Abstrak:
Latar belakang: Kelompok anak buah kapal merupakan salah satu kelompok pekerja yang memiliki risiko tinggi terinfeksi HIV/AIDS karena terdapat 46% anak buah kapal membeli seks dalam satu tahun terakhir, 51% mempunyai pasangan lebih dari satu, namun hanya 13% yang konsisten menggunakan kondom dengan WPS. Tujuan penelitian: Menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seks berisiko HIV/AIDS pada kelompok pekerja anak buah kapal di Kawasan Pelabuhan Cilegon Banten. Desain penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil: perilaku seks berisiko dipengaruhi oleh faktor niat atau intensi sedangkan niat antau intensi itu sendiri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain faktor sikap, pengaruh sosial, dan kemampuan mengontrol perilaku. Faktor sikap dan pengaruh sosial tidak mempengaruhi niat mereka untuk mengubah perilaku seks berisiko menjadi perilaku seks yang lebih aman. Sedangkan faktor persepsi kemampuan mengontrol perilaku mempengaruhi niat untuk berperilaku seks berisiko. Kesimpulan: Lemahnya kemampuan mengontrol perilaku berhubungan erat dengan niat individu untuk melakukan perilaku seks berisiko.
Background: Seafarer is one of a group of workers who have a high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS because there are 46% of them bought sex in the past year, 51% had more than one sex partner, but only 13% used condoms consistently with sex workers. Objective: Describe the factors that influence sexual risk behaviors of HIV/AIDS on the ship crew in Port zone of Cilegon Banten. Study design: This research is a descriptive qualitative case study research. Results: risky sexual behavior influenced by intention, while intentions itself is affected by several factors. There are the factors of attitude, social influence, and the ability to control the behavior. Attitudes and social factors influence does not affect their intentions to change risky sexual behaviors become safer sex behavior. While the perceived behavioral control influencing the intention to risky sexual behavior. Conclusion: Lack of ability to control the behavior of individuals closely associated with the intention to do the risky sexual behavior.

Abstrak:
Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang paling berpotensi menimbulkan stress kerja, baik yang disebabkan oleh faktor individual ataupun faktor pekerjaan. Stress kerja yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi para guru SLB yaitu menimbulkan perasaan tidak percaya diri, penolakan, marah atau depresi, penurunan kinerja dan motivasi, serta memicu terjadinya penyakitmental dan fisik seperti sakit kepala, sakit perut, insomnia, tekanan darah tinggi dan lain-lain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Variabel independen ini meliputi faktor individual (jenis kelamin, umur, pengalaman kerja, status pernikahan, dan status pendidikan) dan faktor terkait pekerjaan (hubungan interpersonal, bebab kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja, rutinitas pekerjaan, pengembangan karir, peran dalam oragnisasi, serta iklim dan struktur organisasi). Variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah tingkat stres kerja. Sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Analisa bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui sebanyak 30 guru (54,5%) mengalami stres kerja berat, sedangkan 25 guru (45,5%) lainya mengalami stres kerja ringan. Faktor-faktor yang terbukti berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SLB-BC-BC adalah rutinitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir.
Teachers of Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) is one of the most potential job which stimulates stresses, whether caused by individual or working factors. The excessive amount of stress are possible in causing negative effects to the SLB teachers such as unconfidence, denial, anger or depression, and derivations of work performance and motivation, which also stimulates physical illness such as headache, stomachache, insomnia, and high blood pressure. This reseach is an observational research with quantitative method and using cross sectional design. The independent variable includes Individual Factors (Sex, Age, work experience, marrital status, and educational status) and Working related Factors (Interpersonal Relationship, Workload, Working Environment, Work routines, Career Development, the Roles within Organization, and the Atmosphere in the Organization and Organizational Structure). The dependent variables being researched is Work Stress. The sample of this research is 55 SLB teachers in Depok. Bivariate analysis is conducted by using Chi square tests resulting in 30 SLB teachers (54,5%) undergoing a severe work stress and 25 of SLB teachers (45,5%) are undergoing mild work stress. Factors which are proven to be affecting Work Stress on teachers in Sekolah Luar Biasa-BCare Work Routines, Working Environment, and Career Development.

PT X merupakan salah satu perusahaan kimia yang memproduksi bleaching earth dengan komponen utama yang mengandung silika di dalamnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran konsentrasi silika, diketahui bahwa terdapat konsentrasi silika dengan mean 0,0018 mg/𝑚3 di udara lingkungan pekerja bagian Bagging di PT X. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan memprediksi tingkat risiko kesehatan akibat pajanan silika pada pekerja bagian bagging di PT X dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan (ARKL) untuk melihat tingkat risiko kesehatan non karsinogenik dan karsinogenik akibat pajanan silika.Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya risiko kesehatan yang ditimbulkan oleh pajanan silika selama 25 tahun mendatang. PT X is one of the chemical company that produces bleaching earth with the main component that consists silica. According to the result of Silica measurement, had been known that there was a silica concentration with mean 0.0018 mg/𝑚3 in the air of bagging area. Therefore this study was conducted to find out and predict the health risk that was caused by silica exposure in bagging area in the PT X using an environmental health risk analysis method to see the non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic health risk due to silica exposure. Abstrak:
UMKM Kedelai (Tempe, Tahu, & Oncom) di Kecamatan Citereup Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi bahaya dan risiko pada setiap proses kerjanya, sehingga diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menganalisis risiko K3. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan penentuan tingkat risiko secara semi kuantitatif menggunakan nilai consequences, exposure, dan likelihood mengacu pada metode yang ditemukan oleh W.T. Fine. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat risiko tertinggi dengan level Very high antara lain Risiko : Heat stress, Luka Bakar, Kebakaran, Ledakan, Gangguan Pernafasan. Tingkat risiko tertinggi disebabkan oleh Bahaya Panas dan Budaya kerja yaitu merokok pada saat bekerja. Tingkat risiko level Priority 1 antara lain Risiko : NIHL, Tersengat Listrik, Luka Bakar, Iritasi kulit, Keracunan, Tejatuh. Tingkat risiko Priority 1 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Fisik: Bising, Listrik, Bahaya Biologi, Bahaya Kimia. Tingkat risiko level Substantial antara lain Risiko : Low Back Pain, Cedera otot lengan / kaki . Tingkat risiko Substantial disebabkan oleh Bahaya Ergonomi: Posisi janggal, Mengangkat beban yang berat. Tingkat risiko level Priority 3 antara lain Risiko : Stress Kerja. Tingkat risiko Priority 3 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Psikososial: Beban Kerja, Kelelahan.

Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat dan pembunuh nomor 3 di Indonesia yang setiap tahunnya memakan korban rata-rata sebanyak 30.000 korban meninggal. Jenis kendaraan yang paling banyak terlibat dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu sepeda motor. Hal ini sesuai dengan peningkatan terhadap jumlah kendaraan roda dua di Indonesia. Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan tingkat kecelakaan yang paling tinggi menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia pada pengendara sepeda motor dibandingkan wilayah lainnya di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara faktor penyebabdengan kejadian meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor manusia (lengah, lelah, mengantuk, mabuk, tidak tertib, tidak terampil, dan kecepatan tinggi), faktor kendaraan (kerusakan pada ban, rem blong, selip dan lampu kendaraaan), dan faktor lingkungan fisik (jalan rusak, jalan berlubang, jalan bergelombang, jalan licin, jalan tanpa lampu, jalan tanpa marka/rambu, jalan menikung, dan kondisi hujan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain Cross sectional. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan terdapat hasil bermakna dengan meninggal akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas pada variabel mengantuk, kecepatan tinggi, selip, dan jalan rusak/berlubang/bergelombang. Saran yang diberikan untuk menanggulangi kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah meningkatkan kerja sama antar instansi yang berhubungan, penegakan peraturan baik terkait SIM, batas kecepatan, maupun peraturan lalu lintas lainnya dan perbaikan jalan yang rusak.

Skripsi ini membahas analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) untuk pengguna sepeda motor pada mahasiswa di Depok tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain potong lintang. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah theory of planned behavior yang mengatakan bahwa intensi dipengaruhi oleh sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensi untuk menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) tinggi dengan variabel sikap sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh. Abstrak:
Tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas khususnya pada kendaraan roda dua dengan korban kedua paling banyak adalah usia remaja. Berbagai faktor melatarbelakangi angka ini, akan tetapi faktor perilaku disebut sebagai faktor utama. Perilaku yang berkembang pada masa remaja dapat menetap hingga dewasa, sehingga dibutuhkan perbaikan perilaku sedini mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sekaligus faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku mengemudi beresiko pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada siswa-siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (n=168). Hasil peneitian menunjukkan hampir sebagian besar responden berperilaku mengemudi berisiko. Selain itu terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh teman dan pengaruh orang tua dengan perilaku mengemudi pada remaja. Dibutuhkan tindak lanjut yang lebih tegas dari pihak kepolisian juga kerja sama dari pihak sekolah maupun orang tua untuk menurunkan perilaku mengemudi berisiko pada remaja.

Various factors underlie this number, but behavioral factors reffered as the major factor. Behaviors that develop in adolescence can persist into adulthood, so behavior improvement is needed as early as possible. This study aims to describe factors related to risky driving behaviors in adolescents. The method used is quantitative and cross sectional. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to high school students (n = 168). The results showed that majority of respondents have risky driving behaviors. In addition there is a relationship between the influence of friends and the influence of parents with driving behavior in adolescents. Rigorous law enforcement by the police and cooperation from parents and school are needed to reduce risky driving behavior in adolescents. Abstrak:
Kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment dalam kegiatan ground handling pesawat di area ramp berisiko tinggi menyebabkan insiden dan kecelakaan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar terutama bagi maskapai penerbangan, pekerja ground handling dan operasi bandara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment yang menangani pesawat wide body PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analitik dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 80 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi square. Fatigue Severity Scale digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur kelelahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur, waktu commuting dan waktu istirahat secara signifikan berasosiasi terhadap kelelahan pada operator ground support equipment. Faktor individu dalam penelitian ini berperan besar terhadap terjadinya kelelahan sehingga diharapkan pekerja dapat mengelola waktu pribadi dan mengoptimalkan waktu istirahat ketika bekerja untuk mengurangi kelelahan.
