Pada era transisi otonomi yang sedang terjadi pada saat ini, perusahaan-perusahaan termasuk organisasi rumah sakit di Indonesia juga mengalami tantangan yang cukup besar. Rumah Sakit pemerintah perlu melakukan berbagai perubahan untuk menyesuaikan organisasinya sehingga dapat bertahan hidup dan bersaing.Beban pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya rumah sakit semakin meningkat dengan adanya krisis ekonomi. Rumah sakit harus mencari peluang untuk meningkatkan penerimaan dari masyarakat golongan ekonomi atas. Salah satu jalan keluar dengan mengembangkan perencanaan strategik ruang paviliun RSUD.Prof.DR.WZ.Johanes Kupang yang merupakan tempat pelayanan rawat inap bagi pasien mampu. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis strategi pengembangan di instalasi tersebut.Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung, pengumpulan data sekunder, mengadakan wawancara mendalam dan Consensus Decision Making Group (CDMG). Analisis penelitan dilakukan terhadap faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal yang mempengaruhi ruang paviliun dengan menggunakan alat formulasi strategi berupa matrik Internal-Eksternal, dan matrik BCG.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa matrik IE berada pada kuadran V (Hold & Maintain) dan Matrik BCG pada kuadran Stars serta Matching alternatif strategi yang dianjurkan ke dua matrik menunjukkan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk.Perumusan strategi pengembangan terhadap ruang paviliun RSUD Prof.DR.WZ. Johannes Kupang didapatkan dengan matrik QSPM yaitu pengembangan poduk.
Analyze of Situation on Determining Strategic Development in Overnight Paviliun Instalation at RSUD.Prof.DR.WZ.Johannes Kupang, 2001At the moment, mostly companies including hospitals in Indonesia have to face a great challenge. Government hospital need to make changes so that can survive and competitive.The cost of health care especially hospitals have increased due to the current economic crisis. Hospitals have to get a chance to increase the revenue from more affordable patient. One of the solutions is to develop strategic planning for Paviliun room at RSUD Prof.DR.WZ.Johanes which its target market is for more affordable patient. Hence we need to analyze develop strategic for those installation.This research done by direct research, collected secondary data, interview, Consensus Decision Making Group (CDMG). Analyzing external and internal factor of paviliun room using strategic formulation such as Internal-External matrix and BCG matrix.The result has shown us that the hospital position using IE matrix is on quadrant V (Hold & Maintain) and by Matrix BCG is at Stars and the result of matching alternative strategic for both matrix is market penetration and development product.Strategic formulation for development of overnight Paviliun instalation RSUD Prof DR WZ Johannes Kupang QSPM matrix is product development.

Mother and Child Resti Mulya Hospital in managing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) with aerob-anaerob biofilter system in 2014. This research discuss effectiveness of Waste Water Treatment Plant Installation at Resti Mulya Hospital. This research is an observational description with cross sectional approach. The result of the research on the effluent quality for TSS, COD, BOD, Oil and fat parameters do not exceed the quality standard specified by Jakarta governor regulation No. 69/2013 and regulation of environment minister number 05/2014. As for amonia and total Coliform parameters exceeded standard Quality set. The average quality of effluent for each parameter are TSS 22,96 mg/L, amonia 8,90 mg/L, oil and fat 0,995 mg/L, COD 50,61 mg/L, BOD 15,43 mg/L, and the total Coliform is 5,838 MPN/100 ml. While based on laboratory analysis, efficiency of decreasing pollutant level for each parameter are : TSS 25,27%, ammonia 56,26%, oil and fat 50,37%, COD 54,36%, BOD 34,17% and total colimorm amounted to 60,81%.The percentage of WWTP efficiency can be known not only based on outlet results but by regularly testing the inlet. If the ammonia, BOD, and COD parameters exceed the predefined quality standard, then the action that can be done is to improve the aeration system and perform treatment by adding a neutralizing agent such as PAC.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi eksperimen. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 64 sampel air limbah terolah pada outlet di Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah Puksesmas X Jakarta. Data kadar total coliform didapatkan dari hasil pemeriksaaan sampel di laboratorium terakreditasi. Sinar ultraviolet menggunakan lampu TL UVC merk Philips dengan daya 15 watt.
Hasil: Berdasarkan rata-rata persentase penurunan kadar Total Coliform pada sampel setelah mendapatkan perlakuan dengan sinar ultarviolet setelah 2 menit sebesar 10%, setelah 4 menit sebesar 21,25%, setelah 6 menit sebesar 26,75%, setelah 8 menit sebesar 42,5%, setelah 10 menit sebesar 58,75%. Persentase penurunan total coliform setelah 10 menit penyinaran memiliki efektifitas yang paling tinggi. Dari uji korelasi diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara lama penyinaran ultraviolet dengan penurunan total Coliform.
Background: This study aims to determine the effective time to reduce total coliform levels by using ultraviolet light in treated wastewater at the outlet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Health Center X in Jakarta in 2022.
Methods: This research uses quantitative research methods with an experimental study design. The number of samples in this study were 64 samples of treated wastewater at the outlets of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Public Health Center X Jakarta. Data on total coliform levels were obtained from the results of examination of samples in an accredited laboratory. Ultraviolet light using Philips brand TL UVC lamp with 15 watts of power.
Results: Based on the average percentage decrease in Total Coliform levels in the sample after receiving treatment with ultraviolet light after 2 minutes by 10%, after 4 minutes by 21.25%, after 6 minutes by 26.75%, after 8 minutes by 42.5 %, after 10 minutes of 58.75%. The percentage of total coliform decrease after 10 minutes of irradiation had the highest effectiveness. From the correlation test, it is known that there is a strong relationship between the duration of ultraviolet irradiation and the decrease in total Coliform.
