Abstrak:
Skripsi ini menganalisis bauran promosi layanan medical check up di RS AzzraBogor tahun 2013-2014. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan data kunjungan medical check up dari tahun 2011-2014 dilihat jumlah kunjungan dari tahun ke tahun perubahan yang fluktuatif serta dilihat dari dataperusahaan yang bekerja sama untuk layanan medical check up adanya penurunanjumlah perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan rumah sakit Azzra Bogor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kegiatan bauran promosi layanan medical check updi rumah sakit Azzra tahun 2013-2014 dilihat dari aspek input, proses, output. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalamterhadap manajer marketing, kepala bagian marketing dan staff marketing di rumahsakit Azzra Bogor. Dilakukan pula observasi dan telaah data sekunder dari rumahsakit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum efektifnya kegiatan bauran promosi yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit Azzra untuk layanan medical check up bagi perusahaan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kunjungan yang menurun dan cenderung tidak stabil.Kata kunci :Promosi, pemasaran, medical check up, koorporat

Abstrak:
BPJS sudah berjalan sejak tanggal 01 Januari 2014, salah satu program proteksisosial yang belum bergabung dengan BPJS, yaitu Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah(JAMKESDA) khususnya di daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Untuk itu perlu adanyasuatu evaluasi program JAMKESDA sehingga dapat menjadi pembanding antaraperencanaan dan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan serta dapat mengetahuipelaksanaan JAMKESDA setalah BPJS berjalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan sistem sehingga bertujuan untukmengertahui bagaimana input proses dan output program JAMKESDA pada eraJKN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan programJAMKESDA sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kendala utama dalam programJAMKESDA di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah terlambatnya klaimdari rumah sakit yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya pelaporan. Persiapan yangdilakukan untuk bergabung dengan BPJS pada tahun 2015 nanti adalah pegawaipelaksana program sedang melakukan validasi data ulang untuk mengetahui wargaTangerang Selatan yang layak untuk masuk dalam BPJS. Dengan demikian, tidakada perubahan yang signifikan pada program JAMKESDA di era JKN, hanya sajaperlu penambahan kualitas dan kuantitas pegawai serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, selain itu pelajaran yang dapat diambil ketika JAMKESDA bergabung dengan BPJS adalah perlunya kesiapan sistem, kebijakan pemerintah daerah serta puskesmas sebagai gate keeper.Kata kunci : Analisis pelaksanaan, Program JAMKESDA, JKN, Sistem

Abstrak:
1 Januari 2014 Pemerintah mulai menerapkan program JKN bagi seluruh rakyat.Skripsi ini bertujuan mengetahui proporsi peserta, kunjungan, pengguna, ContactRate dan Visite Rate peserta JKN berdasarkan jenis kelamin, umur, dan jenis peserta,serta hubungan antara variabel jenis kelamin, umur, dan jenis peserta dengan variabelutilisasi rawat jalan . Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desaincross sectional, mengolah data sekunder register kunjungan pasien JKN dan peserta JKN. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, peserta JKN di Puskesmas Cipageran padaApril 2014 adalah 12.728 orang, peserta yang memanfaatkan pelayanan rawat jalan(5,7%), Contact Rate berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perempuan lebih besar (6,9%)daripada laki-laki (4,6%), berdasarkan kelompok umur tertinggi kelompok umur ≥60 tahun (12,2%), berdasarkan jenis peserta JKN, BPBI lebih besar (6,5%) daripadaPBI (5,4%). Visite Rate berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perempuan lebih besar (10,4%)daripada laki-laki (4,4%), berdasarkan kelompok umur tertinggi kelompok umur ≥60 tahun (15,0%), berdasarkan jenis peserta JKN, PBI lebih besar (7,8%) daripadaBPBI (7,0%). Hasil uji hubungan variabel jenis kelamin, umur dan jenis peserta JKNdengan utilisasi rawat jalan, diperoleh nilai p untuk setiap variabel bebas ≤ α (0,05).Dengan demikian hasil bermakna, artinya ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin, umurdan jenis peserta JKN dengan utilisasi pelayanan rawat jalan.

Abstrak:
Pada tahun 2014 Pusat Perencanaan dan Pendayagunaan SDM Kesehatan mendistribusikan produk Dokumen Rencana Kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan untuk menjadi acuan dalam penyusunan rencana kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan di Dinas Provinsi namun pendistribusian dokumen mengalami keterlambatan. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Dokumen Rencana Kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan Tahun 2014 Pusat Perencanaan dan Pendayagunaan SDM Kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta Pada Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahun 2014 Dokumen Rencana Kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan Tahun 2014 Pusat Perencanaan dan Pendayagunaan SDM Kesehatan tidak menjadi acuan dalam penyusunan dokumen rencana kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan di tahun 2015 digunakan sebagai acuan namun data sudah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada antara lain dikarenakan sumber data Dokumen Rencana Kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan Tahun 2014 Pusat Perencanaan dan Pendayagunaan SDM Kesehatan tahun 2013 dan terjadi mutasi pegawai sehubungan dengan pembukaan RSU Kecamatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan penyebab dari kurang tercapainya tujuan dokumen rencana kebutuhan SDM Kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta tahun 2015 yaitu integrasi data belum dianggap penting.
In 2014 the Human Resources Planning and Utilization of Health distributes products Health Plan Document HR needs to be a reference in health human resource planning needs in the Provincial Office, but the distribution of the document has been delayed. This qualitative study aims to determine the implementation of the Health Human Resource Needs Plan Document 2014 Human Resources Planning and Utilization of Health in Jakarta Provincial Health Office of the Year 2014. The results showed in 2014 Needs Plan Document HR 2014 Health Center Health Human Resource Planning and Utilization not a reference in the preparation of the document HHR planning needs in the Jakarta Provincial Health Office and in 2015 was used as a reference but the data is not in accordance with the existing conditions, among others, because the data sources Needs Plan Document HR 2014 Health Center Health Human Resource Planning and Utilization of year 2013 and a mutation of employees in connection with the opening of the District Hospital. The conclusion of this study, the cause of the lack of achievement of the plan document HHR needs in Jakarta Provincial Health Office in 2015, namely the integration of the data has not been considered important.
