Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System(CFSES) di Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif yang terletak di Jakarta Pusat. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parametes dan persyaratan tambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safetydengan standar NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keselamatan kebakaran di Gedung Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif belum memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan minimum pada NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif dan memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung menggunakan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia yang berlokasi di Salemba Raya, Jakarta Pusat. Evaluasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 12 safety parameter dan persyaratan tambahan yang terdapat pada NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approach to Life Safety disesuaikan dengan pedoman dari NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. Penelitian dilakukan pada gedung A dan C Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa gedung Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Indonesia belum memenuhi nilai persyaratan keselamatan minimum pada NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

Skripsi ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parameter dan persyaratan tambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternative Approaches to Life Safety dan standar NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. Penelitian dilakukan pada gedung A, B, D, dan H Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gedung B, D, dan H belum memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan minimum pada NFPA 101 Life Safety Code
