Introduction: one of accreditation judgement point is patient rights and obligations to make a medical decisions. this study done to know quality of completeness and implementation accuracy of medical informed consent in Royal Taruma Hospital as patient right and hospital obligation. Methode: this study use qualitative and quantitative approachment with cross sectional methode. primary data by interviewed 11 hospital employer. Secondary data done by random sampling, 96 medical records reviewed inside by 4 type of informed consent (anesthetic procedure, operation procedure, blood dan blood product, and high risk procedure) to total 174 sample of informed consent form. Result and conclusion: from 5 aspects in medical procedures approval form reviewed, identification of patients, identification of doctor , approver identification , important information and autentication was still not with completed. The average identification patients 86.59% filled and 13.41% not filled. The average doctor identification 83.91% filled and 16.09% not filled. The average identification approver occupied 78.44% filled and 21.56% did not filled. The average health information filled 52.11% and 47.89 % did not filled. The average 86.98% autentication filled but 13.02% did not filled. Regulation and form design made based on stated bills and accreditation standart, but still need to fix. Doctor and employer have knowledge and show positif reaction toward informed consent regulation. Doctors communication on implementation informed consent are refer to hospital regulation. Obstacles that are complained by doctors are patients level of understanding and postponement decision by the patient or the patient family
Tesis ini membahas tentang gangguan menstruasi dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi gangguan menstruasi pada siswi kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi Tahun 2013. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional, pengumpulan data secara angket dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan untuk mengatasi gangguan menstruasi pada siswi kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bekasi Tahun 2013 adalah anjuran/dorongan. Responden yang mendapatkan anjuran/dorongan mempunyai peluang hampir 5 kali untuk melakukan tindakan mengatasi gangguan menstruasi dibandingkan yang tidak mendapatkan anjuran atau dorongan.
This thesis discusses menstrual disorders and factors associated to the actions taken to overcome menstrual disorders in X and XI grade schoolgirl at SMAN 5 Bekasi in 2013. Quantitative research with cross sectional design, data collection questionnaire using questionnaires. The results showed that factors associated with actions taken to overcome menstrual disorders in X and XI grade schoolgirl at SMAN 5 Bekasi in 2013 was cues to action (the advice / encouragement). Respondents who received the advice / encouragement have opportunities almost 5 times to take action to overcome menstrual disorders than those who did not receive advice or encouragement.
This research is about the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and information acceptance with Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) prevention on employees of PT. Nutricell Pacific Year 2022. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive and analytical observational study design with cross sectional type. The sample used in this study is the total number of the research population. 68 respondents who participated in this study filled out online questionnaires using google forms. The results of this study found that most of the respondents' knowledge about CVS was still lacking. Some respondents have negative attitudes towards CVS risk factors and prevention. Respondents get more information about CVS from the internet compared to other sources of information. Most of the respondents are not good at implementing CVS prevention measures. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, and acceptance of information with CVS prevention measures. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that there is a need for health education through health education activities. Health education activities can be supported by the use of poster media in the work area.
