This thesis discusses the management of occupational safety and health risks carried outin the decoration division at PT. Lucky Indah Keramik, Cimanggis begins byidentifying hazards and risks in the workplace followed by assessing basic risk, existingrisk, and predictive risk. This research is a semi-qualitative study using Finemathematical methods that are adapted to the work environment. Based on the results ofresearch that has been conducted, it was found that 36 types of occupational safety andhealth risks that were successfully reduced by the risk value until it reached anacceptable risk value through the control recommendations given.
Key words:Risk management, occupational helath and safety, manufacture.
1). Strategi manajemen, disarankan program LK3 merupakan tanggung jawab semua fungsi dalam perusahaan; sosialisasi & internalisasi kebijakan LK3 seluruh karyawan; tinjauan manajemen mencakup juga review kebijakan LK3, program cleaner production dan perkembangan peraturan perundangan; memperbaharui dan mengendalikan dokumen eksternal; sistem komunikasi yang efektif; Hazard identification faktor fisik pada area kerja;
2). Sosialisasi dan awareness, seyogyanya meningkatkan sosialisasi dan pengawasan seluruh subkontraktor;
3). Teknis Operasional, sebaiknya melengkapi alat keselamatan & alat pelindung; meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan re-vegetasi sesuai Rencana Tahunan Pengelolaan dan Pemantauan Lingkungan, melakukan preventive maintenance; melengkapi standar pewarnaan, rambu, simbol dan demarkasi; pengecekan sarana dan prasarana alat kesiap-siagaan tanggap darurat; inspeksi dan perawatan instalasi listrik;
4). Pengelolaan limbah B3 seharusnya meningkatkan pengelolaan & pemantauan limbah B3.

This research discusses the correlation between heat stress and fatigue among workers at Depo LRT Jabodebek in 2021. This study is a quantitative study with a cross- sectional design. Construction is one of the industrial sectors that has the risk of fatigue. The study was conducted in August 2021 involving 185 Depo LRT Jabodebek workers. The independent variable in this study is heat stress with risk factors, environmental factors, work factors (work period and workload), work clothes factors, and individual factors (age and nutritional status). The results showed that there was a correlation between heat stress and fatigue.
X Higher Education has committed to the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in all aspects, including laboratory. There are many potential hazards in all activities in laboratory, one of them is biohazard which has an impact to our health and environment and led to the incident. As an effort to minimize those impacts and incident, this study will evaluate the implementation of biorisk in each laboratory that use bioagents. The study design is a quantitative descriptive study. The aim of the study is to analyse the implementation of biorisk management system in laboratories. The primary data will be collected using laboratory assessment tool checklist based on SNI 8340:2016 about Laboratory Biorisk Management. The result of this study is 8 out of 11 laboratories that examined have reached 50% of its requirements, and the lowest implementation is in implementation and operational aspect.
The complexity of the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry involves various types of production processes, one of which is welding work. Welding is one of the most important industrial processes in joining metal or steel components. Various hazards found in the welding process such as welding metal sparks, welding sparks, welding fumes emissions, and manual handling during work pose risks to occupational safety and health for workers. This study aims to identify and assess occupational safety and health risks in the welding work process in the PT XYZ fabrication area. The hazard and risk identification stage is carried out qualitatively through observation, brainstorming activities, interviews, and reviewing company documents using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP Study). After that, a semi-quantitative risk assessment analysis was carried out by assessing the multiplication of probability and severity criteria based on PT XYZ's risk assessment matrix. The results showed that there were 12 stages of the welding work process. Identified 52 hazards with 49 risks from the welding work process. The level of risk obtained includes 23 risks with very high categories, 9 risks with high categories, and 17 risks with moderate categories. Risk assessment involves risk control so that the value of the risk level can be reduced through existing controls and control recommendations provided by researchers.
To prevent all potential risks, a good safety climate is needed in the workplace. Safety climate is used to look at the psychological aspects of workers regarding their values, attitudes, and perceptions about safety in the workplace which can have an impact on behavior. Therefore, to overcome this, the application of a good safety climate is the main key in shaping workers' perceptions. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the safety climate in the Jakarta Bandung Halim High Speed Rail Development Project in 2022. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design. Data collection was done online and offline using a questionnaire. A total of 70 respondents workers PT. Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung participated in this research. The results showed that the average score of the overall safety climate dimension was quite good. The dimensions of the safety climate are management commitment (5.52), communication (5.27), training (5.22), personal accountability (4.98), rules and procedures (5.14), and a supportive environment (5,16). Overall research results suggest that changing employee perceptions can be improved through affirmation of management commitment, regulations and procedures with adequate communication and training also supported by good personal accountability and a supportive environment.
