This study aims to determine the factors that associated with retention Intention of midwives in RSIA Budi Kemuliaan. This research were mostly quantitative and complemented by qualitative research with cross sectional design conducted from February to May 2013 in the RSIA Budi Kemuliaan Jakarta, using the total sample of 111 midwives and using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan faktor eksternal rumah sakit yang mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna terhadap kunjungan ulang adalah pendidikan, pengeluaran, penanggung jawab pembayaran, lama waktu tempuh, dan persepsi terhadap tarif dengan kunjungan ulang. Faktor internal rumah sakit yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kunjungan ulang adalah sarana fisik, pelayanan rumah sakit, dan pelayanan dokter. Terdapat 5 variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kunjungan ulang di poliklinik ibu dan poliklinik anak RSIA Hermina Depok tahun 2005 yaitu pengeluaran, penanggung jawab pembayaran, lama waktu tempuh, persepsi tarif dan pelayanan dokter (p<0,05). Variabel pengeluaran yang dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan membayar merupakan variabel yang mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan dominan dengan kunjungan ulang (p= 0,001).
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin besar pengeluaran sebagai gambaran kemampuan membayar, semakin banyaknya penangung jawab pembayaran menggunakan pihak ketiga, semakin dekat waktu tempuh, semakin membaiknya presepsi terhadap tarif dan pelayanan dokter maka responden cenderung akan berkunjung ulang di Poliklinik Ibu dan Poliklinik Anak di RSIA Hemina Depok
Untuk itu penelitian ini menyarankan pihak RSIA Hermina Depok dapat semakin meningkatkan pelayanan dokter dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. RSIA Hermina Depok dapat menjaga agar harga sesuai dengan nilai pelanggan memandang rumah sakit yang dapat dipertimbangkan dari besarnya pengeluaran responden. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini perlu lebih diperdalam dengan melakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai kepuasan pasien rawat jalan untuk mengetahui perubahan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan.

This study is a cross-sectional study was conducted in clinics of mother and clinics of children in Hermina Hospital Depok. The aim of study is to find out the main factors affected on visit repeat. Sampling method use purposive sampling. Data collection used interview by questionnaire with 145 respondents. Analysis of data used Chi-square test and logistic regression.
This analysis shows the external factors have significant correlation with visit repeat. Those factors are education, earning, payment responsibility, time duration to hospital, and perception of price (p<0,05). Internal factors of the hospital have significant correlation with visit repeat. Facilities of the hospital, services of hospital and services of medical doctors were the internal factors. Earning Variable is describing ability to pay have strong and dominant correlation with visit repeat in clinics of mothers and clinics of children in Hermina Hospital Depok (p= 0,001).
The conclusion of study is increasing of the respondent earning, the method of responsibility of payment, duration time to hospital, perception of price health services and services of medical doctors will increase visited repeat patients in mothers policlinic and children policlinic in Hermina hospital Depok.
Recommendation of the study is to increase medical doctors services with improvement of quality health services. Hermina hospital kept the price of health services in order to value of the consumer which considering from respondent earning. In the future, study in satisfaction of outpatients is needed.

RSIA Budi Kemuliaan merupakan salah satu rumah sakit tertua dan tetap eksis di kota Jakarta.Tinggi rendahnya kunjungan/utilisasi poliklinik merupakan interaksi antara pemberi pelayanan dan pengguna pelayanan (pasien). Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan yang berbeda di setiap poliklinik dan belum tercapainya target peningkatan jumlah kunjungan 10% setiap tahunnya menjadi latar belakang penelitiaan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik responden RSIABK dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan utilisasi poliklinik di RSIABK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 270 responden yang mewakili poliklinik lantai II, lantai III pagi dan lantai III sore. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mempunyai tingkat pendidikan menengah ke atas (SLTA - ≥ tamat S1) sebesar 83,7%, sebagian besar responden adalah bekerja (69,3%) dengan penghasilan keluarga kurang dari Rp.3 juta (51,5%), memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang baik (67,4%), sebanyak 76,3% biaya pengobatan ditanggung sendiri (out of pocket), memiliki rata-rata waktu tempuh dari tempat tinggal ke rumah sakit 37,01 menit. Terdapat perbedaan karakteristik responden yang memilih poliklinik lantai II,lantai III pagi dan lantai III sore. Faktor yang langsung mempengaruhi utilisasi poliklinik lantai II vs poliklinik lantai III sore adalah kualitas alur pelayanan, pengetahuan, jarak tempuh, tarif dan asal biaya pengobatan. Sedangkan faktor yang langsung mempengaruhi utilisasi poliklinik lantai II vs poliklinik lantai III pagi adalah kualitas fisik RS, keterampilan bidan/perawat,asal biaya pengobatan dan pendapatan. Citra poliklinik RSIABK umumnya cukup baik dengan skor rata-rata 7,7.
Budi Kemuliaan Maternal and Child Hospital is one of the oldest hospitals and still exists in Jakarta. The frequency of polyclinic utilization represents the interaction between service providers and service users (patients). The difference of visit amount development for each polyclinic and the 10% target of visit amount development that has not been achieved become the background of this research. The purpose of this study is to understand the picture of respondents characteristic and to understand of the factors associated with utilization polyclinic of Budi Kemuliaan Maternal and Child Hospital. The type of this research is quantitative research. The writer applies analytical descriptive study by using cross-sectional approach. There are 270 respondents as the sample of the research representing polyclinic 2nd floor, 3rd floor in the morning and afternoon the 3rd floor. The results showed that the majority of respondents upper middle level of education (≥ high school graduation-S1) of 83.7%, the majority of respondents were working (69.3%) with family income of less than Rp.3 million (51.5%), has a poor level of knowledge (67.4%), as much as 76.3% of medical costs are afforded privately (outof- pocket), and has an average travel time from residence to hospital 37.01 minutes. There are several differences in respondent characteristics between polyclinics 2nd floor, 3rd floor in the morning and the 3rd floor in the afternoon. Factors that directly affect of polyclinic's utilization 2nd floor vs polyclinic 3rd floor in the afternoon are the quality of service, knowledge, mileage, rates and home treatment costs. While the factors that directly affect of the polyclinic's utilization 2nd floor vs polyclinic 3rd floor in the morning are the physical quality of hospital, midwives or nurses' skills, and sources of medical expenses and revenues. Polyclinic RSIABK image is generally quite good with an average score of 7.7.

Nosocomial infection is a threat to hospital patients. Efforts to prevent nosocomialinfection are hand washing carrying out, correct procedure putting catheter,handling wound, and IV drip. The study used quantitative and qualitative methodeto nurses who taking care post surgeric patients.Indepth interview was done to the director, chief supervisor, and the PPI team.Observations on correct procedure of the above was done. Bivarian test provedthat knowledges, supervision, and training are main factor affecting theprocedure. Hospital are expected to pay more attention to this three aspects.88 words

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan keinginan pindah kerja perawat RSU Bhakti Yudha. Variabel yang diteliti adalah karakteristik perawat, faktor pendorong dan faktor penarik. Karakteristik meliputi umur, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, pendidikan terakhir, jarak rumah ke tempat kerja, jumlah anak yang dimiliki, lama kerja dan status kepegawaian. Faktor pendorong antara lain meliputi persepsi terhadap kompensasi RS, sistem kerja keperawatan, pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja. Faktor penarik meliputi persepsi terhadap kesempatan kerja dan kompensasi perawat RS lain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif secara cross sectional pada 95 perawat. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan T Test, Annova dan Korelasi Regresi, sedangkan multivariat menggunakan Regresi Linear Ganda. Pemodelan bivariat dengan menggunakan metode enter. Hasil analisis didapatkan kompensasi RS dan kompensasi perawat RS lain yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan keinginan pindah kerja perawat.Saran untuk rumah sakit berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah RS perlu meninjau ulang mengenai cara pemberian kompensasi terutama uang lembur kepada perawat dan RS diharapkan mempertimbangkan standar kompensasi perawat RS lain dalam memberikan kompensasi.
The aim of this thesis is to analyze of factors associated with desire to move (Turnover Intention) of Nurse In Bhakti Yudha Public Hospital In 2013. Variable which researched is charactheristics of nurse are age, sex, marrital state, the last education, the distance between house and hospital, the amount of children, the lenght of employment, and the state of employment . The Push factors which the perceptions of compensation oh hospital, nursing work system, career development, and work environment. The pull factors containe the opportunity of job and the level compensation of the other hospital. The methode of research which used is quantitatively with cross sectional design which done for ninety five nurses. The analyses which used is univariate, bivariate, multivariate. Bivariat Analysis use T Test, Anova and Regression Correlation, whereas multivariate Regreesion of Binary Logistic. Bivariate model use enter methode. The result of analysis is gained The perseption of Compensation of hospital and the other hospital have the most infuence variable which correlated with turnover intention. The suggestions for Bhakti Yudha hospital are based on the result of analysis are reviewing about its compensation especialliy overtime payment compensation to the nurses and Bhakti Yudha hospital is expected reviewing about the compensation of the other hospital in compensation giving
