Abstrak:
Proyeksi pada tahun 2030 adalah terjadinya penurunan terhadap angka kematian akibat penyakit menular pada populasi di dunia, sedangkan penyakit akibat HIV/AIDS akan mengalami peningkatan yang jumlahnya dipengaruhi oleh aksesibilitas masyarakat terhadap pengobatan ARV dan upaya pencegahan penularan HIV/ AIDS. Kelompok paling rentan rentan terhadap infeksi HIV adalah usia muda. Banyak usia muda terlibat dalam perilaku seksual berisiko karena pengambilan perilaku berisiko pada kelompok ini. Di antara LSL muda, tingkat infeksi HIV yang tinggi disebabkan oleh perilaku seks berisiko. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor perilaku seks berisiko HIV/ AIDS pada LSL usia muda yakni 15-24 tahun. Faktor risiko meliputi usia, pendidikan, pengetahuan, keterpajanan informasi kesehatan, usia hubungan seks pertama, layanan tes HIV, layanan kesehatan lain, konsumsi alkohol, dan konsumsi NAPZA. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder STBP 2018. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kros seksional dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji kai kuadrat α = 0,05. Hasil didapatkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan (p value=0,001; PR=1,4; CI=1,3-2,5), layanan tes HIV (p value=0,000; PR=1,7; CI=2,0-3,4), layanan pencegahan lain (p value=0,000; PR=1,6; CI=1,9-3,2), dan konsumsi alkohol (p value=0,009; PR=1,2; CI=1,1-1,8) dengan perilaku seks berisiko HIV/ AIDS.

The most vulnerable group vulnerable to HIV infection are young people. Many young people engage in risky sexual behavior because of risky behaviors decision in this group. Among young MSM, high rates of HIV infection are caused by risky sexual behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of risky sexual behavior of HIV/ AIDS in young MSM age 15-24 years. Risk factors include age, education, knowledge, exposure to health information, age of first sex, HIV testing service, other health service, alcohol consumption, and drug consumption. The study utilize secondary STBP 2018 data. The research design use cross sectional with univariate and bivariate analyzes with chi square test α = 0.05. The results show that there are significant relationship between knowledge (p value=0,001; PR=1,4; CI=1,3-2,5); HIV test service (p value=0,000; PR=1,7; CI=2,0-3,4), other health service prevention (p value=0,000; PR=1,6; CI=1,9-3,2), and alcohol consumption (p value=0,009; PR=1,2; CI=1,1-1,8) with risky sexual behavior of HIV / AIDS.

Abstrak:
Pengukuran kinerja rumah sakit dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi penyelesaian masalah yang ada dan sangat dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tesis ini menilai kinerja RSUD Cempaka Putih menggunakan Malcolm Baldrige For Performance Excelence berdasarkan tujuh kriteria yaitu Leadership, Startegy Planning, Costumers Focus, Meassurement, analysis and Management Knowledge, Work Focus, Operation Focus dan Result. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kinerja organisasi melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, telah dokumen dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dalam setiap kriteria juga dijabarkan peluang perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kinerja mutu organisasi.
Measurement of hospital performance can provide a strong foundation for solving existing problems and is needed to improve the quality of care service. This thesis assesses the quality performance of hospital organization using Malcolm Baldrige for Performance Excellence based on seven criteria: Leadership, Strategy Planning, Costumers Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Management Knowledge, Work Focus, Operation Focus and Result. This research is based on a qualitative research by collecting information about organizational performance through in-depth interviews, observation, document review, and focus group discussion. Based on the results of the study, in each criteria also elaborated opportunities for improvement that can be done by the hospital to improve the quality performance of the organization.

Abstrak:
Insiden Keselamatan Pasien diasosiasikan dengan kehilangan nyawa ataupun disabilitas permanen. RSUD Jati Padang, rumah sakit milik pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta, baru setahun berdiri, namun sudah ada 11 insiden yang diketahui dari Laporan dan Analisis Insiden Tim Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien Januari Juni 2018 di RS tersebut. Dalam rangka persiapan akreditasi, peneliti merasa perlu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelenggaraan Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD Jati Padang. Jenis penelitian merupakan studi kasus, didahului dengan pengisian checklist yang disesuaikan dengan persyaratan permenkes No 11 tahun 2017 yang dikuantifikasi untuk melihat gap antara current situation dengan persyaratan permenkes. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan Consensus Decission Making Group (CDMG) untuk menganalisis penyebabnya dan tindak lanjut untuk meningkatkan penyelenggaraan Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD Jati Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyelenggaraan Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD Jati Padang masih kurang. Dari CDMG didapatkan 11 akar penyebab masih rendahnya penyelenggaraan Keselamatan Pasien di RSUD Jati Padang.

Abstrak:
Kualitas Pelayanan sangat penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria pasien pada layanan rawat inap, hubungan dimensi kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan pasien dan untuk mengetahui dimensi mana yang paling berpengaruh kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Dengan total sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Didapatkan bahwa karakteristik pasien untuk usia dengan kategori terbanyak adalah dalam rentang 30-49 tahun yaitu 54%, jenis kelamin responden terbanyak adalah perempuan 78%, riwayat pendidikan akhir terbanyak yaitu SMA 53.3%, Pekerjaan responden terbanyak adalah IRT, frekuensi pendapatan terbanyak adalah dengan pendapatan per bulan Rp.3.000.000 sampai Rp. 4.000.000,-. Untuk analisis bivariat didapatan bahwa dari lima dimensi kualitas layanan empat dimensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien: reliability (p value 0.001), responsiveness ( p value < 0.0001), emphaty (p value < 0.0001) dan tangible (p value < 0.0001). Dan pada analisis multivariat didapatkan dimensi reliability dan emphaty berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien.

And the multivariate analysis found that the dimensions of reliability and empathic affect patient satisfaction.
