Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan angka rujukan berdasarkan karakteristikpeserta rujukan RJTP BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Utama Bogor di PuskesmasCimandala dan Puskesmas Bojong Gede. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dari hasil wawancaramendalam dan data sekunder dari primary care puskesmas. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa angka rujukan Puskesmas Cimandala sebesar 27,9% lebihtinggi dari Puskesmas Bojong Gede sebesar 14,9%. Hal ini dipengaruhi olehketersediaan fasilitas penunjang pelayanan kesehatan dan ketersediaan obat-obatandi puskesmas dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan pasien untuk dirujuk ke fasilitaskesehatan tingkat lanjutan.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menggambarkan faktor-faktor terkait pelaksanaan rujukan PT Askes Cabang Jakarta Pusat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Senen dan Kecamatan Johar Baru Tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Selain itu ditelaah beberapa aspek yang terkait dengan ketersediaan dokter, ketersediaan obat-obatan, kelengkapan fasilitas alat kesehatan, pemahaman petugas kesehatan sebagai gate keeper dan pemahaman pasien peserta askes tentang rujukan dan rujuk balik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika ketersediaan obat dan kelengkapan fasilitas di puskemas kurang akan membuat kemungkinan pasien dirujuk ke PPK tingkat lanjut semakin besar, pengetahuan pasien akan layanan rujukan juga mempengaruhi keputusan pasien untuk dirujuk, semakin besar pengetahuan pasien, maka akan kecil kemungkinan pasien dirujuk dan sebaliknya semakin sedikit pengetahuan pasien, maka akan semakin besar pasien dirujuk.
The purpose of this study was to describe factors related to the implementation reference Askes Branch in Central Jakarta district health centers and sub-Johar Senen Year 2012 by using a qualitative approach. Moreover examined several aspects related to the availability of doctors, availability of drugs, medical devices complete facilities, understanding health as a gate keeper and patient understanding of participants askes about referral and refer back. The results of this study indicate that if the availability of drugs in health centers and complete facilities will make less likely the patient is referred to a greater PPK advanced, knowledge of patient referral service will also influence the decision to refer the patient, the greater the knowledge of the patient, the less likely the patient will be referred and conversely the less knowledge of the patient, the greater the patient is referred.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta perorangan yang mendaftar di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Jakarta Pusat tentang sistem pendaftaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, sosialisasi langsung dan tidak langsung yang dilakukan oleh pihak BPJS Kesehatan serta hubungannya dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta perorangan BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang yaitu sebesar 55,2%. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara umur, pendidikan, penghasilan, dan sosialisasi tidak langsung dengan tingkat pengetahuan.

This research discusses the factors associated with knowledge level of individual potential participant regarding registration system in Central Jakarta main branch office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2015. This research aims to describe the age, sex, education, occupation, income, direct and indirect socialization conducted by BPJS Kesehatan, and determine its relationship with the knowledge level of individual potential participant. This is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. The result showed that 55.2% of respondents have less knowledge level. There were significant differences between age, education, income, and indirect socialization with the knowledge level.

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha di BPJS Kesehatan KCU Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung informasi kualitatif dari narasumber pada pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa badan usaha yang tidak patuh membayar iuran ada sebesar 44,9%. Sementara itu, didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara riwayat kesehatan dalam jaminan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha.
ABSTRACT This study aims to discover the factors associated with firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Contribution Payment in Central Jakarta Main Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014. This study uses cross-sectional study design with quantitative study and supported by qualitative information from informants. Based on the result of the study, it is known that there are 44,9% firms that do not comply contribution payment. Beside that, there is significant difference between membership history in health insurance with the firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) contribution payment.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas gambaran stock out (kekosongan) obat Program Rujuk Balik bagi peserta BPJS Kesehatan Jakarta Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif serta kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data obat pada Apotek bulan Juni - Agustus 2014. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kekosongan obat program rujuk balik dilihat dari permintaan obat yang tidak terlayani yaitu 43,2% peserta pada Juni, 15,2% peserta pada Juli, dan 9,7% peserta pada Agustus. Obat paling sering kosong adalah Bisoprolol 5mg pada Juni, Adalat Oros 30mg pada Juli, dan Amlodipin 10mg pada Agustus sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program Rujuk Balik belum berjalan sesuai harapan. Untuk itu disarankan agar Apotek melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan obat dan fungsi pengawasan pada Program Rujuk Balik dijalankan oleh pihak terkait.
The study aims to analyze the drugs stock out of BPJS Kesehatan Program (Rujuk Balik) in Central Jakarta. This study used qualitative method as well as quantitative method by analyzing data on drugs in Apotek, June – August 2014. The result showed that there was drugs stock out, a number of prescription were not adequately served. Data revealed that 43,2% patients in June, 15,2% patients in July, and 9,7% patients in August were not served. The stock out drug was found for Bisoprolol 5mg in June, Adalat Oros 30mg in July, and Amlodipin 10mg on August. The study suggests Apotek to develop a plan and closely monitor the drug availability to support the program.
