Abstrak:
Menurunnya kualitas pelayanan bukan hanya karena faktor mutu tenaga,tetapi dapat juga karena tingginya beban kerja yang berakibat perawatmenjadi letih secara fisik dan mental sehingga terjadi burnout.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktordemografik, faktor personal dan faktor organisasi terhadap burnoutperawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSJ Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintangmenggunakan instrumen MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). Sampel yangdiambil adalah total sampling berjumlah 122 orang. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa burnout perawat pelaksana dalam kategori rendahsebesar 82,8% dan kategori sedang sebesar 17,2% serta variabel yangpaling dominan dengan burnout adalah variabel beban kerja.Kata kunci : Burnout, Perawat Pelaksana

Abstrak:
Sebesar 60% karyawan Krakatau Medika Hospital adalah perawat. Fokus utamanya adalah pelayanan perawatan kelas menengah atas, sehingga penelitian dilakukan di Ruang Flamboyan. Adanya keluhan perawat pelaksana mengenai beban kerja dan merasa kekurangan tenaga, diperlukan analisis kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja nyata dengan menggunakan metode Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN). Hasil perhitungan didapatkan masih kekurangan 3 orang. Namun, perawat juga melakukan beberapa tugas pramuwaluya. Jika RS mengeluarkan tugas tersebut, maka kekurangan 1 perawat pelaksana dengan menambah 2 pramuwaluya. Dengan demikian, diharapkan perubahan uraian tugas, menambah tenaga, melibatkan kepala ruangan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga tahunan, dan menggunakan WISN di unit lain.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan gambaran kepatuhan perawat
pelaksana di RSUD Banyuasin dalam pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan
pengendalian infeksi, meneliti hubungannya dengan faktor predisposisi, penguat
dan pemungkin dan juga perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap serta persepsi
keperawatan.
Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran kuantitatif kualitatif dengan
rancangan cross sectional. Data primer melalui observasi langsung dan pengisian
kuesioner oleh perawat pelaksana. Faktor yang diukur adalah umur, lama kerja,
kebijakan, tim PPI, dukungan atasan, motivasi teman sekerja, insentif, komitmen
manajemen, pengetahuan, sikap, Standar Prosedur Operasional, sarana penunjang.
Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik.
Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden, 16,7% perawat pelaksana
memiliki kepatuhan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan
pengendalian infeksi. Kesesuaian insentif merupakan faktor yang paling
berpengaruh. Komitmen manajemen dan pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang
berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat pelaksana. Saran untuk rumah sakit untuk
memberikan pelatihan mengenai kewaspadaan standar, pemberian reward bagi
perawat pelaksana yang giat melaksanakan PPI dan perubahan aturan
pemerintahan.

ABSTRACT
THE CONFORMANCE AMONG NURSING STAFF DUE TO
INFECTION PREVENTION PROGRAM IN BANYUASIN
HOSPITAL 2016

Background: Healthcare-associated infection (HCAI) is a major problem for patient safety
and its surveillance and prevention must be a first priority for settings and institutions
committed to making health care safer. Human behavior and infection prevention and
control are two areas that are linked.
Aims: This study analyze factors that influence conformance infection prevention program
among nursing staff.
Methods: A cross-sectional study using mix method explanatory sequential strategy to
nursing staff with simple random sampling undertaken in type C hospital in Banyuasin,
South Sumatera. Data was collected using questionnaire and focus group discussion to
respondent assessing factors that contribute to conformance among nursing staff and
continue with in depth interview to hospital management.
Results: About 30 nursing staff participated in the study, mean of age 29,50 5,355,
working experience 4,60 2,328. The majority of nursing staff had poor (under 85% cut
off point) conformance level (83,3%) using direct observation and the commitment of the
hospital management, salaries and knowledge influences the conformance level. From
focus group discussion shows that low salaries, lack of continuing education and
availability of prevention control material also affect the conformance nursing staff.
Conclusion: Our study results that poor conformance among nursing staff to infection
prevention program is influenced by knowledge, hospital management and low salaries.
The study alarms the needs to change the regent rule about salaries, hospital management
should training the nursing staff, and material availability that can improve the quality of
nursing staff.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor penyebab stres kerja pada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Cimanggis tahun 2013. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi faktor intrinsik pekerjaan (beban kerja, shift kerja, rutinitas kerja), faktor ekstrinsik pekerjaan (peran dalam organisasi, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal perawat dengan rekan kerja, atasan kerja, pasien, dan keluarga) serta faktor karakteristik responden (jenis kelamin, umur, tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, lama masa kerja). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 99 responden dari bagian unit rawat inap, ICU, IGD, Perinatologi dan kamar bedah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 35 responden (35,4%) mengalami tingkat stres sedang dan 64 responden (64,6%) mengalami tingkat stres ringan. Faktor-faktor yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan stres kerja berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan diantaranya beban kerja, shift kerja, rutinitas kerja, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal dengan rekan kerja serta hubungan interpersonal dengan pasien.
