Abstrak:
Keselamatan pasien merupakan hal yang baru dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Akreditasi Rumah Sakit versi 2012 mewajibkan keselamatan pasien sebagai prinsip utama pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut, meskipun berbeda dari Rumah Sakit lainnya, tetap diwajibkan untuk menerapkan Akreditasi Rumah Sakit versi 2012. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim keselamatan pasien, tindakan manajemen dan kinerja keselamatan pasien menurut dokter gigi di RSGM X Kota Cimahi. Dengan mengambil satu populasi dokter gigi RSGM X sebagai data penelitian, didapatkan hasil yakni persepsi keselamatan pasien di RSGM X yang rendah dikarenakan persepsi iklim keselamatan pasien, tindakan manajemen dan sasaran keselamatan yang rendah. Diharapkan institusi dapat memberikan pelatihan secara berkala.

Dental Hospital, though different from other hospitals, was still required to implement the Indonesia National Hospital Accreditation version 2012. This study was to describe the climate of patient safety, action management and patient safety peception of dentist in RSGM X Cimahi. By taking RSGM X dentist population as research data, showed that patient safety perception in RSGM X is low because of low patient safety climate, management actions and patient safety goals. It is expected that institutions can provide regular training of patient safety.

Indonesia memiliki jumlah penderita TB terbanyak kedua di dunia dengan notifikasi kasus yang masih rendah, ini menandakan bahwa keterlibatan rumah sakit dalam program TB masih rendah salah satunya rumah sakit khusus gigi dan mulut. Padahal tindakan perawatan gigi dan mulut memiliki risiko infeksi yang tinggi dan lebih dari 15% pasien TB yang memiliki masalah gigi dan mulut. RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo merupakan salah satu RS khusus dengan angka penemuan kasus yang rendah. Tujun Penelitian : Evaluasi program penanggulangan tuberkulosis di RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo Tahun 2023. Metode : Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data akan diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen, dan observasi di RSGM. Informan berjumlah 9 dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil : Komponen program TB mulai dari komponen input, proses, dan monitoring dan evaluasi sudah dijalankan sesuai dengan regulasi tetapi terdapat komponen yang perlu diperbaiki seperti pada klinik isolasi dan bilik dahak yang jarang terpakai, keterlambatan pelaporan kasus TB, leaflet TB yang habis tidak diisi kembali, monitor TV tidak selalu hidup, dan monev TB yang belum rutin. Komponen output (angka penemuan kasus) masih berada dibawah target yang ditetapkan yaitu 0 (zero), ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pasien TB yang datang ke RS mengingat RS merupakan RS Khusus Gigi dan Mulut. Kesimpulan : RSGM UGM ikut berperan aktif dalam program TB khusussnya penemuan ,dilihat dari seluruh komponen program TB telah dijalankan sesuai dengan regulasi meskipun terdapat komponen yang perlu dimaksimalkan.
Indonesia has the second highest number of TB sufferers in the world with case notifications which are still low, this indicates that hospital involvement in the TB program is still low, one of which is a special dental and oral hospital. Even though dental and oral care procedures have a high risk of infection and more than 15% of TB patients have dental and oral problems. RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo is a special hospital with a low case discovery rate. Research Aim: Evaluation of the tuberculosis control program at RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo Year 2023. Method: Research uses qualitative methods. Data will be obtained by in-depth interviews, document review, and observations at RSGM. Nine informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Results: TB program components starting from input, process, and monitoring and evaluation components have been carried out in accordance with regulations but there are components that need to be improved, such as isolation clinics and sputum chambers which are rarely used, delays in reporting TB cases, TB leaflets which are used up and not refilled. , the TV monitor is not always on, and TB monitoring and evaluation is not routine. The output component (case discovery rate) is still below the set target, namely 0 (zero), this is due to the absence of TB patients coming to the hospital considering that the hospital is a special dental and oral hospital. Conclusion: RSGM UGM plays an active role in the TB program, especially discovery, it can be seen that all components of the TB program have been carried out in accordance with regulations, although there are components that need to be maximized.

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang merata di Indonesia, memengaruhi individu dari berbagai kelompok usia. Kesehatan gigi yang buruk tidak hanya mengurangi kualitas hidup tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko penyakit sistemik seperti penyakit kardiovaskular dan diabetes. Tingginya prevalensi masalah gigi seperti karies, kehilangan gigi, dan penyakit gusi menunjukkan perlunya strategi promosi kesehatan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak berbagai metode edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia. Dengan menilai efektivitas pendekatan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dalam meningkatkan praktik kebersihan gigi dan kesehatan umum pasien.

The prevalence of dental problems like cavities, tooth loss, and gum disease underscores the urgent need for effective health promotion strategies. This study focuses on evaluating the impact of various educational methods on enhancing patients' knowledge of dental and oral health at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia Dental Hospital. By assessing the effectiveness of these approaches, the research aims to contribute insights into improving oral hygiene practices and overall health outcomes among patients.
