Abstrak:
VO2max sebagai salah satu indikator kebugaran kardiorespiratori, yang merupakan kemampuan tubuh untuk menyerap oksigen secara maksimal selama beraktivitas, dimana nilai tersebut dapat menentukan kebugaran dan performa sesorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan nilai estimasi VO2max yang meliputi jenis kelamin, aktivitas fisik, status gizi dan asupan gizi pada atlet softball nasional tahun 2014. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional, pada 77 atlet softball nasional di bulan Maret-April 2014. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui 20-m shuttle run test, pengisian kuesioner GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire), pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan, persen lemak tubuh, dan food recall 2x24 jam. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji kolerasi dan uji t-independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata nilai estimasi VO2max sebesar 33,95 ml/kg/menit. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara indeks masa tubuh, persen lemak tubuh, asupan energi, asupan protein, asupan karbohidrat, dan asupan magnesium dengan nilai estimasi VO2max. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan para atlet dapat mengetahui kemampuan daya tahan maksimal individu dan faktor yang berhubungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai VO2max agar dapat memberikan performa yang maksimal.

Abstrak:
Kebugaran merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik sehari-hari tanpa merasakan kelelahan yang berlebihan. Kebugaran dapat dinilai dari Nilai VO2max yaitu tingkat maksimum dimana oksigen dapat dimanfaatkan oleh tubuh selama aktivitas maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan nilai VO2max (kebugaran) yang diukur menggunakan Queen?s College Step Test. Desain studi penelitian ini adalah cross sectional yang dilakukan pada 156 siswa laki-laki kelas X, XI, dan XII di SMAN 7 Mataram. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai VO2max dan variabel independen terdiri dari status gizi (IMT), aktivitas fisik, frekuensi asupan gizi makro, konsumsi sumber kafein, kualitas tidur, tingkat stress, perilaku merokok, dan COVID-19. Status kebugaran didapatkan melalui klasifikasi nilai VO2max yang selanjutnya dibagi menjadi kategori tidak bugar dan bugar, status gizi diukur menggunakan antropometri, aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), frekuensi asupan gizi makro diukur menggunakan Food Frequenty Questionnaire (FFQ), konsumsi sumber kafein diukur menggunakan kuesioner, kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), tingkat stres diukur menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), dan perilaku merokok serta COVID-19 diukur menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 34,6% siswa yang tidak bugar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebugaran berdasarkan nilai VO2max dengan IMT (p-value = 0,012), dan perilaku merokok (p-value = 0,037). Peneliti menyarankan agar siswa tetap mempertahankan kebugaran dengan meningkatkan aktivitas fisik terutama untuk menjaga kesehatan selama pandemi.
Physical fitness is a person's ability to carry out daily physical activities without feeling fatigue. Physical fitness can be assessed from the VO2max value, which is the maximum level of oxygen can be utilized by the body during maximum activity. The purpose of this study was to determine several factors related to the value of VO2max (fitness) which was measured using the Queen?s College Step Test. The study design of this research was cross sectional which was conducted on 156 male students in grades X, XI, and XII of SMAN 7 Mataram. The dependent variable of this study is VO2max value and the independent variables consist of nutritional status (BMI), physical activity, frequency of macronutrient intake, caffeine source consumption, sleep quality, stress level, smoking behavior, and COVID-19. The status was obtained through the classification of VO2max values which were further categorized into unfit and fit categories, nutritional status measured using anthropometry, physical activity measured using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), frequency of macronutrient intake measured using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), caffeine source consumption. measured using a questionnaire, sleep quality using the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), stress levels measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and smoking and COVID-19 behavior measured using a questionnaire. Abstrak:
Obesitas merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapatmeningkatkan risiko hipertensi, dislipidemia, diabetes tipe 2, penyakit jantungkoroner, stroke, osteoartritis, dan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui hubungan perilaku sedentary, asupan gizi, pola makan, kebiasaanmengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman ringan tinggi energi, pengetahuan gizi, danjenis kelamin dengan obesitas pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler FIB UI. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februarihingga Juni 2017. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa S1 Reguler laki-lakidan perempuan sebanyak 151 mahasiswa dari setiap angkatan. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, pengisian kuesionermandiri, serta wawancara 2x24 hours food recall. Prevalensi obesitas sebesar22,5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara perilaku sedentary(p-value:0,004), kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,024), dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi minuman ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,000) dengan obesitas. berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agarmahasiswa lebih aktif secara fisik dan mengurangi konsumsi makanan danminuman ringan tinggi energi.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan nilai VO2max, asupan gizi (energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin C, dan zat besi), status gizi, dan aktivitas fisik antara vegetarian dan non-vegetarian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ecological study. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret - April 2013 di Vihara Adi Dharma, Vihara Ajita, dan Wisma Sahabat Yesus. Pengambilan data estimasi nilai VO2max dengan metode Queen College Step Test, asupan gizi dengan food recall 2x24 jam, status gizi dengan antropometri, dan aktivitas fisik dengan kuesioner GPAQ. Data diolah dengan uji t independen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan bermakna nilai VO2max, asupan energi, karbohidrat, lemak, vitamin C, dan zat besi, status gizi (IMT dan persen lemak tubuh), dan aktivitas fisik. Rata-rata asupan kelompok non-vegetarian lebih tinggi secara bermakna untuk asupan protein (p=0,00021). Kedua kelompok disarankan untuk rutin melakukan tes kebugaran kardiovaskular. Pada kelompok vegetarian disarankan untuk meningkatkan asupan protein nabati.

This research was an ecological study. Data were collected from March to April 2013 in Vihara Adi Dharma, Vihara Ajita, and Wisma Sahabat Yesus. Data of estimated VO2max value were collected with Queen College Step Test method, nutritional status with food recall 2x24 hours, nutritional status with anthropometry, and physical activity with GPAQ questioner. This study showed that there were no significant difference in VO2max value, energy intake, carbohydrate, fat, vitamin C, and iron, nutritional status (BMI and body fat), and physical activity. Mean of nutritional intake in non-vegetarian was significantly higher in protein (p=0,00021). It is suggested that the both groups have to examine the cardiovascular fitness regularly. Vegetarian’s group are suggested to increase their plant protein intake.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, asupan energi dan zat gizi, kebiasaan mengemil, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Status gizi diukur dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan. Kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, kebiasaan mengemil, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres diukur dengan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri. Asupan energi dan zat gizi diukur dengan wawancara Food Frequency Questionnaire semi-kuanititatif. Aktivitas fisik diukur dengan wawancara Global Physical Activity Questionnaire. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik systematical simple random dan pengambilan data dilakukan selama bulan AprilMei 2015. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (P value=0,015), status merokok (P value=0,008), asupan energi (P value=0,000), asupan karbohidrat (P value=0,025), dan asupan lemak (P value=0,004) dengan status gizi. Disarankan agar mahasiswa mengatur pola makan yang lebih sehat dan menjaga aktivitas fisiknya. Di samping itu, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia mendukung adanya kerja sama dengan instansi atau lembaga yang bekerja di bidang gizi dan kesehatan.

Nutritional status is measured by measuring height and weight. Data about breakfast consumption, individual characteristics, snacking habit, sleep duration, and stress were collected by using self-registered questionnaire. Energy and nutrient intake were collected by conducting interview using semiquantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Physical activity was measured using Global Physical Activity Questionnaire by conducting interview. This research was quantitative research using cross-sectional study design involving 142 respondents. The sampling technique used systematical simple random. The data were collected during April-May 2015. The data were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The result shows that sex (P value=0,015), smoking status (P value=0,008), energy intake (P value=0,000), carbohydrate intake (P value=0,025), and fat intake (P value=0,004) were statistically associated with nutritional status. College students are suggested to eat more healthily and manage their physical activity. The faculty is suggested to support having a collaborative event related to nutrition and health.
