One of the problems of the health referral system that regulates the delegation of tasks and responsibilities on a reciprocal basis, as well as the structural and functional aspects of illness in health problems is also happening in the city of Batam. To overcome this the health care system in the era of BPJS Health prioritizes the optimization in first-rate health facilities (FKTP), such as health centers, clinics, and individual practice physicians in collaboration with BPJS Health in providing health services for the community. But still we often encounter the problem of hospital service referral that happened inaccurate in the references experienced by IGD Hospital and Clinics in Batam. The purpose of this research is to know the cause of inaccuracy or deviation in FKTP reference that occurred in Batam city. The results found that BPJS always appealed to clinical leaders and clinicians to withhold relatively high referral rates (based on widely circulated assumptions among clinics and medical personnel in hospitals and clinics). And non-specialist referrals whose ration is no more than 15% in order not to affect the decrease in the number of capitals (monthly health membership BPJS patients) owned by the clinic. Suggested suggestions that can be submitted in relation to the results of the study is to improve the quality or quality of health personnel in health services, socialization of policy rules continuously in order to avoid the conflict in service, increasing the competence of health workers. And there is need for education of a system and rules of service to overcome the problem of referrals and return the role of general practitioners as the spearhead of primary health care.

Pain clinic services are health services in polyclinics that focus on acute and chronic pain management. This pain clinic was opened at the end of September 2019, and there is in only one in Karawang. From polyclinic patient data in 2018, patients with pain complains were about 50% of the total patients from polyclinic which could be a potential pain clinic. From the pain clinic visit data of patients, it is known that the most consulted are the productive age and old age (geriatrics). At Mandaya Hospital, a geriatric community has been formed, which is called The Golden Club. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach, begins in October 2019 to May 2020. Research informants including the President Director, Head of Marketing Division, Doctor in charge of Pain Clinic, Marketing sub-unit of the community office section, Pain clinic nurse, Patient and or family of pain clinic patients, Members of the golden club community. Data taken from primary and secondary data. The results of this study are segmentation and targets of pain clinic, namely patients who have complaints of chronic pain whether or not they have received prior treatment, women, productive age (³20-64 years old) and old age (³65 years old), living in West Karawang and East Telukjambe districs, types of payment with personal guarantee. Specialized in pain intervention products using C-Arm or USG guide. Pain clinic market position as the market leader in pain clinic services for internal and external referrals of Mandaya Hospital. The marketing mix of Co-creation wants to develop intratechal analgesia, Currency offered in pain clinics need evaluation from management for determining rates, Communal activation and Conversation are carried out online through social media, WhatsApp groups, and teleconsultation. Akibat krisis moneter yang berkepanjangan, sekarang ini juga berdampak pada bidang kesehatan, dimana biaya berobat dirumah sakit menjadi mahal, karena kenaikan harga obat-obatan, alat-alat kedokteran dan biaya operasional rumah sakit. Hal tersebut menyebabkan jumlah pasien yang mempergunakan jasa pelayanan rumah sakit menurun.Salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan rumah sakit yaitu, dengan menghilangkan biaya rawat inap pada tindakan pasca operasi yang disebut juga pelayanan One Day Surgery atau One Day Care. Di sini pasien dapat segera pulang setelah dilakukan tindakan operasi, hal ini tentunya menguntungkan pasien dari segi waktu dan biaya.Unit ODC ini merupakan salah satu unit pelayanan di rumah sakit Gandaria yang berada dibawah bidang pelayanan medis yang berdiri pada awal tahun 2000.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana strategi pemasaran unit ODC Rumah Sakit Gandaria, metode yang dipakai adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan penelaahan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan selama April dan Mei tahun 2002 di Rumah Sakit Gandaria ,khususnya unit ODC. Data yang diperoleh berdasar data sekunder dan primer. Disamping itu juga untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pasien dan mengetahui profil pemakai jasa Rumah Sakit Gandaria penulis menyebarkan kuesioner pada 100 pasien rawat jalan.Dari data-data yang diperoleh baik primer maupun sekunder ditambah dengan analisa eksternal maupun internal rumah sakit, dengan mepergunakan TOWS Matrik dan Strategi Daur Hidup Produk diperoleh beberapa altematif strategi. Dari beberapa alternatif strategi ditetapkan prioritas strategi pemasaran unit ODC Rumah Sakit Gandaria.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang tepat untuk ODC adalah : Strategi Penetrasi Pasar, Pengembangan Pasar dan Pengembangan Produk. Saran yang dikemukakan meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran rumah sakit, khususnya unit ODC, melakukan promosi baik internal maupun eksternal dengan maksimal, meningkatkan hubungan kerja dengan dokter spesialis dan bidan-bidan sebagai pemasok pasien. Dengan ini diharapkan jumlah kunjungan pasien ODC akan meningkat.
Marketing Strategy of One Day Care Service at Gandaria HospitalThe continuations of monetary crisis now days, affecting on health area, increasing the cost & the service become expensive. As a result of the increasing the cost of medicine, means the operational cost of the hospital increased. These have an impact that the number patients decreased.One of the alternative is making the One Day Care to reduce the cost of patients can be done by the Hospital is to omit the cost in patient, The patient can go home after treatment. This program will make effective time and cost.This ODC unit is one of the medical services at Gandaria Hospital, which is under the Medical Service Unit, set up in the year 2000. The objective, of the study is to plan the marketing strategy of ODC unit Gandaria Hospital. The method of the study is case study with Qualitative Descriptive. The research holds in April and May 2000 in Gandaria Hospital especially at ODC unit. The data are taken from secondary and primary data.From those data, internal and external analysis, TOWS matrix and PLC, I found some alternative strategies. After analyzing the strategic, I decided one priority of Marketing Strategy.From that research, I concluded that the appropriate strategy for ODC unit is market penetration, product development and market development.I would like to suggest increasing the marketing activity of the Hospital, especially ODC unit, to maximum internal and external promotion, to increase the quality of work relationship with the specialist doctors and nurses. It may in crease the coming of the ODC.

This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between health facility factor and physician quality factor to Non-Specialistic Radiation Coverage Ratio (RRNS) in Work Area of BPJS Kesehatan Batam Branch Office 2016. The research was conducted in FKTP in collaboration with BPJS-Kesehatan KC . Batam. The study sample consisted of 17 FKTPs having RRNS> 7% as inclusion criteria. Data collection techniques are observation / observation as well as questionnaire / questionnaire and focus group discussion. Statistical Analysis used is Parametric Product Moment Person Analysis. There is a positive relationship between the completeness of infrastructure, pharmacy-health equipment, physician competence and physician's workload to RRNS but it does not show any significant relationship. Although statistical tests do not show a significant relationship to RRNS, the fact remains that most FKTPs in the working area of BPJS-Health KC Batam have not been standardized in accordance with the regulations applicable both in terms of completeness of facilities, pharmacy-health equipment and the level of competence of their doctors. More Doctors found in FKTP with Category Excessive workload and high RRNS numbers. Credentials should be implemented in an integrated manner by the Department of Health, Professional Organizations and Clinical Associations and BPJS-Kesehatan by referring to existing regulations in order to obtain a well-standardized FKTP. Further supervision and guidance by the Health Office and Faskes Association should be conducted periodically to maintain the quality of service quality. Besides, PKB is also an important thing to maintain the competence of doctors so that FKTP can eventually function as a gatekeeper in health service in this JKN-era.
