Abstrak:
Sering mengonsumsi fast food dapat berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas diet dan tingginya kejadian obesitas. Sekolah di Kecamatan Tangerang Kota, diketahui memiliki aksesibilitas yang tinggi untuk mendapatkan fast food, sehingga dikhawatirkan membuat para siswanya mengonsumsi fast food dalam frekuensi sering. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan dalam menentukan frekuensi konsumsi fast food modern pada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tangerang Kota, Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2013. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data dilkumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 178 siswa, sedangkan jarak dan kemudahan diketahui melalui observasi lapangan dan diukur menggunakan pencitraan satelit dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Google Maps Geo-coding JavaScript API versi 2.0. Hasil menunjukkan sebanyak 62% responden mengonsumsi fast food dalam frekuensi sering, terdapat perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan pada pendidikan terakhir ibu (p=0,045), status pekerjaan ibu (0,037) dan uang saku (0,003) dalam menentukan frekuensi konsumsi fast food. Setelah diuji secara multivariat, hanya uang saku yang menunjukkan p value secara signifikan (p=0,013) dengan interpretasi siswa yang memiliki uang saku besar beresiko 2,566 kali sering mengonsumsi fast food dibandingkan siswa yang memiliki uang saku kecil setelah dikontrol variabel pendidikan terakhir ibu, status pekerjaan ibu, jarak sekolah terhadap restoran fast food, dan kemudahan akses. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah uang saku merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam menentukan frekuensi konsumsi fast food siswa-siswi SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tangerang Kota, Kota Tangerang, tahun 2013.
Often to eat fast food can have an impact on poor quality of diet and high incidence of obesity. Schools in district of Tangerang Kota known to have high accesibility to fast food. It will give implication of higher frequency for eating fast food. Objective in this study is to determine the dominant factor in determining the frequency of fast food consumption in the state high school students in the district of Tangerang Kota at 2013. The research method is quantitative cross-sectional design. The data was collected by questionaire of 178 students. While, the distance known from direct observation and measured using satellite imaging with aid of Google Maps, Geo-coding Java Script API version 2.0. Result showed that 62% of respondents had higher frequency of eating fast food. There is a significant difference in the proportion of mother's education level (p=0.045), mohter’s employment status(0.037) and daily allowance (0,003) in determining the frequency of fast food consumption. After multivariate test, only daily allowance that shows significant p value (p=0,013) with the interpretation of the students who had little pocket money after the controlled variable of mother’s education level, mother’s employment status, distance of school to fast food restaurant, and accesibility. In conclude, the amount of daily allowance is the most dominant factor in determining the frequency of fast food consumption in state high school student, district of Tangerang Kota, Tangerang.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan nilai estimasi VO2max siswa/siswi Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan Ragunan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 110 responden. Nilai estimasi VO2max diperoleh melalui metode pengukuran tidak langsung menggunakan tes Balke 15 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai estimasi VO2max responden laki-laki (47,33 ± 4,29 ml/kg/menit) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden perempuan (40,97 ± 4,54 ml/kg/menit). Variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna secara signifikan dengan nilai estimasi VO2max pada penelitian ini adalah jenis kelamin, status gizi (Z-skor IMT/U dan persen lemak tubuh), asupan vitamin B2, dan aktivitas fisik. Hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear ganda memperoleh model prediksi nilai VO2max = 33,78 + (6,31 x jenis kelamin) – (1,52 x Z-skor IMT/U) + (2,73 x aktivitas fisik). Variabel dominan dalam menentukan besar nilai estimasi VO2max dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas fisik. Status gizi yang baik dan aktivitas fisik yang teratur diperlukan untuk mencapai nilai VO2max yang baik.

Abstrak:
Asupan makanan memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian obesitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar Indonesia tahun 2010 untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan makanan dengan kejadian obesitas pada penduduk dewasa di Indonesia berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan umur. Dengan menggunakan standar obesitas Indonesia (IMT≥27 kg/m2) didapatkan sebanyak 13,7% penduduk dewasa Indonesia menderita obesitas. Prevalensi obesitas terbesar berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan terendah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dan Sulawesi Tenggara. Prevalensi obesitas lebih tinggi pada wanita (18,1%) dibandingkan pria (9,1%), prevalensi tertinggi pada usia 40-49 tahun (30,1%) dan terendah usia 60+ (8,4%). Sebanyak 8,3% responden memiliki asupan energi lebih, 50% memiliki asupan karbohidrat lebih, 50% memiliki asupan lemak lebih dan 29,8% memiliki asupan protein lebih. Asupan energi, lemak dan protein memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian obesitas berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia.

By using standart indonesian obesity (BMI≥27 kg/m2) were obtained 13,7% Indonesian people are obese. The highest prevalence of obesity in province of North Sulawesi and the lowest prevalence in province of East Nusa tenggara and Southeast Sulawesi. The Prevalence of obesity were higher among woman (18,1%) than men (9,1%) The highest prevalence among aged 40-49 years (30,1%) and the lowest prevalence among aged 60+ years (8,4%). 8,3% respondent with high energy intake, 50% with high carbohydrat intake, 50% with high fat intake, and 29,8% with high protein. Energy intake, fat intake and protein intake have a significant association with the incident of obesity by sex and age.
