Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh pendidikan sebaya (peer education) terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII diSMP Negeri 4 Bekasi tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatifpre eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test and post test. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-1 sampai dengan VII-5 SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi sebanyak 180 orang. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposve sampling.Dari hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi sebesar1.99 point untuk rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan 1.22 point untuk rata-rata nilai sikap.Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata nilaipengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan sebaya tentang bahaya merokok (p-value < 0.05). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan sebaya(peer education) yang dilakukan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatanpengetahuan dan sikap tentang bahaya merokok pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri4 Bekasi. Diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat terus melaksanakan program pendidikansebaya (peer education) tentang bahaya merokok serta menjalin kerjasama denganpuskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan programpendidikan sebaya (peer education) tentang bahaya merokok di sekolah.Kata Kunci : pengetahuan, sikap, bahaya merokok, pendidikan sebaya
This research discusses the effects of peer education towards knowledge and attitudesabout the dangers of smoking in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi in2014. The study uses a pre-experimental quantitative research with one group pre testand post test design. Samples were 180 people, students of class VII-1 until VII-5SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. The selection of the sample using purposive sampling.The result of data processing are the increasing of knowledge and attitudes about thedangers of smoking in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. The averagevalue of knowledge increases 1.99 points and the average value of attitude increases1.22 points. Result test statistically shows there are significant differences the averagevalue of the knowledge and attitudes before and after the peer education about thedangers of smoking (p-value <0.05). Those increasing point and result teststatistically have proven that peer education ,which have been conducted, are succedto increase knowledge and attitudes about the dangers of smoking in seventh gradestudents of SMP Negeri 4 Bekasi. Abstrak:
Kasus HIV dan AIDS di Indonesia khususnya untuk kalangan remaja cukup tinggi, dibuktikan pada data kasus HIV baru tahun 2011, 18% merupakan anak kelompok usia 15-24 tahun. Berdasarkan data KPAD Kota Bogor, jumlah penderita HIV dan AIDS hingga tahun 2013 tercatat sebanyak 2.015. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap isu HIV dan AIDS pada siswa/i kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi intervensi dengan One Group Only Pre-test Post-test. Hasilnya rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan 175% pada post-test pertama dan 85% pada post-test kedua. Rata-rata peningkatan sikap 120% pada post-test pertama dan 162% pada post-test kedua. Diperlukan penyuluhan atau pendidikan kesehatan secara berkala dan berkesinambungan agar pengetahuan siswa/i meningkat dan stabil atau tidak mengalami penurunan tentang kesehatan, khususnya HIV dan AIDS

Abstrak:
Kasus diare pada golongan umur 5-14 tahun memiliki jumlah yang cukup tinggi. Untuk meminimalisir resiko terjadinya penularan penyakit diare diperlukan tindakan cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS) karena terbukti efektif untuk mematikan virus diare. Namun, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap CTPS masih terbilang rendah sehingga dibutuhkan pendidikan kesehatan salah satunya bisa dilakukan dengan metode demonstrasi dan metode ceramah. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan metode ceramah terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi CTPS pada siswa-siswi sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Jiput. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada siswa SDN Banyuresmi 1 dan SDN Jiput 4. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat adanya suatu perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi siswa mengenai CTPS sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan yang signifikan secara statistik dari pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode demonstrasi dan metode ceramah terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi tentang cuci tangan pakai sabun siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Jiput

However, public awareness of washing hands with soap is still relatively low so that health education is needed, one of which can be done by the demonstration method and the lecture method. This study is to determine the effect of health education using the demonstration method and the lecture method on the level of knowledge, attitudes and motivation of washing hands with soap in elementary school students in Jiput District.
