge. ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada saat ini masih menerapkan pelayanan administrasi secara manual baik dari pengumpulan data pasien, pengumpulan tagihan pasien, serta perhitungannya. Hal ini dinilai kurang efektif karena mengakibatkan waktu pelayanan yang lama, terutama bagi pasien rawat inap. Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada bermaksud mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) secara bertahap yang dimulai dari computerized billing system pada instalasi rawat inap. Billing system yang tepat waktu dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang efisien karena Rumah Sakit ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada merupakan rumah sakit swasta, yang sangat bergantung pada revenue pasien. Tujuan: Menyusun disain computerized billing system pada instalasi rawat inap Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada untuk mendukung kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada yang berkaitan dengan sistem billing rawat inap, yaitu: Direktur Keuangan, petugas loket pendaftaran rawat inap. petugas administrasi billing di ruang rawat inap, petugas administrasi instalasi farmasi, petugas administrasi instalasi laboratorium, dan petugas administrasi instalasi radiologi. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar wawancara dan alat perekam suara. Hasil: Pengembangan computerized billing system yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada dimulai dengan melakukan analisa sistem yang berjalan saat ini, spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem, serta perancangan sistem yang meliputi hardware, software, dan brainware. Disain usulan computerized billing system Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada dimulai dengan satu modul administrasi rawat inap dan dibangun dengan spesifikasi access project yang merupakan aplikasi microsoft access yang menggunakan database MySQL server. Kesimpulan: Manajemen Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puspa Husada telah mengembangkan computerized billing system. Program pengembangan tersebut merupakan upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien. Pengembangan computerized billing system baru diterapkan di instalasi rawat inap berdasarkan banyaknya keluhan mengenai lamanya waktu tunggu pembayaran tagihan pasien saat hendak pulang setelah dirawat. Untuk menunjang implementasi maka perlu dipersiapkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, pemeliharaan sistem, dan usaha pengembangan sistem.
ABSTRACT Still today Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital manually administered serviced on collecting, gathering, and calculating patient bills. The less effective services caused longer time services, especially for inpatient installation. Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital intend to develop Hospital Management Information system gradually, starting from computerized billing system at inpatient installation on time and accurate billing system is well needed to efficiently increased healthcare services in Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital, a small private hospital who depends on the patients revenue. Objectives: To develop computerized billing system at inpatient installation in order to support healthcare satisfaction Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital. Method: A descriptive method with a qualitative approach being held with these researches. Informant in these research are employee at Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital that connected and linked with Hospital billing system; Finance Director, officer at inpatient registration, billing administration, pharmaceutical administration, laboratorial administration, and Radiology administration. Instrument been used contain written and recording interview. Result: The development of computerized billing system in Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital started by Analyzing system that rolled before until recent, and system design that included the environment system necessity; hardware, software, and brainware. Proposal design of computerized billing system of Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital began with the development of an administration inpatient module and build with access project which was Microsoft access that used MySQL server. Conclusions: The management of Puspa Husada Mother and Child Hospital had developed computerized billing system. The program was an attempt to enhanced quality health services to patient and patient family. The development of computerized billing system at inpatient installation based on many complain regarding the waiting time for hospital billing at inpatient installation after care. To support the implementation, It's best to prepare Human Resources, System maintenance, and the continuing of system development.
Background: The number of hospitals has shown consistent growth each year. Both public and private hospitals face the challenge of competing by continuously improving their performance. Performance improvement is essential for hospitals to survive and stay competitive. Inpatient services are the largest financial burden for the national health insurance program while also serving as the primary revenue contributor for hospitals. Research Objective: This study aims to analyze the performance of inpatient services using the Baldrige Excellence Framework at Universitas Indonesia Hospital in 2024. Research Methodology: This study employs a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach to gather performance evaluation perceptions from the employees’ perspective. The sample was selected using convenience sampling, resulting in 58 respondents. Research result: this research show that leadership performance received a score 92,1 out of a maximum score of 120, strategic planning scored 64.1 out of 85, customer focus scored 65.9 out of 85, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management scored 70.3 out of 90, workforce focus scored 60.1 out of 85, operations scored 63.6 out of 85, and results scored 328.7 out of a maximum of 450.
