Adolescents with intellectual disabilities have the right to receive health information including sexuality education. As a person who is trusted to convey information, teachers can be promoters of sexuality education for mental retarded adolescents. This study aims to obtain information about the description of sexuality education practices that had been done by teachers in SLB-C Dharma Asih Depok 2018. The study used a qualitative approach with Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) design. The research informant consisted of 8 teachers of SLB-C Dharma Asih. Data collection was done by in-depth interview and observation. Data processing is done by arranging transcripts, creating matrices, identifying relationships between variables and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the practice of sexuality education in SLB-C Dharma Asih done in a classical and incidental. Teachers have adequate knowledge of sexuality education and consider sexuality education to be given to adolescent tunagrahita as early as possible. Constraints faced, the teacher does not have a module related to sexuality education and there is no educational tools that support sexuality education in schools. Schools do not have specific policies related to sexuality education for adolescents tunagrahita. Cooperation between teachers, parents, primary health care, and education offices has not been optimal to encourage sexuality education. It is suggested that there should be special program or policy related to sexuality education for adolescents tunagrahita by encouraging the involvement of all stakeholders
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi psikoedukasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja tunagrahita terhadap pengetahuan dan praktik orangtua siswa tunagrahita di SLB C Tri Asih Jakarta.
Metode : Kuasi eksperimen dengan pre-post test without control yang ditujukan kepada 36 orangtua siswa tunagrahita di SLB C Tri Asih Jakarta. Hasil : Rata-rata pengetahuan orangtua siswa tunagrahita sebelum diberikan intervensi adalah 10,28, setelah diberikan intervensi, pada post test 1 menjadi 11,61 dan pada post test 2 menjadi 11,94. Rata-rata praktik orangtua siswa tunagrahita sebelum intervensi adalah 1,08 dan setelah intervensi menjadi 1,11.
Kesimpulan : Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan praktik orangtua siswa tunagrahita di SLB Tri Asih Jakarta setelah diberikan intervensi psikoedukasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja tunagrahita, namun, peningkatan ini belum bisa dikatakan efektif.

Adolescent experiencing many changes and developments as well as adolescentmental retardation. This study aims to know the description adolescent sexualbehavior SMALB and SMPLB mental retardation in East Jakarta in 2013. Thisstudy was conducted using a cross-sectional study, sample of 105 adolescentswith mental retardation in SMPLB and SMALB East Jakarta. Collecting datadirectly from respondents interviewed using a questioner. Results of this study69.5% of adolescent mental retardation get risky sexual behavior. Mentalretardation adolescent respondents who have a greater sexual risk behavior on:adolescent girls (91.7%), adolescents with a high level of knowledge (74.5%),adolescents being so permissive (77.6%), adolescents are not exposed topornographic media (85.7%), adolescents are exposed to pornographic materialthrough electronic media (48%), adolescents are exposed to pornographic materialwith uncommon frequency (56.3%), had no effect teen peers (78.4%), adolescentswith behavioral never risky sexual reproductive health topic information given byparents (72%). The need for intensive treatment of all parties, both parents, basiceducation department, schools, health services in the health services for teens teenmental retardation may be responsible for reproductive health.
Meningkatnya temuan kasus HIV-AIDS di Kabupaten Kuningan dari tahun ke tahun, menunjukkan bahwa perilaku seksual berisiko di Kabupaten Kuningan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa belum dilakukannya upaya pencegahan penularan HIV-AIDS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui besarnya bentuk hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko ditinjau dari aspek penularan dan pencegahan HIV-AIDS dan sikap terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko pada remaja di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan yang bersifat cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2013 di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Besar sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, pengumpulan data dilakukan sekaligus pada satu waktu secara bersamaan (point time approach) dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu pengujian statistic chi square dengan batas kepercayaan (α=0,05); dengan estimasi confidential interval/tingkat kepercayaan (CI) 95%. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja, diperoleh nilai p = 0,755 maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja diperoleh nilai p= 0,019 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja.
The findings of increasing cases of HIV-AIDS in Kuningan district from year to year, suggesting that sexual risk behavior in Kuningan has increased. This increase suggests that prevention efforts of HIV-AIDS have not done. The purpose of this study, to determine the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS to adolescent sexual behavior in terms of aspects of transmission and prevention of HIV-AIDS and attitudes toward adolescents premarital sexual behavior in SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan. This study uses descriptive research method through a cross sectional approach, was conducted in March-May 2013 in the SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan regency of West Java. Samples taken by 200 respondents, as well as the data collection is done at the same time (time point approach) by using a questionnaire,. with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Type of statistical test used is the chi square test with statistical confidence limits (α = 0.05), with an estimated confidential interval / confidence level (CI) 95%. Results of statistical tests the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with adolescent premarital sexual behavior, the value of p = 0.755, it can be concluded there is no significant relationship between a comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with. Results of statistical tests the relationship between attitudes to adolescent premarital sexual behavior obtained p value = 0.019, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and adolescent premarital sexual behavior.
