Abstrak:
Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan semakin meningkatnya jumlah pekerjainformal yang bekerja di sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM),akan tetapi minimnya kegiatan penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjayang dilakukan di sektor tersebut padahal pekerja infomal jarang yangdiikutsertakan progam asuransi kesehatan/kecelakaan kerja.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko keselamatan dankesehatan kerja pada proses produksi pembuatan alas kaki di UMKM X, UMKMY, UMKM Z dan menentukan risiko tertingginya serta memberikan rekomendasitindakan pengendalian terhadap risiko yang teridentifikasi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah semi kuantitatif dandeskriptif berdasarkan standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 dengan menggunakan metodeJob Safety Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko dan metode Fineuntuk mengukur tingkat risiko dengan mengalikan antara kemungkinan, paparandan konsekuensi dari setiap risiko yang ada. Studi deskriptif dilakukan untukmenjelaskan tindakan pengendalian yang sudah dilakukan oleh masing-masingUMKM. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan metode PurposiveSampling, yakni semua pekerja yang berada di proses produksi pembuatan alaskaki di UMKM X, UMKM Y, UMKM Z.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pada tahap proses produksi di UMKMX, UMKM Y, UMKM Z terdapat risiko yang termasuk ke dalam semua kategorimetode Fine, yaitu: Very High, Priority 1, Substansial, Priority 3, Acceptable.Risiko tertinggi (Very High) didapatkan dari penggunaan bahan kimia dan kabellistik yang tidak sesuai standar.

Abstrak:
Manajemen risiko yang lemah menjadi faktor utama masalah K3 pada UMKM sehingga identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko dibutuhkan dalam rangka manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini berisi tentang analisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada UMKM Pembuatan Furnitur di Kelapa Dua, Depok tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat risiko K3 pada setiap tahapan proses pembuatan furnitur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis risiko semi kuantitatif dengan kriteria W.T. Fine 1971 untuk menentukan nilai konsekuensi, frekuensi pajanan, dan kemungkinan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat risiko pada setiap proses meliputi kategori very high berupa bahaya kimia dan mesin potong, kategori priority 1 berupa bising dan ergonomi, kategori substantial berupa getaran, kategori priority 3 yaitu suhu panas dan bahaya mekanik, serta kategori acceptable yaitu bahaya kinetik dan bahaya psikososial. Pengendalian yang ada dinilai belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam mengurangi risiko yang terdapat di lingkungan kerja.

This study focused on hazard identification and risk analysis at SME for furniture making at Kelapa Dua, Depok in 2017. This study aimed to know risk level of processes in making furniture. Risk assessment done by using semi quantitative risk analysis of W.T. Fine 1971 by scoring consequences, exposure, and likelihood. The results showed that risk of cutting machine and chemical hazard were very high, risk of noise and ergonomic hazard were categorized as priority 1, risk of vibration was substantial, risk of hot temperature and mechanical hazard were categorized as priority 3, and risk of kinetical and psychosocial hazard were acceptable. Existing controls were not implemented effectively to minimize hazards and risks in the workplace.

Abstrak:
Kesadaran mengenai manajemen risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang kurang sering kali menjadi penyebab utama permasalahan K3 di Usaha Kecil Menengah sehingga dibutuhkan langkah identifikasi risiko untuk dapat menemukan manajemen risiko yang tepat dibutuhkan oleh Usaha Kecil Menengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penilaian risiko pada proses produksi kerupuk ikan yang bertempat di dua lokasi pabrik kerupuk yang ada di Jakarta Pusat dan Depok pada tahun 2017. Penilaian risiko berupa identifikasi dan analisis risiko yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang ada pada proses pembuatan kerupuk ikan. Metode penelitian mengacu pada metode semikuantitatif sesuai dengan kriteria W.T. Fine. Prosedur pelaksanaan analisis risiko menggunakan langkah panduan dari AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 tentang Manajemen Risiko di Usaha Kecil Menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level risiko yang ada di tiap langkah kerja adalah tingkat Very high yaitu pada bahaya Kimia, Priority 1 pada bahaya listrik , tingkat Substantial pada bahaya ergonomi, tingkat Priority 3 pada bahaya fisik dan Acceptable pada bahaya mekanik. The lack of awareness of Occupational Health and Safety in Small-Medium size industries oftenly being the main cause of occupational problem in Small-Medium Enterprises. This research is used to assess occupational health and safety risks in two crackers factories located in Depok and Central Jakarta. The occupational health and safet assessment has to be done in order to rise the awareness of risk management. Implementation of risk assessment was doneby using semiquantitative risk level analysis and scoring the levels of Consequence, Exposure, and Likelihood by W. T. Fine. Procedure was conducted by using AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 of risk management in Small-Medium Enterprise. The results from residual risk table showed that the risk of chemical hazard (Liquid Petroleum Gas) is at the highest risk levels, followed by electrical risk which categorized at Priority 1 levels, ergonomic hazard at Substantial levels, physical hazard at Priority 3 level, and mechanical hazard at Acceptable level. Masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di bengkel pembuatan alas kakidiakibatkan oleh lemahnya manajemen risiko, sehingga dibutuhkan pengkajianrisiko dalam rangka pengelolaan risiko. Penelitian ini berisi analisis risikokesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di Bengkel Pembuatan Alas Kaki Tahun 2016.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat risiko kesehatan dankeselamatan kerja pada setiap tahapan proses produksi alas kaki. Penilaian risikomenggunakan metode W.T. Fine yaitu dengan menganalisis nilai konsekuensi,pajanan dan kemungkinan. Masalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada UMKM diakibatkan lemahnyamanajemen risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat risikokeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada lima (5) workshop berbahan dasar logam diDesa Gunung Sari, Bogor, 2016. Metode W.T Fine yang digunakan adalah untukmenganalisis tingkat risiko dengan melihat nilai konsekuensi, pajanan, dankemungkinan dari setiap risiko. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkatrisiko tertinggi adalah bahaya ergonomi dan kimia.

UMKM merupakan salah satu industri dengan risiko yang signifikan karenalemahnya implementasi penglolaan risiko. Penelitian ini menilai tingkat risikoyang ada di UMKM pembuatan busana muslim CV. A dan UMKM pembuatanboneka CV. AT tahun 2016. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilaikemungkinan, pemajanan dan konsekuensi dari setiap bahaya yang teridentifikasirisiko menggunakan metode semi kuantiatif yang dikembangkan oleh W.T Fine.Diperoleh bahwa bahaya kelistrikan (instalasi) ; bahaya ergonomi (handling) ;bahaya kimia (pajanan fume) memiliki tingkat risiko very high. Bahaya mekanik(gerakan jarum) ; bahaya fisik (suhu ruangan) memiliki tingkat risiko priority 1.Bahaya kimia (pajanan debu ; pajanan solvent) ; bahaya gravitasi (tertimpa benda); bahaya fisik (pencahayaan) memiliki tingkat risiko substantial. Bahaya safety(penataan ruang) ; bahaya organisasi kerja (stress kerja) memiliki tingkat risikopriority 3. Bahaya mekanik (gerakan menggunting ; gerakan menyetrika) ; bahayafisik (tabung gas) memiliki tingkat risiko acceptable.

Abstrak:
UMKM Kedelai (Tempe, Tahu, & Oncom) di Kecamatan Citereup Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi bahaya dan risiko pada setiap proses kerjanya, sehingga diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan menganalisis risiko K3. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan penentuan tingkat risiko secara semi kuantitatif menggunakan nilai consequences, exposure, dan likelihood mengacu pada metode yang ditemukan oleh W.T. Fine. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat risiko tertinggi dengan level Very high antara lain Risiko : Heat stress, Luka Bakar, Kebakaran, Ledakan, Gangguan Pernafasan. Tingkat risiko tertinggi disebabkan oleh Bahaya Panas dan Budaya kerja yaitu merokok pada saat bekerja. Tingkat risiko level Priority 1 antara lain Risiko : NIHL, Tersengat Listrik, Luka Bakar, Iritasi kulit, Keracunan, Tejatuh. Tingkat risiko Priority 1 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Fisik: Bising, Listrik, Bahaya Biologi, Bahaya Kimia. Tingkat risiko level Substantial antara lain Risiko : Low Back Pain, Cedera otot lengan / kaki . Tingkat risiko Substantial disebabkan oleh Bahaya Ergonomi: Posisi janggal, Mengangkat beban yang berat. Tingkat risiko level Priority 3 antara lain Risiko : Stress Kerja. Tingkat risiko Priority 3 disebabkan oleh Bahaya Psikososial: Beban Kerja, Kelelahan.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan industri daur ulang limbah plastik rumahan secara global meningkat. Hal ini salah satunya adalah akibat dari adanya komunitas global daur ulang plastik, Precious Plastic. Berbagai pihak baik dari hobiis, komunitas, dan UMKM mengadaptasi proses daur ulang limbah plastik ini untuk diterapkan secara personal maupun sebagai sarana bisnis untuk mencari keuntungan. Perkembangan daur ulang plastik ini juga terjadi di Indonesia lewat komunitas serupa. Proses daur ulang plastik melibatkan berbagai potensi bahaya dan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sayangnya belum pernah dilakukan analisis risiko K3 pada pekerjaan daur ulang limbah plastik. Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko K3 pada proses pengolahan limbah plastik di UMKM X untuk memberikan gambaran dan evaluasi terhadap proses pengolahan limbah plastik dalam rangka meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah langkah pekerjaan, jenis bahaya dan risiko, total risiko, total risiko sisa, pengurangan risiko san rekomendasi pengendalian risiko. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Observasi bahaya dilakukan terhadap proses kerja dan risiko dianalisis dengan kriteria Fine. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masing-masing aktivitas produksi terdiri dari 4 tahapan kerja yaitu preparasi, pelelehan dan pressing, serta finishing. Pada tahap pelelehan dan pressing, plastik dipanaskan dan diberi tekanan menggunakan 3 metode yaitu menggunakan oven dan mesin kompresi, menggunakan heat gun dan mesin kompresi, serta menggunakan mesin ekstrusi. Dari tahapan kerja daur ulang plastik di UMKM X, terdapat 49 bahaya yang teridentifikasi dan dianalisis risikonya. Penelitian ini berfokus membahas pekerjaan dengan risiko Very High. Risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang paling tinggi pada kegiatan daur ulang limbah plastik di UMKM X meliputi risiko terhirupnya uap plastik dan pajanan bising yang berasal dari alat. Rekomendasi pengendalian bahaya untuk risiko terhirupnya uap plastik antara lain dengan membersihkan plastik dengan bersih agar tidak terdapat komponen yang menambah level toksik, merancang Local Exhaust Ventilation yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, sosialisasi mengenai bahaya uap plastik serta sosialisasi APD, menggunakan respirator untuk pekerjaan berisiko pajanan kimia uap plastik dan plastic odor. Sementara itu rekomendasi pengendalian dari risiko pajanan bising antara lain: mengganti alat dengan alat serupa yang memiliki teknologi untuk meredam bising yang dihasilkan, melakukan isolasi pekerjaan yang menimbulkan pajanan bising agar tidak dilakukan bercampur dengan kegiatan lainnya yang berpotensi memperluas pajanan bising, melakukan maintenance alat, serta menyediakan APD yang sesuai untuk meredam pajanan bising ke pekerja.

Abstrak:
Sektor Usaha Unit Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Alas kaki merupakan salah satu sektor penting di dalam perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia. Namun sangat disayangkan, Aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja belum dirasakan oleh pekerja UMKM alas kaki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui gambaran aspek K3 apa saja yang telah diimplementasikan di UMKM alas kaki berserta faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat di implementasikanya K3 di sector UMKM alas kaki. Penelitian ini adalah studi Kualitatif dengan mengambil data dan informasi melalui wawancara dan observasi di 7 UMKM alas kaki ciomas dan 6 UMKM alas kaki Cikupa dengan total 39 responden yang berasal dari pemilik dan pekerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beberapa responden pengrajin sepatu telah mengetahui bahaya dan risiko pekerjaan, belum tersedia Komitmen K3, pelaksanaan Housekeeping masih dibawah standard, APD tidak disediakan, Tidak ada SOP, minimnya Fasilitas , belum ada upaya pencegahan kebakaran, Tidak tersedia training dan orientasi, tidak tersedia kesiapan tanggap darurat, postur Kerja dan workstation tidak ergonomis. Pelatihan K3, Pemberian bantuan Pihak K3 / konsultan untuk Menjalankan K3, Pemberian Pedoman K3 dari Pemerintah menjadi faktor pendorong Dimplementasikannya K3 dan Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman yang minim terkait K3, Biaya untuk Implementasi K3, Informasi dan pemahaman Tidak adanya kewajiban dari Pemerintah menjadi faktor penghambat diimplementasikanya K3 di 7 UMKM alas kaki Ciomas dan 6 UMKM alas kaki Cikupa. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi K3 masih minim hampir disemua aspek K3 sehingga diperlukan penguatan aturan dan regulasi untuk mendukung implementasi K3 di sector UMKM alas kaki.

Footwear micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is one of important sectors in the Indonesian economy. However, various types of safety and health hazards are identified in their activities. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of safety & health aspects in footwear MSMEs, as well as investigating the driving factors and inhibiting factors in their implementation. This study was qualitative in nature through interviews and observations conducted at ciomas and Cikupa District, each 7 and 6 footwear workshops consecutively. Total respondent was 39 people, acting as owners and workers. It was found that there were no written safety & health commitments, even though the implementationof OSH at limited extend were observed. For instance, some MSMEs have improved ventilation systems, used cutting machines, manual handling aids, and isolation of dusty and noisy processes. Other aspects such as housekeeping, PPE, SOP, fire prevention facilities, training and orientation, ergonomic workstations need to be improved. Leadership directives, safety & health training, assistance from third party or OSH consultant, guidelines from the Government are driving factors for safety & health implementation in observed MSMEs; while the lack of knowledge on OSH and owner support as well as costs implication are found as inhibiting factors in OSH implementation.
