Diabetic patients in Indonesia ranks 5th with prevalence 9,1 million people in 2013 (IDF,204). Diabetic patients potentially undergo diabetic nephropathy 17 times more than non-diabetic patients. Evaluation of renal function and progression of renal failure usually can be identified by glomerular filtration rate (GFR), which is low GFR effects increasing of creatinin serum. Strategies to prevent the complications of chronic diseases, especially diabetic melitus through Prolanis (Chronic Disease Management Program) at Primary Facility Care aims to improve the quality of life diabetic. This study aimed to identify factors association with blood creatinin levels in Prolanis member aged 45-59 years old (old elderly) in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta, involve 113 people. Sample were included 6 Prolanis that distributed in Primary Facility Care in Pulo Gadung. Design of this study using cross sectional study with a total sample 113 respondents in the District 6 Prolanis in Pulogadung. The results showed 28 people (24.8%) diabetic increased creatinine levels. Hypertension with history of antihypertension drug is associated with blood creatinine levels. Diabetes melitus is a disease with high complication rates, thus requirestreatment, which is known as the four pillars of DM management. Prolanisparticipant data at Puskesmas Pulo Gadung in November 2015-January 2016,respectively by 87%, 84%, and 88% of diabetic have uncontrolled PostprandialGlucose (PPG) without a process of evaluation. This study aims to determine theinhibiting factors in controlling the PPG. This is a cross sectional study withquantitative and qualitative approaches. The place and time of the study isconducted at Puskesmas Pulo Gadung, in April 2016. The quantitative data wereobtained from the questionnaires, assessment of body mass index, and the resultsof the examination PPG 84 of selected diabetic. The samples are diabetic in ninePuskesmas that fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criterias. Sampling was done bynon-probability sampling. While the qualitative data is intended to get moreinformation about the four pillars of diabetes management. Quantitative data wereanalyzed by descriptive and qualitative data were analyzed by thematic analysis.Research shows that only 4.8% diabetic who have controlled PPG. Factorscausing uncontrolled PPG are non-compliance of diabetic in implementing mealplanning and physical exercise, lack of family and management support. Requiredincrease in educational activities, monitoring and evaluation, and build crosssector cooperation between Puskesmas, Sudin Kesehatan, and BPJS.Keywords: Diabetic, DM management, postprandial glucose
Blood sugar levels are not normal become important health problem, not least in patients with hypertension leading to serious complications of the disease such as diabetes. This study aims to determine the factors associated with blood sugar levels in patients with hypertension. This research was conducted at the health center Bojonggede, Bogor, West Java using cross sectional study design and purposive sampling method with a total sample of 105 people consisting of men and women aged 30-65 years including age group adults and elderly. The results showed that 30.2% of respondents have high blood sugar levels. There is a significant relationship between age (OR = 3.5 95% CI 1.361 to 8.890), gender (OR = 5.1 95% CI 1.655 to 15.570), the glycemic index (OR = 2.587 95% CI 1.089 to 6.141), and waist circumference on the incidence of blood sugar levels. Lifestyle modification is recommended such as exercise frequently and food consumption suitable with the guidelines of balanced nutrition. In addition, the consumption of foods and beverages with low and medium GI, monitoring body weight and waist circumference, and blood sugar tests are routinely highly recommended to prevent an increase in blood sugar levels.
Indonesia sebagai negara dalam masa transisi saat ini dalarn bidang gizi dihadapkan pada masalah ganda (double burden), Pada satu sisi Indonesia masih menghadapi masalah gizi kurang dan pada sisi lain muncul masalah gizi Iebih yang juga berefek negatif terhadap kesehatan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Lemak darah merupakan salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner. Meningkatnya prevalensi dislipidemia karena adanya perubahan gaya hidup rnasyarakat menuju pola hidup tidak sehat, antara lain meningkatnya kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan berlemak dan terlalu manis, konsumsi garam yang berlebih, kebiasaan merokok, kurang aktivitas dan berat badan berlebih. Pnelitian ini mertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kadar lemak darah laki-laki pegawai di lingkungan dinas pemerintah daerah kota Bogor tahun 2005. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder Puslitbang Gizi dan Makanan Bogor. Disain penelitian ini cross sectional. Populasi adflah laki-laki umur 40-55 tahun pegawai kantor dinas di lingkungan kota Bogor. Berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi yang sudah ditetapkan maka didapatkan sebanyak 124 responden yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisis. Status antropometri dan kadar lemak darah.

The increasing of dislipidemia prevalence caused by the change of society life style to indisposed life pattern, for example the increasing of habit consume fatty food and too sweet, consume excessive salt, habit smoke, less excessive body weight and activity. This research aim to know factors related to rate fat blood men officer in Bogor local offices year 2005. This research use secondary data from Nutrition and Food Research Centre Development; Bogor. Design of this research was cross sectional . The population is men who officers in Bogor Local Government Year 2005 with 40-55 years old. Based on inclusion and exclusion criterion which have been specified, there are 124 respondent fulfilling the criterion to be analysed. Analysed data consist of individual characteristic, food consumption, life style, antropometric status and blood fat rate data. Analysis fat rate consist of univariate, bivariate (Test and Person correlation, simple linear regression, Vhi Suare) and multivariate analysis (multiple linesr regression and logistics regression).
