ABSTRAK RS~ Zahirah Jakarta mengalami turnover tenaga keperawatan yang eukup tinggi. Adanya keinginan berpindah kerja dapat memacu terjadinya turnover karyawan. Motivas dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang sering berkaitan dengan adanya keinginan berplndah kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganatlsa hubungan antara motivasl dan kepuasan kerja dengan keinginan berpindah kerja terutamaa pada tenaga keperawatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan. metode crosssectional dan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul datanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terbadap semua tenaga keperawatan di RSU Zaltirah. Variabel motivasi kelja yang memiliki hubungan dengan keinginan berpind!lh kerja adalah motivasi akan preswi dan motivasi kemajuan. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan ke~a yang memiliki hubungan dengan keinginan berpindah kerja adalahvariabel gaji dan prosedur atau pereturan. Dari beberapa variabel tersebut yang paling erat atau dominan berhubungan dengan keinginan be!pindah keda adal!lh karena motivasi prestasi
Abstract Zahirah Hospital Jakarta experiences of high enough turnover of Nurse Aids. EXtstence of turnover intentions can raee the happening of turnover employees. Job motivation and job satisfaction is factor that often relate to existence of turnover intensions. In consequence, this research bent on be for relation analysis between motivation and job satisfaction with turnover intentions especially at Nurse Aids. This Research uses quantitative approach with method crossseclional and questioner as a means of its data compiler. This Research ls conducted to all Nurse Aids Zahirah Hospital. Variable of job motivation that have relation with turnover intentions is motivation of achievement and progress motivation. Whereas variabl¢ of job satisfaction lhat have relation with turnover intentions is salary variable and procedure or regulation. From some variables referred dominant relate to turnover intensions is achievement motivation.
ABSTRACT Title: This study was aimed to assess the house hold mothers sanitation ( source of drinking water) and hygiene factors (Time of hand washing with soap) and it?s association to ascariasis of their under five years old children in the district of Sikka Nusa Tenggara West Timor (NTT) province. Stool samples were collected from 640 children from Sikka district. The prevalence of Intestinal ascaris infection was 12.50 % in this study. According to the education mother?s only 2.3% of mothers have high education,while in a huge percentage 66.56% of mothers have low level of education. 32.20% of mother have some kind of activities to earn the money. Highet percentage of children are related in the age group between 1-3 years, but only 0.13% of children have relationship to the group of under one years . According to the nutritional status of children almost half percent of children were under nutrition. By source of drinking water the highest percentage 76.56% of house hold mothers use safe drinking water. According to the activities of hand washing with soap most of house hold mother do not have this habit. While hand washing with soap after cleaning the child defecation is a donminent variable in this study (Protective) with (OR 0.40 CI 95% 0,24 ? 0,65). While in this study we do not find any significant difference of the independent variables to dependent variabe of ascariasis.
