Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah (1) mendapatkan gambaran mengenai logistic farmasi RS Ananda dalam hal kebijakan, organisasi, sarana, dan SDM; (2) menentukan kelompok nilai pemakaian, nilai investasi, dan nilai kritis yang mempunyai nilai tinggi, sedang, dan rendah; (3) menyusun perencanaan penyediaan obat dengan menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan diperkuat dengan analisa deskriptif dimana data diperoleh dari data primer yaitu observasi, wawancara dengan coordinator gudang, manager penunjang medis, dan direktur, dan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari laporan pemakaian obat-obatan tahun 2004 dan harga dari obat-obatan selama periode tahun 2004. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa ABC Indeks Kritis didapatkan 21 item obat yang termasuk kategori sangat kritis. Dari ke-21 item ini kemudian dicari nilai EOQ dan ROP sehingga didapatkan jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis dan kapan kita harus memesan kembali obat-obatan tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi proses perencanaan dan pengendalian obat-obatan Rumah Sakit Ananda yaitu kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan logistik farmasi khususnya belum dibuatnya daftar formularium, ketidakjelasan organisasi logistik farmasi ,keterbatasan tenaga baik dari kualitas maupun kuantitas, dan sarana yang tersedia di gudang farmasi belum memadai. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki perncanaan dan pengendalian obat-obatan di gudang farmasi RS Ananda yaitu dengan menggunakan metode analisis ABC Indeks Kritis dan pengendalian persediaan dengan EOQ dan ROP, meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas Sumber Daya Manusia, meningkatkan sarana yang terdapat di gudang farmasi, membuat daftar formularium, membuat SOP yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan logistik farmasi. Tujuannya adalah agar perencanaan dan pengendalian obat-obatan Rumah Sakit Ananda dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.
One of the activities in the hospital, in the logistic department is a strategic one after Human Resources in which one of the most strategic medical supporting activities for the hospital management is a service activity at the pharmaceutical installation. Drugs are big investment in a hospital as well as the biggest revenue for the hospital. With such big investment and large number of items are essential for the optimum management, among other things are good planning and control system. Drugs stock at pharmaceutical warehouse of Ananda Hospital of monthly in 2004 is Rp. 383.538.740,00 of the total monthly average stock (initial stock plus purchase) that is 1.033.562.530,00 or about 37,1%. Remaining stock as for December 25, 2003 is Rp. 537.805.000,00 increasing 35,5% to Rp. 729.111.577,00 as for December 25, 2004. This suggests that the increase in the drug stock is not counterbalanced with drug intake thus representing a good hospital in terms of both service and finance of Ananda Hospital.
General objective of this research is to identify the drug stock available at the pharmaceutical warehouse of Ananda Hospital Bekasi, planning and control the number of economical drug orders in order that the drugs in the large number are available that are optimum. Specific objective of this research is to obtain the representation of the pharmaceutical logistics of Ananda Hospital in terms of desirability, organization, means, and Human Resources; (2) to determine the group of application, investment, and critical values that have high, median and low values (3) to organize the drugs stock planning by determining economical amount of orders. This research is a quantitative research and is enforced with descriptive analysis where the data is obtained from the primary data that is observation, interview with the warehouse coordinator, medical supporting manager, and director, and questionnaire. Meanwhile the secondary data is obtained from the drugs administration report of year 2004 and the drugs price during the 2004 period. The results of this research using the analysis of ABC Critical Index are that 21 drug items are obtained including very critical category. Of these 21 items, then the EOQ and ROP values are requested so the economical amount of orders are obtained and when we should place order the drugs again.
Research results suggest that there are several factors that influence the drug planning and control process of Ananda Hospital that is the desirability concerning the activity of pharmaceutical logistic in particular the formularium list has not been developed, ambiguity in the pharmaceutical logistic organization, lack of personnel in terms of both quality and quantity, and the available means at the pharmaceutical warehouse is insufficient. The attempts that are made to correct the drugs planning and control at the pharmaceutical warehouse of Ananda Hospital is by using a ABC Critical Index ABC and stock control by EOQ and ROP methods, improving both quality and quantity of Human Resources, improving the means available at the pharmaceutical warehouse, developing formularium list, making SOP regarding the pharmaceutical logistic activities. Its aims are that the drug planning and control of Ananda Hospital may work effectively and efficiently.
The number of error occurrences in the pharmaceutical drug Awal Bros Bekasi. The purposeof this study discusses the factors affecting medication errors in pharmacy Awal Bros bekasiHospital, and it begin from prescribing, dispensing and administring. Is a qualitative studywith an explanatory purposes. Results of the study there were 274 events. Types of errorsinclude wrong drug, wrong patient, wrong reading, wrong route of administration. The causeof the error is lack of knowledge and skills of the officer, the officer busyness, lack ofcommunication, lack of socialization of policies and procedures, the use of prescriptiononline is not maximized. Instatasi farmasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari rumah sakit yang menyediakan produk dan jasa dalam bentuk pelayanan resep. Bagi pasien, kualitas pelayanan resep farmasi yang baik umumnya terkait dengan waktu pelayanan. Waktu pelayanan resep diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lama kerja, beban kerja. pengetahuan dan ketrampilan., shift kerja jumlah resep, jumlah item resep, jenis resep, jenis pembayaran dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada waktu pelayanan resep instalasi fannasi RS Hermina Depok tahun 2010. Penelitian ini dilakukan di instalasi farmasi RS Hemina Depok pada bulan Desember 2010. Desain penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pengamatan, telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam dengan para informan yang terkait yaitu pimpinan RS dan para staf instalasi farmasi. Hasil penelitian rnemperlihatkan bahwa faktor faktor yang berpengaruh pda waktu pelayanan resep instalasi farmasi adalah lama kerja, bcban kcrja, pcngctahuan dan ketrampilan, shift kerja, jumlah resep, jenis resep dan kcsesuaian resep dengan formulariurn, sedangkan faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan waktu pelayanan resep adlah jumlah item resep dan jenis pembayaran. Faktor-faktor dominan adalah beban kerja, jumlah resep dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan manajemen Rumah Sakit melakukan analisa beban kerja petugas farmasi, mengevaluasi ulang jadwal praktek Dokter di poliklinik, menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan obat serta mengkaji ulang definisi dan standar waktu pelayanan resep instalasi farmasi. Hal ini diharapkan menjadi besar bagi proses perbaikan dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan kefarmasian terutama waktu pelayanan resep.
Pharmacy is one part of the hospital that provides products and services in the form of prescription services. For patients, quality of good phannacy prescription services generally associated with service time. Prescription service time is expected to be influenced by factors of length of work. workload, knowledge and skill, work shift, number of prescriptions, number of prescription items, type of prescription, type of payment and compliance with the formulary prescriptions. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the service time pharmacy prescription Hermina Depok Hospital on the year 20 l 0. This research was conducted in the pharmacy Hermina Depok Hospital in December 2010. Research design is a qualitative with observation, document review and in-depth interviews with informants related to the leadership of the hospital and phannacy staff. The results showed that the factors that affect pharmacy prescription service time are the length of work, workload, knowledge and skills, work shift, number of prescriptions, type of prescription and prescription compliance with formulary, while factors not related to the prescription service time are number of items presciption and type of payment. Dominant factors are workload, the number of prescriptions and prescription compliance with the formulary. Based on these result, hospital management is expected to analyze the workload of pharmacist, to re-evaluate the practice of doctors in the clinic schedule, analyze factors affecting the availability of drugs and review the definition and standards of pharmacy prescription service time. This is expected to be the basis for process improvement in enhancing the quality of pharmacy services, especially prescription service time.
Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Pusat sebaai institusi pemberi layanan kesehatan dituntut umuk gncngupayakan pemanfaatan setiap fasilitas layanan yang dimiliki secara optimal agar dapat tetap survive dalam sitiasi yang kompetitif scpcrti sekarang ini. Salah wtu fasiiitas layanan yang penting adalah apotik, selain keberadaannya Idibutuhkan untuk dapat memenuhi seluruh kcbutuhan obat pasien, bila dikelola idengn balk apotik akan menjadi salah satu sumber penghasilan bagi rumah sakit yang bersangkutan. Adanya kesenjangan jumlah resep yang dilayani instalasi Rumasi akan mempengaruhi kclancaran layanan dan sekaligus mengurangi kesempatan menambah penghasilan bagi RSUP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran talctor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan kembaii instalasi farmasi oleh pasien xawatjalan di RS Islam Jakarta Pusat lahun 2006. Penclitian ini merupakan penelitian kuamizalif dengan dcsain cross secrional. Responden dalam penelitian ini besjumlah 110 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan nnalisis univariat dan analisis bivariat uji Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas berpendidikan tinggi (Sekolah lanjutan atas dan perguruan tinggi), bcrpcnghasilan rendah., penanggung biaya sama banyak antara pihak ketiga dan biaya scndiri, jumlah tanggungan keluarga sedikir, berpersepsi buruk terhadap harga obat, berpersepsi bali: terhadap petugas apotik, berpersepsi buruk terhadap Iokasi apotik, berpersepsi buruk terlndap infbrmasi obat, berpersepsi bumk tcrhadap mang nmggu. Sedangkan faktor~faktor yang mempunyai hubnngan yang signitikan dengan pemanfaaian kembali instalasi farmasi adalah pelsepsi biaya ohat, persepsi terhadap petugas apotik, pelsepsi infomlasi obat dan persepsi ruang tunggu. Saran yang dianjurkan dalam rangka meningkatkan mulu pelayanan adalah (l)Pasien dengan biaya sendiri dibexikan fasilitas yang lebih baik, (2) Penemuan target pelayanan, baik dajam hal kecepatan, ketepamn jumlah rcsep yang dilayani, (3) Perlu penambahan petunjuk amh apotik agar lcbih dapai dilihat oleh pasien disebabkan lokasi apotik yang berada disudut rumah saldt, (4) Perhmya pelatihan komunikasi pctugas apotik terhadap infoormasi obat yang dibelikan kepada pasien, (5) Dipcrluasnya ruang tunggu apotik, (6) Perlunya analisis harga obat oleh pihak manajemen agar dapat tetap bersaing dengan apotik sekitar.
Islamic Hospital as health service institution is claimed to attain using each service facilities which their owned optimally so it can fixed survive in the competitive situation like as today. One of the important service facilities is pharmacy, beside its existence is need to meet all drug needs of patient, if it managed as well it will become one of income source for the hospital. There is gap between total recipe which serviced by pharmacy installation will influence fluent the service and also it can decrease opportunity to enhance RSUP hospital income. Purpose ofthe study to know the feature related factors and using pharmacy installation by Pass Care Patient at Islamic Hospital (RS Islam) Central Jakarta in 2006. This study is a quantitative study using cross sectional design Total of Respondent in this study is 110 persons. Data gathering is performexi by questionnaire and data analysis using Univariate analysis and Bivariate Test Chi Square. Study results shows that majority high level education (Senior High Scholl and College), by lower income, cost insurer is identical between third party and cost itself; total of family insurance is few, bad perception to drug price, good perception to pharmacy staff; bad perception to pharmacy location, bad perception to dmg information, bad perception to waiting room. Whereas the related factors is significant by using the pharmacy installation is perception to drug expenses, perception to pharmacy stafll perception to dnxg infomation and perception to waiting room. Recommendation in effort to enhance service quality are 1 (1) Patient by hospital cost which insured itself must prominent in this service (2) Determining service target, in both in service speed case , and precisely in total recipe which serviced, (3) Manual of phannacy direction must added so it can viewed by patient, because pharmacy location in hospital comer, (4) Urgent explaining from pharmacy statT about drug which given to patient, (5) waiting room in the hospital must enlarged.
