Abstrak:
Selama pandemik, tenaga kesehatan mempunyai peran penting untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Akibat tingginya kasus Covid-19 dapat menambah beban kerja serta risiko tertular mereka yang berakibat tidak hanya memberikan dampak fisik namun juga kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stressor, persepsi terhadap stressor, coping yang digunakan, gejala yang dirasakan, dan hasil dari coping. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain rapid assessment procedures. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Lazarus. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam pada 5 orang informan utama dan 2 orang informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemik Covid-19 pada tenaga kesehatan terdapat sumber stres (stressor) dari internal dan eksternal. Sebagian besar tenaga kesehatan mempersepsikan bahwa stressor menjadi hambatan. Sedangkan informan lainnya menyatakan stressor tidak menjadi hambatan justru menjadi tantangan. Sebagian besar informan mempersepsikan mampu mengatasi atau mengurangi stressor. Mereka juga merasa mendapat dukungan sosial dari keluarga, orang tua, dan rekan kerjanya. Berbagai macam gejala stres yang muncul berupa perubahan secara psikologis meliputi semangat untuk produktif berkurang, susah tidur, merasa jenuh, dan mudah marah. Sedangkan perubahan secara fisiologis meliputi gejala maag atau asam lambung meningkat, kelelahan, menggigil, dan banyak makan. Sebagian besar informan cenderung menggunakan Emotion Focused Coping dimana setelah melakukan coping tenaga kesehatan merasakan perasaan yang positif

This was not only had a physical impact but also impact on mental health. This study aims to identify stressors, perception of stressors, coping strategies used to deal with stressors, symptoms felt by health workers, and outcomes of coping in health workers. This study used a qualitative method and a rapid assessment procedures design. The theory used was the theory of Lazarus. Data were collected through in-depth interview among 5 main informants and 2 key informants. This study found that there were internal and external stressors during the Covid-19 pandemic among the health workers. The majority of the health workers perceived that stressors are obstacles while some other informants perceived them neither as obstacle nor a threat, but as a challenge. Most of the informants perceived that they are able to overcome or reduce stressors. They also felt that they have social support from their family, parents, and coworkers. Various kinds of stress symptoms that appeared in the form of psychological changes include reduced enthusiasm for productivity, difficulty sleeping, feeling bored, and irritated. Meanwhile, physiological changes include symptoms of ulcers or increased stomach acid, fatigue, chills, and eating a lot. Penerbitan Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) bagi dokter spesialis merupakan aspek krusial dalam menjamin legalitas dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Terbitnya Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap kebijakan perizinan, salah satunya adalah penghapusan kewajiban memperoleh rekomendasi dari organisasi profesi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan kebijakan pembuatan SIP dokter spesialis di DKI Jakarta dengan peraturan terbaru tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif komparatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap informan dari DPR RI, Dinas Kesehatan, DPMPTSP, rumah sakit, dan dokter spesialis di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara norma, standar, prosedur, dan kriteria (NSPK) dengan pelaksanaan di lapangan, terutama dalam aspek komunikasi kebijakan, keterbatasan pemahaman dari sumber daya manusia dan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, masih terjadi kebingungan terkait perubahan regulasi dan lemahnya sosialisasi kepada tenaga medis. Dari sisi output, implementasi kebijakan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam memastikan percepatan dan efisiensi layanan perizinan, meskipun proses digitalisasi telah mulai diterapkan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan kebijakan pembuatan SIP dokter spesialis di DKI Jakarta pasca terbitnya UU No. 17 Tahun 2023 masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan harapan regulasi dan membutuhkan perbaikan dari aspek struktur birokrasi, dukungan teknologi, dan peningkatan koordinasi lintas sektor.
The issuance of a Practice License (SIP) for medical specialists is a crucial aspect in ensuring the legality and quality of healthcare services. The enactment of Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health has brought significant changes to licensing policies, one of which is the elimination of the requirement to obtain recommendations from professional organizations. This study aims to analyze the conformity of the implementation of SIP issuance policy for medical specialists in DKI Jakarta with the new regulation. The study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative descriptive study design through in-depth interviews with informants from the House of Representatives (DPR RI), the Health Office, One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP), hospitals, and medical specialists in Jakarta. The results show that discrepancies still exist between the norms, standards, procedures, and criteria (NSPK) and their implementation in the field, particularly in aspects of policy communication, limited understanding among human resources, and inadequate information technology systems. Furthermore, confusion persists regarding regulatory changes and weak socialization efforts toward medical personnel. From the output perspective, policy implementation has not yet been fully effective in ensuring the acceleration and efficiency of licensing services, even though digitalization processes have begun to be adopted. In conclusion, the implementation of the SIP issuance policy for medical specialists in DKI Jakarta following the enactment of Law No. 17 of 2023 has not yet fully aligned with regulatory expectations and requires improvements in bureaucratic structure, technological support, and enhanced inter-sectoral coordination.

Abstrak:
Pada tahun 2017 dan 2018, Puskesmas Kecamatan Cakung telah melakukan orientasi asuhan mandiri pemanfaatan TOGA dan akupresur kepada 77 orang kader dari 5 kelurahan yaitu Penggilingan, Pulo Gebang, Jatinegara, Ujung Menteng dan Cakung Barat. Dalam kurun waktu 3-6 bulan selesai orientasi, diharapkan kader membentuk kelompok asuhan mandiri. Namun baru terbentuk satu kelompok asuhan mandiri yaitu di RW 01 Kelurahan Penggilingan, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisa hubungan faktor demografi dan motivasi terhadap partisipasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan mengisi kuisioner. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar kader asuhan mandiri berstatus ibu rumah tangga, menikah, berusia > 46 tahun, berpendidikan menengah, pendapatan < UMP DKI tahun 2020 dan lama kerja < 5 tahun. Sebagian besar motivasi rendah 39 orang (60%) dan sisanya motivasi tinggi 26 orang (40%) dan partisipasi rendah 33 orang (50,8%) dan sisanya partisipasi tinggi 32 orang (49,2%). Faktor lama kerja kader asuhan mandiri > 5 tahun dapat meningkatkan 4 kali partisipasi, sedangkan penghargaan meningkatkan 0,1 kali.
Kesimpulan: lama kerja > 5 tahun dan penghargaan meningkatkan partisipasi kader asuhan mandiri.
Saran: perlu bantuan bibit tanaman obat tradisional, pelatihan berjenjang dan berkala, pembinaan berkala, studi banding, penilaian kelompok asuhan mandiri dan family gathering untuk meningkatkan motivasi kader asuhan mandiri
In 2017 and 2018, the Cakung Community Health Center has given self care orientation using the herbal garden and acupressure for 77 cadres from 5 subdistrict namely Penggilingan, Pulo Gebang, Jatinegara, Ujung Menteng and West Cakung. Within 3-6 months of orientation, community health worker are expected to form self care groups. However, only one self care group was formed, namely in the Penggilingan sub-district, so the researchers were interested in analyzing the relationship between demographic factors and motivation of self care community health worker and their participation. This study uses primary data by filling out questionnaires. The research design used a non-experimental quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The results showed that most of them were housewives, married, > 46 years old, middle school education, income < minimum wage DKI and length of work < 5 years. Most of the low motivation 39 people (60%) and the remaining high motivation 26 people (40%) and low participation 33 people (50.8%) and the remaining high participation 32 people (49.2%). The length of work factor > 5 years increased participation 4 times, while the reward motivation increased 0.1 times.
Conclusions : length of work and rewards for increasing participation.
Suggestions : need for seed herbal plant, training, supervision, study tours, competitions the self care group and family gatherings to increase motivation for self care community health worker

Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses kontrol kinerja karyawan yang dievaluasi berdasarkan standar tertentu.Tujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan kepuasan kerja dan sosiodemografi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat puskesmas. Metode rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 594 perawat di 84 Puskesmas Wilayah Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Analisis hubungan dengan mengunakan uji Chi-square dan α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perawat dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar 58,2% dan perawat yang memiliki kinerja yang baik sebesar 57,6%. Variabel tingkat pendidikan (ρ=0,029), kepuasan kerja (ρ=0,019), memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat.
Performance appraisal is a process of controlling employee performance which is evaluated based on certain standards. The aim is to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and sociodemography on the job satisfaction of nurses in puskesmas. The research design method used in this research is analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 594 nurses in 84 Health Centers in East Jakarta. Collecting data using a google form questionnaire. Analysis of the relationship using the Chi-square test and = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that nurses with job satisfaction are 58.2% and nurses who have good performance are 57.6%. Variabel level of education (ρ = 0.029), job satisfaction (ρ = 0.019), has an influence on the performance of nurses
