Since 2014 the JKN program has been running. In fact Many hospitals are not ready for information system software, and there are also hospitals had been used information systems in their hospitals, but the information system running cannot display data and information about hospital cash flow, the cliams is payed, the pending claims, the claims is not eligible to payed and diagnosis of patients who are over cost. Facing such conditions, this study proposed a dashboard information system model that could help process and display the overall hospital service activities in a one-screen display (dashboard), becoming an information needed by stakeholders. This dashboard is expected to guarantee healthy cash flow. The method used in this research was a qualitative method by using the prototyping system. The result of this research is the dashboard information system design that processes and presents data in the form of visualization in a concise and easy to understand way. The results of this information system are used to support the management of the relevant hospitals in the process of taking interventions in an effort to reduce costs.

The variations in the application of SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health in Bantul detainSP2TP reports as the output of SIMPUS. There are obstacles in the application ofSIMPUS IHIS and e-Health in Bantul that need to be considered and dealt with inorder not to become more complex. The evaluation of SIMPUS in Bantul usingHOT-fit method is used to determine the effectiveness of implementation and theconstraints in implementation. The research uses both qualitative research andquantitative research. Data was collected through in-depth interviews,questionnaires, observation and written documentations on the SIMPUS IHIS ande-Health application. The results shows that SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health havebeen used in all Puskesmas in Bantul. Organizational factors impact the run of thesystem, head of the health center's commitment is not described in technicaloperations such as forming SIK team and SIMPUS IHIS and e-Health SOP is notdetermined.

Management and analysis of good data and systematic in the management of early warning and response program is expected to result in a data and information that is accurate and timely as the basis for decision making. This study is a qualitative research method, Incremental and Iterative Model which includes the stages of gather requirements, design, code, test it, examine. The result of this research is web-based early warning system and response application in Bogor City Health Agency. Web-based early warning system and response application in Bogor City Health Agency can assist in doing data input, data processing, data presentation that the expected in the future able to improve the completeness and timeliness of data reporting.
