This study discusses the perceived quality of the users of Mobile JKN application that has visited the branch office of Bekasi of BPJS Kesehatan. This study is a quantitative study with the use of cross-sectional study design. The data used for the sake of the study was primary data that was taken by the use of questionnaire as a research instrument in April 2018. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the user of Mobile JKN application with good perceived quality of the said service are 63,6%, and the user of Mobile JKN application with bad perceived quality of the said service are 36,4%. Bivariate analysis showed that attitude, motivation, user interface, uniqueness, and promotion have significant relation to the perceived quality of the users of Mobile JKN. The researcher suggests that the company should enhance the number of media for promotion, make addition of banner flags of Mobile JKN as decoration, build up motivation by proffering any exclusive benefit for the user, and to fix the technical issue such as forced close.

Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan disain Cross Sectional Survey mengenai Studi Persepsi tentang Penyakit Kardiovaskular dan Upaya Pencegahannya pada karyawan XY, menggunakan konsep Health Belief Model, meneliti persepsi kerentanan (perceived susceptibility), persepsi keparahan (perceived severity), persepsi manfaat (perceived benefit), persepsi hambatan (perceived barrier) dan pengetahuan sebagai salah satu modifying factor. Rendahnya persepsi kerentanan karyawan dapat menjadi alasan ketidak aktifannya dalam berolahraga. Dari perhitungan statistik dengan korelasi spearman,terdapat korelasi yang bermakna antara persepsi hambatan dengan perilaku karyawan untuk berolahraga dengan p = 0.002 dan r = -0.297.
Quantitative descriptive study with cross-sectional survey design of the study and the Perception of the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Efforts in XY employees, using the concept of Health belief model, examines perceived susceptibilit), perceived severity , perceived benefits ,perceived barriers and knowledge as a modifying factor. The low perception of susceptibility of employees can be a reason for the lack of exercise ( Physical Inactive ). Of statistical calculations with Spearman correlation, there is a significant correlation between perceived barrier to exercise behavior of employees with p = 0.002 and r = -0297.
Traffic accidents are one of the major problems in the world, especially in developing countries.Contributor to the highest number of traffic accident is motorcycle. Not only in Indonesia but also in many countries around the world. The main cause of the traffic accident among motorcyclist were riding behavior. Someone riding behavior may depend on how the riding perception and the risk perception of the motorist itself.

Non-smoking area or more commonly referred to as KTR, is an effort by the government and stakeholders in reducing the prevalence rate of smokers in Indonesia which is increasing every year. KTR policy is based on Law Number 36 Year 2009 Article 115 on health. The application of KTR in the school environment is supported by Permendikbud Number 64 Year 2015 on Non-Smoking Areas in School Areas, which has the basic purpose of protecting the young generation who are studying in schools from exposure to tobacco smoke that is harmful and indirectly expected to reduce the number of smokers on students. In fact there are still many students and educators and staff in the school environment often violate this rule, even ignore this rule, while the area where they smoke is a non-smoking area. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between knowledge about non-smoking areas (KTR) with students perceptions of KTR implementation in SMA N 5 Padang with the subjects of the study were all students. This research is a quantitative research of analytic survey with cross sectional study design approach. The sample that became the subject of this research is 143 respondents. Data collection is done through interview. The result of the research stated that the hypothesis was answered by the relation between the perception of the students on the application of non smoking area with the students 'smoking status (pvalue=0.001), with the students' knowledge about the nonsmoking area (pvalue=0.001). Meanwhile, between the perception of the students on the application of non-smoking area with parent income no relationship (pvalue=1,000), parental smoking status no relationship (pvalue=0.617), family members smoking no relationship (pvalue=1,000), danger of smoking no relationship, (pvalue=0.365). There is no major variable interaction with confounding variables.
