Abstrak:
Penyalahgunaan narkoba pada pelajar dan mahasiswa di Indonesiameningkat setiap tahun. Rokok dapat menjadi salah satu awal untukmenyalahgunakan narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antarakebiasaan merokok dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada pelajar dan mahasiswadi 16 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2011. Studi cross-sectional ini merupakananalisis data sekunder Survei Nasional Perkembangan Penyalahgunaan danPeredaran Gelap Narkoba Pada Kelompok Pelajar dan Mahasiswa di IndonesiaTahun 2011 oleh Puslitkes UI dan Badan Nasional Narkotika Nasional. Hasilpenelitian menggambarkan prevalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba pada pelajar danmahasiswa sebesar 2,3%. Terdapat interaksi antara . Responden perempuanpernah merokok berpeluang menyalahgunakan narkoba 3,3 kali (95% CI 2,3-4,7),sedangkan responden perempuan perokok aktif berpeluang menyalahgunakannarkoba 3,4 kali (95% CI 2,1-5,4) dibandingkan laki-laki tidak pernah merokokterhadap kejadian penyalahgunaan narkoba, setelah dikontrol oleh variabelkovariat tingkat pendidikan, pengaruh teman, konsumsi alkohol, dankeharmonisan keluarga. Responden laki-laki perokok aktif berpeluangmenyalahgunakan narkoba 2,9 kali (95% CI 1,1-8,2) dibandingkan laki-laki tidakpernah merokok terhadap kejadian penyalahgunaan narkoba setelah dikontrol olehvariabel kovariat jenis kelamin, pengaruh teman, konsumsi alkohol, dankeharmonisan keluarga. Kebiasaan merokok memiliki hubungan signifikandengan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada pelajar dan mahasiswa, sehingga upayapreventif dan promotif terkait bahaya rokok dan narkoba harus terus ditingkatkan.Kata Kunci: Narkoba, Merokok, Pelajar, Mahasiswa.

Abstrak:
Pesatnya perkembangan transportasi dan pembangunan prasarananya membuat masyarakat mudah mengakses sarana transportasi dan mempermudah mobilitas. Namun, perkembangan ini menimbulkan dampak negatif, salah satunya kebisingan. Pajanan terhadap bising dapat mengakibatkan dampak kesehatan terutama pada anak-anak, antara lain gangguan fungsi kognitif seperti konsentrasi. Usia sekolah dasar merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami gangguan konsentrasi akibat kebisingan dan mengakibatkan terganggunya fungsi kognitif yang lain. Beberapa sekolah dasar di Jakarta terletak di pinggir perlintasan kereta api yag sibuk, dimana siswanya berisiko terpajan kebisingan selama berada di sekolah. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kebisingan dengan konsentrasi siswa di sekolah dasar negeri di pinggir perlintasan kereta api di Kecamatan Tebet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan 68 responden yaitu siswa kelas 4 dan 5. Penelitian ini mengukur kebisingan di kelas, tes konsentrasi dengan digit span, dan variabel lainnya yang mempengaruhi konsentrasi anak. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kebisingan ekuivalen adalah 66,84 dBA, melebihi baku mutu KepMen LH No.48/1996 yaitu 55 dBA untuk wilayah sekolah. Hasil analisis bivariat dan multivariat menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kebisingan dengan konsentrasi siswa (p-value=0,78 dan p-value=0,716), namun didapatkan OR 3,285. Meskipun kebisingan dengan konsentrasi siswa tidak berhubungan signifikan, namun pajanan kebisingan >55 dBA dialami siswa setiap hari di sekolah, dimana mereka menjadi kelompok rentan mengalami gangguan konsentrasi akibat kebisingan. Rekomendasi untuk mengurangi dampak kebisingan di sekolah adalah dengan rekayasa lingkungan dan untuk studi selanjutnya agar mengukur kebisingan di wilayah tempat tinggal siswa serta mengontrol variabel gangguan psikiatri dan IQ.

This study analyzes the association between noise and concentration of students in public elementary schools which located near the edge of the railway crossing in Tebet. This study is a cross-sectional study with 68 respondents from 4th and 5th graders. This study measured noise in the classroom, assessing concentration with digit span instrument, and other variables which affect the concentration. Measurement result shows equivalent noise is 66.84 dBA, exceeding the standard of KepMen LH No.48 / 1996 which is 55 dBA for school. Results of bivariate and multivariate analysis showed no significant correlation between noise with student concentration (p-value = 0,78 and p-value = 0,716), however it showed odds ratio 3,285. Although noise and concentration was not significantly correlated, students were experiencing noise exposure> 55 dBA at school, which may lead the students to became susceptible to disturbance due to noise exposure. Recommendations for reducing noise impacts in schools are by doing environmental engineering and for further studies it is recommended to measure noise in the student's residence area and control the variables of psychiatric disturbances and IQ.

Abstrak:
Sarapan penting dilakukan terutama bagi anak usia sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan konsentrasi belajar di sekolah. Sarapan belum menjadi kebiasaan yang rutin dilakukan anak sebelum melakukan aktivitasnya disekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor individu, sosial-ekonomi, dan lingkungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan pada siswa sekolah dasar negeri terpilih di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 345 siswa kelas 4 dan 5 di lima sekolah dasar negeri terpilih di Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 52,8 siswa terbiasa melakukan sarapan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengaruh orang tua dan ketersediaan sarapan dengan kebiasaan sarapan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk mengadakan program sarapan bersama, kantin sekolah dapat menyediakan sarapan untuk siswa, orangtua dapat menyediakan sarapan yang mudah dan sederhana, mengajak dan mengingatkan anak untuk sarapan sebelum berangkat ke sekolah serta dapat menyediakan bekal jika anak tidak sempat untuk sarapan di rumah.
Breakfast is important to do, especially for school aged children, to increase the productivity and study 39 s concentration at school. Breakfast is not yet a habit that children routinely do before doing their activities at school. This study aims to know the association between individual, social economy, and environment factors with breakfast habits among selected public elementary school students. This study used a cross sectional study design using secondary data with total respondents 345 students grade 4 and 5 in five selected public elementary schools in Banten. The results showed 52,8 of students accustomed to breakfast. The result of statistical analysis shows that there was significant association between the influence of parents and the availability of breakfast with breakfast habits. The researcher suggests to the schools to hold the breakfast program together, the school canteen can provide breakfast for students, parents can persuade and remind their children to do the breakfast before they are going to school, also can provide lunch box if children did not have time to breakfast at home.
