Kelompok keperawatan merupakan salah satu komponen profesi yang dianggap sebagai kunci dari keberhasilan asuhan kesehatan di rumah sakit (Sumijatun, 2010) dan perawat merupakan SDM yang paling dominan di rumah sakit yaitu sekitar 60-70 % (Gillies,1994). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan kinerja perawat serta faktor apa yang paling berhubungan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner kepada 87 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus lebih dari sebagian memiliki kinerja baik (51,7%), sedangkan sisanya memiliki kinerja buruk (48,3%). Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa variabel struktur organisasi, motivasi dan sikap mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Pada analisis multivariat dari ketiga variabel tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi merupakan variabel yang mempunyai hubungan paling bermakna dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Dengan hasil tersebut di atas, maka upaya yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap adalah dengan memberikan motivasi baik itu berupa kesempatan pengembangan diri/pelatihan/pendidikan ataupun penghargaan. Nursing is one the profession component of which is considered as a key to the success of health care in the hospital (Sumijatun, 2010) and nurses are the most dominant human resources at the hospital at around 60-70% (Gillies, 1994). The purpose of the study is to analyze factors related the performance of nurses. This research was conducted on nurse in inpatient unit at dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Hospital 2011. The method of this research is quantitative approaches using cross-sectional study design. The data was collected by filling a questionnaire to 87 samples. This research showed that the performance of nurses in inpatient units of dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya Hospital more than half of nurses have good performance is 51.7%, while poor performance is 48.3%. From the bivariate analysis found that the variables of organizational structure, motivation and attitude have a significant relationship with the nurse performance. In multivariate analysis of these three variables, suggesting that motivation is a dominant variable have a relationship with the performance of nurse in the inpatient unit. This study, suggested an effort to improve the performance of nurses in inpatient units in term of providing motivation in the form of self-development opportunities / training / education or awards. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan terhadap persetujuan setelah penjelasan (informed consent) pada tindakan bedah secara menyeluruh di ruang rawat inap bedah RSUP Sanglah Denpasar pada tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pendekatan retrospektif dan crossectional. Jumlah sampel dokter bedah yang menjadi subjek penelitian terdiri dari 57 dokter bedah, 647 informed consent dan tiga orang informan untuk pengumpulan data secara kualitatif.
Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kelengkapan informed consent tindakan bedah di ruang rawat inap bedah RSUP Sanglah pada tahun 2017 hanya mencapai 30%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara jumlah kasus yang ditangani dan proses pemberian informed consent yang baik dengan kelengkapan pemberian informed consent tindakan bedah dengan p-value berturut-turut 0,02 dan 0,01. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelengkapan pemberian informed consent berhubungan dengan jumlah kasus yang ditangani dan proses pemberian informed consent yang baik.

Informed consent is not a signature on a form, but a communication process in which patients are informed of their choice for a health, care, or procedure test, and then choose the option that is most appropriate for its purpose and value. Informed consent is essential for therapeutic relationships between physicians and patients. This process allows patients, or those who are legally responsible for their care, to make informed decisions about the treatment or procedure in question. In RSUP Sanglah Denpasar in 2016, compliance level of informed consent is still low ie 58%, non-compliance rate of writing abbreviation as much as 42%.
The purpose of this study was to know the description of the completeness of informed consent to the overall surgical procedure in surgical hospitalization of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar in 2017. This research method was a quantitative and qualitative research with retrospective and crossectional approach. The number of samples of surgeons who were the subjects of the study consisted of 57 surgeons, 647 informed consents and 3 informan for qualitative study.
From this research it is found that the completeness of informed consent of surgery in surgical hospitalization of Sanglah Hospital in 2017 only reach 30%. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between the number of cases handled and the process of providing good informed consent with the completeness of the surgical informed consent provision with p-value 0,02 and 0,01. From this study it can be concluded that the completeness of the informed consent provision relates to the number of cases handled and the process of providing good informed consent.
