Abstrak:
Penanganan beban manual (PBM) merupakan aktivitas yang dapat menimbulkankeluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmengetahui gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomi pada aktivitas PBM dan gambarandistribusi keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja di back end area Toko XDepok tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasionaldengan desain crossectional. Penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi dilakukanmenggunakan metode BRIEF dengan menilai postur, berat beban, durasi, danfrekuensi. Penelitian ini juga menggambarkan karakteristik pekerja yangmelakukan aktivitas PBM di back end area, seperti jenis pekerjaan, umur, lamakerja, kebiasaan merokok, pendidikan, dan jenis kelamin. Data keluhan gangguanotot rangka diambil menggunakan kuesioner NMQ dengan jumlah 11 orangresponden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa aktivitas PBM di back end areatoko mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap bagian tubuh siku kiri, siku kanan, bahu kiri,bahu kanan, dan punggung. Keluhan gangguan otot rangka banyak dirasakanpekerja pada bagian tubuh bahu kanan dan punggung bawah dengan persentasesebesar 45,5%. Upaya perbaikan untuk mengurangi aktivitas PBM dapat dilakukandengan menggunakan alat memindahkan barang (pallet stacker) yang dapat diaturketinggiannya dan edukasi pekerja terkait bahaya ergonomi.

Manual handling is an activity that can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Abstrak:
Pekerjaan manual handling memiliki angka tertinggi penyebab terjadinya kasus Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada tahun 2012. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko manual handling pada pekerjaangkut barang di stasiun Pasar Senen Jakarta tahun 2014. Faktor risiko manualhandling antara lain faktor pekerjaan, karakteristik pekerja, lingkungan kerja, sertalayout tempat kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectionaldengan besar sampel 61 pekerja. Metode yang digunakan berupa Quick ExposureChecklist (QEC) untuk menilai faktor risiko pekerjaan serta kuesioner Nordic BodyMap untuk mengetahui keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja. Berdasarkan hasilpenilaian QEC diketahui bahwa aktivitas yang memiliki risiko paling tinggi adalahaktivitas menaikkan atau mengangkat barang ke bagasi dengan tingkat risiko 86%.Sebesar 97% responden mengalami keluhan MSDs. Bagian tubuh yang palingbanyak dikeluhkan adalah pada bagian pinggang, kaki, tangan, bahu dan punggung.Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan manual handlingpada pekerja angkut barang memiliki tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dandibutuhkan investigasi dan perubahan segera mungkin. Porter sebaiknyamemperbaiki cara mengangkat, menurunkan, dan membawa barang dengan baik danaman untuk mencegah terjadinya keluhan MSDs.Kata Kunci: manual handling, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), QEC, faktor Risiko

Abstrak:
Penyakit kardiovaskuler merupakan penyebab kematian utama penduduk dunia. Beberapa faktor risiko diantaranya adalah merokok, kurang aktivitas, stress kerja, workaholic¸ obesitas, dll. Untuk itu maka perlu diketahui distribusi faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler pada pekerja, serta tingkat risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa tabel check list, menggunakan desain cross sectional, dianalisis secara univariat, serta jumlah sampel 47 karyawan PT. X divisi SCM pada tahun 2015. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko dengan proporsi terbesar yaitu, kurang aktivitas fisik 82,2%,stress kerja 51,1%, merokok 44,7%, workaholic 36,2%, obesitas 10,7%. Tingkat risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler dengan kategori rendah 38,3%, sedang 34%, tinggi 17%, dan sangat tinggi 10,6%.

Abstrak:
Gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomi pada kegiatan manual handling pekerja maintenance PT. Expro Indonesia Jakarta ini dilakukan karena adanya laporan insiden terkait manual handling pada pekerja maintenance PT. Expro Indonesia Batam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomi terhadap aktivitas manual handling pada pekerja maintenance di PT. Expro Indonesia Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa: 1) Tingkat risiko ergonomi berdasarkan tabel tingkat risiko REBA pada aktivitas mengeluarkan pipa masuk dalam level sangat tinggi, 2) Tingkat risiko ergonomi berdasarkan tabel tingkat risiko REBA pada aktivitas menyusun pipa masuk dalam level sedang, 3) Tingkat risiko ergonomi berdasarkan tabel tingkat risiko REBA pada aktivitas hammering masuk dalam level sedang.

This Study aims to describe the level of ergonomic risk manual handling activities at the maintenance workers at PT. Expro Indonesia Jakarta using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). This study found that: 1) Rate tables ergonomic risk based on the activity level of risk REBA issued into the pipeline very high level, 2) level of ergonomic risk table based on the activity level of risk REBA pipe compiled into the medium level, 3) level of ergonomic risk table based on the activity level of risk REBA hammering into the moderate level.

Tesis ini membahas tentang faktor terjadinya risiko manual handling pada pekerjaan feeding katern di bagian penjilidan PT.PGC. Risiko manual handling merupakan salah satu unsur risiko ergonomi yang ada di tempat kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kenyamanan, keselamatan, gangguan kesehatan dan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode risk asssessment MAC (Manual Handling Assessment Chart) tools yang dimodifikasi menjadi risk assessment Gramedia of Printing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat risiko manual handling pada pekerjaan feeding katern masuk dalam kategori perlu dilakukan investigasi dan tindakan perbaikan segera. Hal ini disebabkan oleh postur janggal (posisi badan membungkuk dan gerakan badan memutar), kendala rute, faktor lingkungan dan faktor psikososial. Dari hasil penelitian disarankan untuk melakukan rekayasa teknik di area produksi dan penyediaan peralatan pendukung serta rekayasa manajemen menyangkut kompetensi, penyediaan dokumen standar dan evaluasi pekerjaan.
This thesis discussed the manual handling risk factors at feeding katern activities in section binding PT.PGC. The risk of manual handling is one element that is ergonomic risk in the workplace that affect comfort, safety, health problems and work productivity. This research was semi-quantitatively using asssessment risk MAC (Manual Handling Assessment Chart) tools are modified to be a risk assessment Gramedia of Printing. The results showed that the level of risk of manual handling at feeding katern activities into the category needs to be investigated and corrective action immediately. This is caused by awkward posture (bended posture and twisting body), obstacles en route, environmental factors and psychosocial factors. Advised of the research to conduct engineering in the area of production and provide support equipment, then in engineering management regarding competency, provision of standard documents and job evaluation.
