Childbirth assurance is an assurance used for pregnancy check up, childbirth aid,parturition service, post childbirth (family birth planning), and newborn service.The financing is guaranteed by government since april 2011. The purpose of thisresearch is to describe the implementation of jampersal program in public healthcentre in east lombok which includes input (participants, information, regulation),process (service for participants, administration, payment) and output (descriptionof midwives response to jampersal program). The research method is qualitatifwith midwives as research subject, and to be the triangulation is the administratorof jampersal program in the regency. The data collecting is through deepinterviews. The research result shows that the implementation of the program inEast Lombok faces some problems. Based on the input, lots participants do nothave identity card, lack of socialization, and the regulation often changes. Fromprocess side, service for participants is found lack of medicine and disposablematerials. Midwives are overburdened with too many administrations, and latepayment with a lot of cuts. Midwives agree and support for jampersal program,but the program itself needs improvement in its implementation for the future. Theresearch results expects that the jampersal administrator needs to be morecommunicative, in order to avoid misinterpretation in jampersal implementation.

Program Jaminan Persalinan merupakan suatu terobosan untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) sehingga dapat mempercepat capaian target Millenium Development Goals (MDGs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi kebijakan program Jampersal di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanan program belum berjalan optimal sebagaimana yang diharapkan, sehingga menyebabkan cakupan masih rendah. Agar implementasi program Jampersal dapat berjalan dengan optimal diperlukan koordinasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan Pemerintah Daerah dan lintas sektor terkait seperti Ikatan Bidan Indonesia (IBI). Selain itu perlu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi rutin ke RSUD Kota Bekasi, Puskesmas dan Bidan Praktik Mandiri.
Delivery Security Program is a breakthrough to reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in order to accelerate the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). This study aims to analyze the implementation of program policies Delivery Security in Bekasi. The research method used was a qualitative approach and data collection using in-depth interviews and document review. The results showed that the optimal conduct of the program has not run as expected, resulting in coverage is still low. Delivery Security program implementation in order to run optimally required coordination with the City Health Office Bekasi local government and across relevant sectors such as the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI). In addition to the need to perform regular monitoring and evaluation to Bekasi City Hospital, health centers and midwives Independent Practice.
Based on data from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the world research parameter on Hepatitis B in 2013 estimated that as many as 7,000 health workers in Indonesia were infected with the Hepatitis B virus, this is due to the low vaccine coverage. This research was conducted to observe the relation of the attitudes of midwives on the status of hepatitis B immunization in midwives who work in public health centers DKI Jakarta area. This is a quantitative research using cross sectional design with the dependent variable is Hepatitis B immunization status in midwives, the independent variable is Attitude, and the covariates are knowledge, cost, and length of work. The sample of this research were 294 midwives who worked in the public health centers DKI Jakarta area using cluster sampling technique and gave a questionnaire to the subject. The findings confirm that 75.9% of midwives had incomplete hepatitis B immunization status and 24.1% midwives had complete hepatitis B immunization status. The incompleteness of hepatitis B immunization status in midwives resulted in 70.5% of the midwives were supportive and 85.6% unsupportive. The results of the Logistics Regression analysis were carried out with an interaction test as well as a test confounding, there was no interaction between attitudes and knowledge and there were no variables of confounding. OR value obtained is 2.48, means that the attitude of a midwife who support has an odds of 2.48 times higher complete hepatitis B immunization status than a midwife who does not supports hepatitis B immunization (95% CI; 1.321-4,654) with a P- value of 0.006
