In addition to providing many benefits, the Internet also has an impact on one'shealth, if its use is not controlled wisely. In Indonesia, the attention to theintensity of excessive internet access is still lacking, although many studies havefound symptoms of internet addiction as a result of excessive internet use. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the relationship of predisposing factors,enabling factors, and reinforcing factors internet usage at 100 Regular BachelorDegree Program students at the University of Indonesia with an age range of 18-25 years old. This research is a quantitative survey data collected withquestionnaires. The results of this study is the level of expenditure, the level ofknowledge, as well as the influence of peers, family, and owned facilitiesassociated with the use of the Internet respondents. Based on this study areadvised to provide information about the impact of excessive Internet use to thegeneral public, especially adolescents and the presence of further research todetermine how much impact that excessive internet use has been felt by thecommunity of internet users in Indonesia.Keywords: Internet, student, negative impact, factors, overuse

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a growing epidemic and the cost of treating diabetes is largely increasing. The objective of this study was to know cost of diabetes among member of JPK PT Jamasostek (Persero) whom attends at out-patient care hospitals in Jakarta, and to know cost comparison of diabetes at out-patient hospital. This study use quantitative research that has descriptive characteristic. From the total diabetes cost components, the cost for medicine represents the largest share (40%-60%), followed by laboratory cost (24%-36%), and consultation cost (10%-12%). The annual mean outpatient cost for each person with diabetes was Rp 400,280-Rp 1,141,372. The cost burden of DM at outpatient care hospitals is 2.2%-6.2% from income per month. That burden could be saved by prevention, earlier detection, and a reduction in diabetes co-morbidities and complications through improved diabetes care. Large scale and cost-effective prevention programs need to be initiated to maximize health gains and to reverse the advance of this epidemic.

Anxiety is a basic emotion in the form of negative thoughts of uncertainty that arise when there is a threat, often accompanied by headaches, palpitations, mild gastric disturbances or sweating. Excessive anxiety will inhibit a person's function in life. In the world, the prevalence of anxiety disorders reaches 5% of the population, while in Indonesia mental emotional disorders (depression and anxiety) reach 9.8%. In 2018 the proportion of anxiety found in FKM UI students was 87.2%, the highest proportion was at the severe level (25.3%) and the lowest was at the moderate level (18.3%). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with anxiety in FKM UI students in 2020. The approach was carried out quantitatively, with cross-sectional study design, and analysis with the Chi Square test to see the relationship between 8 independent variables with anxiety. The research sample of 146 people from a population of 1121 people. The instrument used was the DASS-21 questionnaire, and data collection using google forms. The proportion of anxiety found in regular S1 FKM UI students in 2020 was 83.6%, the highest proportion was at the extremely severe level (39.7%), and the lowest was at the mild level (4.1%). Statistical tests show there is a relationship between sex and age factors with anxiety. It is hoped that UI and FKM UI can improve promotive and preventive interventions related to mental health, especially anxiety, and improve the quality and quantity of human resources at the Makara Clinic so that they can handle mental health cases more optimally in the future.

Functional nutiriton literacy is a basic and important skill that a person needs and health promotion in an era of disease due to nutritional problems is increasing. This study aims to determine the associated between social determinants and functional nutrition literacy in first-year regular undergraduate students at Halu Oleo University. This research using cross-sectional, that takes data from Health Literacy Study 2019 at Halu Oleo University, Southeast Sulawesi Province (n=359). The measuremenet of nutritional literacy was carried out using The Newest Vital Sign (NVS), containing 6 questions regarding adapted nutrition labels. The analysis used multiple linier regressin, with functional nutrition literacy as the dependent variable and social determinants such as gender, ethnicity, residence status, pocket money, access to health services, and access to health information as independent variables. The results showed that the functional nutrition literacy level of the students was inadequate (M=2,47; SD=1,285). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed a significant relationship between functional nutrition literacy scores and social determinantas, gender (β=0,30, p=0,019). These results indicate a weak relationship between social determinants and functional nutrition literacy. And efforts are needed to develop education related to nutrition labels to assist students to improve functional nutritional literacy
Factors associated with health literacy among first year students of Universitas Andalas in West Sumatra Health literacy is the capacity to obtain, process, and understand basic health information services needed to improve and maintain health; however, study around health literacy is limited among Indonesian population, including among those with higher educational status. This research aimed to assess factors associated with health literacy among first year students of Universitas Andalas. Data came from the Indonesian Health Literacy Study 2019, focusing on samples of first year students from 15 faculties of the Universitas Andalas (n=363). Health literacy was measured using the European Health Literacy Survey Question 16 (HLS-EU-Q16), tat had been adapted into Indonesian context. Among all respondents, the average score of health literacy was 2,90 (SD=0,49). Factors associated with health literacy were access to health information, ethnic identity, and access to health services. Required for increasing individual health through social media for sharing information, educative intervention in improving health literacy skill.
