Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem manajemen K3 di Rumah Sakit RST Dompet Dhuafa berdasarkan kriteria penerapan SMK3 dalam PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Rumah Sakit sebagai salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki potensi kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja wajib melalukan penilaian penerapan SMK3 sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meminimalisir risiko bahaya kesehatan dan penilaian terhadap capaian penerapan SMK3 di rumah sakit itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu analisis penerapan SMK3 dipandang perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem kebijakan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja, sampai dengan peninjauan dan peningkatan kinerja K3 di Rumah Sakit RST Dompet Dhuafa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah 12 elemen dengan 166 kriteria yang ada di lampiran II PP 50 Tahun 2012. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini, menunjunkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen K3 di Rumah Sakit RST Dompet Dhuafa adalah baik dengan persentase 77,6%, dimana terdapat 125 kriteria yang sudah dilaksanakan, 36 kriteria masih dalam proses atau belum dilaksanakan, dan 5 kriteria lainnya dianggap tidak relevan dengan Rumah Sakit RST Dompet Dhuafa. This research discussed about the application of Management System Occupational Health and Safety in RST Dompet Dhuafa Hospital with assessment criteria from Indonesian Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Hospital as one of the health care facilities that have the highest potential for accidents and occupational diseases are required to do the assessment of implementation Management System of Occupational Health and Safety to minimize the risk of health hazards and the assessment of the achievements for management system of occupational health and safety in that hospital itself . Therefore, these analysis deemed necessary to determine the application of the system from policy, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, to review and improvement of Occupational Health and Safety at Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The research method that used by the authors of this research is qualitative descriptive with Cross-sectional design study. Collecting data in this study conducted with a observation, document review, and in-depth interviews. And for the analysis data, the authors using 12 elements with 166 criteria in Appendix II of Indonesian Govermant Regulation No. 50 of 2012. Abstrak:
Stress kerja pada perawat merupakan hal yang sering kali terjadi. Terutama pada perawat di IGD, ICU, dan rawat inap. Dalam melayani pasien seringkali muncul stress kerja, dalam hal ini pada rumah sakit yang tidak memungut biaya apapun pada pasien yang berkunjung untuk berobat. Setiap kegiatan pekerjaan di ruangan dapat menjadi stressor bagi perawat karena mereka selalu dalam ruangan rawat yang merupakan jumlah terbesar dalam sebuah rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan tipe karakteristik individu dan karakteristik pekerjaan dengan Stres Kerja di Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Republika. Rancangan survey ini bersifat survey analitik yang memberikan gambaran terhadap stress kerja dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara katakteristik individu dan karakteristik pekerjaan dengan stress kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang dan sampel adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38,9% perawat mengalami stress dan 61,1% perawat tidak mengalami stress. Hasil uji Chi Square dengan taraf keyakinan ? = 0,05 menunjukkan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan jenis kelamin (Pvalue 0,020), peran dalam organisasi (Pvalue 0,042 ), dan gaji (Pvalue 0,020) dengan stress kerja. Belum terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, pendidikan, status perkawinan, masa kerja, beban kerja, bahaya kerja, shif kerja, rutinitas kerja, promosi, iklim dan struktur organisasi dengan stress kerja.Diperlukan pengendalian stres kerja dari pihak rumah sakit dan juga dari perawat itu sendiri. Sebagai upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan terhadap terjadinya penyakit akibat kerja.

The objective of this study is to know the relationship of individual and job characteristics around nurses to their job stress in Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa Hospital. The design of this survey is an analytical survey that provides an overview of the stress of work and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the individual and job characteristics with job stress. Population to this research summed 36 respondents and the sample is all total of population. Collecting data conducted by observation to the working condition and by questionnaire about the individual and job characteristics. The results showed that 38.9% of nurses experienced stress and 61.1% of nurses do not experience stress. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) terhadap PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian ini bersifat campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif). Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan telaah data. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antara kondisi aktual dengan kriteria tingkat awal sistem manajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja PP No. 50 Tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persentase pemenuhan sebesar 59,37% dengan kategori kurang.
This thesis discusses the evaluation of occupational health and safety management system’s impelemtation based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 at PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia which aims to identify the suitability of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) compared by PP No. 50 of 2012. The research design is mixed methode (qualitative and quantitative). Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and document analysis. The analysis was carried out by making a comparison between the actual conditions and the criteria for the initial level of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System PP No. 50 of 2012. The results showed that the percentage of fulfillment was 59.37% in the less category.

Salah satu sektor yang memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap bahaya kebakaran adalah rumah sakit. Rumah sakit memiliki karakteristik banyak menyerap tenaga kerja, padat teknologi, terbukanya akses bagi pasien, pengantar, dan pengunjung, serta kegiatan berjalan selama 24 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem manajemen kebakaran mulai dari pra kebakaran, saat kebakaran, hingga pasca terjadinya kebakaran di RSUD KiSA Kota Depok sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 40 Tahun 2022, Pedoman Teknis di Bidang Bangunan dan Sarana Rumah Sakit, standar NFPA, dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 20 Tahun 2009. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi observasional dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen yang didukung dengan instrumen berupa daftar tilik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis secara deskriptif dan dibandingkan dengan peraturan dan standar yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan manajemen terkait kebakaran sudah disosialisasikan. Telah terbentuk tim K2G, namun papan struktur K2G belum diisi dengan rutin. Terdapat dokumen identifikasi bahaya kebakaran dan telah terlaksana pelatihan sebanyak 2 kali dalam setahun, namun pasien dan pengunjung belum mendapat pembinaan. Persentase tingkat kesesuaian penerapan sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif adalah 80%, sistem proteksi kebakaran pasif adalah 67%, dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa adalah 81%. Inspeksi kebakaran internal belum dilakukan secara rutin dan masih terdapatnya pegawai yang merokok di rumah sakit. Terdapat prosedur tanggap darurat kebakaran yang komprehensif, namun HT dalam kondisi rusak untuk mendukung komunikasi darurat. Penyelidikan dan pelaporan telah terlaksana oleh pihak K3RS, kepala bagian, dan perwakilan instalasi terkait, serta audit kebakaran telah dilakukan setiap 4 tahun sekali dan 1 tahun sekali berupa pemeriksaan dan pengujian. Saran yang diberikan, yaitu mensosialisasikan kembali kewajiban untuk mengisi papan K2G, memberikan sosialisasi kepada pasien dan pengunjung terkait keselamatan kebakaran, memperhatikan jarak pemasangan sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif, melakukan inspeksi secara rutin pada seluruh sarana keselamatan kebakaran, membentuk sanksi bagi pegawai yang merokok, dan memperbaiki HT yang rusak untuk digunakan saat komunikasi darurat.
One sector that has a high risk of fire hazards is hospitals. Hospitals have the characteristics of being labor-intensive, technology-intensive, open access for patients, caregivers, visitors, and operations for 24 hours. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the fire management system from pre-fire, during fire, to post-fire at RSUD KiSA Depok City in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 40 of 2022, Technical Guidelines in the Field of Hospital Buildings and Facilities, NFPA standards, and Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20 of 2009. This research used an observational study research design with a qualitative approach. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and document review supported by an instrument in the form of a checklist. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and compared with applicable regulations and standards. The results showed that management policies related to fire have been socialized. The K2G team has been formed, but the K2G structure board has not been filled regularly. There is a fire hazard identification document and training has been carried out 2 times a year, but patients and visitors have not received guidance. The percentage of conformity level of active fire protection system implementation is 80%, passive fire protection system is 67%, and means of escape facilities are 81%. Internal fire inspections have not been conducted regularly and there are still employees who smoke in the hospital. There is a comprehensive fire emergency response procedure, but the HT is in poor condition to support emergency communication. Investigation and reporting have been carried out by the K3RS, section heads, and representatives of related installations, and fire audits have been carried out every 4 years and once a year in the form of inspection and testing. The suggestions given are to re-socialize the obligation to fill in the K2G board, provide socialization to patients and visitors regarding fire safety, pay attention to the installation distance of active fire protection systems, conduct regular inspections of all fire safety facilities, establish sanctions for employees who smoke, and repair damaged HTs to be used during emergency communication.
