The use of contraceptives has increased in several countries in the world. Globally, from 54% in 1990 to 57% in 2012. Long-Term Use of Contraception Method (LTM) in Indonesia is still low, as many as 530 818 participants. The majority of the new FP FP is dominated by the use of nonTerm Contraception Method (Non LTCM), amounting to 88.05%. Data Cirebon District Health Office in 2014 showed that choose to use MOW of 155 participants (4.59%). The number of participants kb MOW user's new figure is still low when compared with the new FP injections (74.5%), MOW (4.95%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother Characteristic Method Selection Operative Medical Women's Contraception (MOW) in the sub-district Puskesmas Source Cirebon Spring 2014. Design of this case control study, sampling was done by proportional random sampling. Uses statistical test Chi square test. The research found no relationship between maternal age (p-value 0.007 and OR 3.7) number of children (p-value 0.000, OR 6.2) history of chronic disease (p-value 0.011 da OR 4.5), history of gestational disease ( p-value 0.025 and OR 3.1), history of labor (p-value 0.000 and OR 0.08) with the election of female operative medical contraceptive methods (MOW). Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) is a contraceptive method that has high effectiveness, reversible and long-term. But with many advantages, users Long - Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) is still low in many areas. Though the government has issued wisdom through Jampersal program that includes directing the participants of Jampersal to use Long-Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC). The purpose of this study wanted to know the relationship between long-acting reversible contraceptive use with participation in the program Jampersal, acceptor characteristics and other factors in women of childbearing age in the health center Margajaya Bekasi. The study design was a case-control study sample corresponds with acceptor 86 consisting of 43 cases and 43 controls. Population is women of childbearing age (15-49 years) who started a new family planning acceptors from January 2012 to May 2013 who settled in the region Margajaya Health Center. The results showed a statistically significant association use Long- Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) with the number of living children, the purpose of using contraception, knowledge and exposure to mass media sources or information about Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC).

During 2015-2050, half of the world population growth is expected to be concentrated in nine countries, one of which is Indonesia. By 2015 the percentage of modern contraceptive method usage is 58.99%. Most of the couples of reproductive age participants in Indonesia still rely on injectable contraception (59.57%), while the percentage of LTCM users is 17.01% (Susenas, 2015). Data of Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung in 2016, the proportion of active family planning participants using LTCM amounted to 4,024 (9.3%). The purpose of this research is to know the overview of factors associated to the use of long-term contraception method (LTCM) in women aged 15-49 years in work area of Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung East Jakarta year 2017. The research design use case control. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 samples for case group (LTCM users) and 60 samples for control group (Non LTCM user). Statistical test using Chi Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between age, occupation status, number of live children, knowledge of LTCM, attitudes toward LTCM, cost of family planning services, exposure of information about LTCM, support of health workers on the use of LTCM, husband support for LTCM use, and family planning decision making with the use of LTCM.

Long Term Contraceptive Methods (MKJP) are effective and efficient contraceptionfor the purpose of using birth or termination of pregnancy in couples who do not wish to addmore children. Nationally, the most widely used family planning methods were injections of34.4%, pill 13.9%, iud / akdr (4.3%), implants (3.5%), female sterilization (2.3%) , Andcondoms (0.7%), and others. The use of long-term contraceptive method (MKJP) at theCipinang Besar Utara Public Health Center by 2015 by 34.1% decreased to 21.8% in 2016. Inthe RPJMN 2010-2014 one of the strategies of the implementation of family planningprogram is the increasing use of the term contraceptive method Length (MKJP) such as IUD,implant and sterilization. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about factorsrelated to long-term use of contraceptive method (MKJP) in WUS at Cipinang Besar UtaraPublic Health Center in 2017. The study design was cross-sectional. Sampling is donerandomly or simple random sampling. The number of samples used is 110 respondents. Teststatistic using chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationshipbetween maternal age (p = 0.019 and OR 3.1), maternal knowledge (p = 0.043 and OR 2.5),completeness of family planning services (p = 0.033 and OR 2.8) KB (p = 0,007 and OR 0,3),peer support (p = 0,002 and OR 0,2) with the use of MKJP.

This thesis discusses the relationship between the choice of information quality of health workers with the selection of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) in Indonesia in 2017. This study was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. For quantitative research methods using secondary data that is IDHS data (2017) and qualitative research conducted with in-depth interviews. The sample of this research is WUS aged 15-49 years and using modern contraception. The results showed that MKJP users who got choice information with poor quality amounted to 46.2%. The results of multivariable analysis showed that there was a relationship between the choice of information from health workers and the selection of the MKJP after being controlled for age, education, occupation, economic status, area of residence, knowledge of family planning, number of children and family planning staff visits. It is recommended that the BKKBN increase family planning promotion more attractively, creatively and persuasively and provide soft skills training to improve the quality of PLKB in changing WUS attitudes towards contraceptive use.
