Abstrak:
Obesitas merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang dapatmeningkatkan risiko hipertensi, dislipidemia, diabetes tipe 2, penyakit jantungkoroner, stroke, osteoartritis, dan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui hubungan perilaku sedentary, asupan gizi, pola makan, kebiasaanmengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman ringan tinggi energi, pengetahuan gizi, danjenis kelamin dengan obesitas pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler FIB UI. Penelitian inimenggunakan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februarihingga Juni 2017. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa S1 Reguler laki-lakidan perempuan sebanyak 151 mahasiswa dari setiap angkatan. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, pengisian kuesionermandiri, serta wawancara 2x24 hours food recall. Prevalensi obesitas sebesar22,5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara perilaku sedentary(p-value:0,004), kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,024), dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi minuman ringan tinggi energi (p-value:0,000) dengan obesitas. berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agarmahasiswa lebih aktif secara fisik dan mengurangi konsumsi makanan danminuman ringan tinggi energi.

Abstrak:
Energi yang berasal dari zat gizi makro dibutuhkan untuk melakukan metabolisme tubuh, kegiatan fisik, dan pertumbuhan. Kebiasaan konsumsi energi dan zat gizi yang tidak seimbang dengan pola makan yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan masalah gizi. Sebaliknya, asupan energi dan zat gizi seimbang serta berkualitas dapat mempertahankan kesehatan fisik dan stabilitas mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan energi serta apakah terdapat hubungan dengan mindful eating dan faktor lainnya pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI tahun 2022. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah mindful eating, pengetahuan gizi, uang jajan untuk membeli makanan dan minuman, stress, konsumsi makanan selingan, konsumsi minuman manis, dan durasi tidur. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah asupan energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 kepada 136 mahasiswi tahun angkatan 2019-2021. Data yang digunakan didapatkan dari pengisian kuesioner serta food record weekday dan weekend yang diisi mandiri oleh responden. Sebesar 8.1% mahasiswi S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI memiliki asupan energi tinggi yaitu > 80% AKG. Analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres, konsumsi makanan selingan, dan konsumsi minuman manis dengan asupan energi. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak universitas untuk dapat memberikan edukasi terkait pedoman gizi seimbang.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, asupan energi dan zat gizi, kebiasaan mengemil, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Status gizi diukur dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan. Kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, kebiasaan mengemil, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres diukur dengan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri. Asupan energi dan zat gizi diukur dengan wawancara Food Frequency Questionnaire semi-kuanititatif. Aktivitas fisik diukur dengan wawancara Global Physical Activity Questionnaire. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik systematical simple random dan pengambilan data dilakukan selama bulan AprilMei 2015. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (P value=0,015), status merokok (P value=0,008), asupan energi (P value=0,000), asupan karbohidrat (P value=0,025), dan asupan lemak (P value=0,004) dengan status gizi. Disarankan agar mahasiswa mengatur pola makan yang lebih sehat dan menjaga aktivitas fisiknya. Di samping itu, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia mendukung adanya kerja sama dengan instansi atau lembaga yang bekerja di bidang gizi dan kesehatan.

Energy and nutrient intake were collected by conducting interview using semiquantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Abstrak:
Penyimpangan perilaku makan merupakan sekelompok gangguan yang ditandai dengan sikap dan kebiasaan makan yang abnormal, dimana gangguan tersebut akan berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu kelompok yang memiliki risiko terjadinya kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan pada mahasiswa FISIP dan FIB UI tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 177 orang mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada April hingga Mei 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan serta pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88,1% responden memiliki kecenderungan penyimpangan perilaku makan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa IMT (Pvalue=0,010), citra tubuh (P-value=0,000), riwayat diet (P-value=0,002) dan pengaruh keluarga (P-value=0,005) berhubungan dengan terjadinya penyimpangan perilaku makan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyarankan agar masing-masing fakultas dan organisasi kemahasiswaan dapat bekerja sama dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi gizi mengenai penympangan perilaku makan.

Students are one of the groups that have a risk of eating disorder tendency. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the tendency of eating disorder in College Students in The FISIP and FIB UI at 2017. The method used in this study is cross sectional design. The samples in this study are 177 of college students which were taken with accidental sampling. The study was done at April to Mei 2017. The data were collected through measurement of weight and height also the fulfillment of the questionnaire. The results showed that 88.1% of respondents have a tendency of eating disorder. The conclusion of this study is IMT (P-value = 0,010), body image (P-value = 0,000), diet history (P-value = 0,002) and family influence (P-value = 0,005) have signifikan association with tendency of eating disorder. Therefore, the Institutions and college students organization need to build teamwork to socialize about health tendency of eating disorder.

Obesitas sentral merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang prevalesinya selalu mengalami peningkatan, termasuk pada dewasa muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara asupan gizi dan faktor-faktor lainnya yang berhubungan dengan obesitas sentral pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan 108 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui platform Google Form, serta pengukuran antropometri dan SQ-FFQ secara tatap muka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara status merokok dengan obesitas sentral yang bersifat sebagai faktor protektif (p-value 0,003). Sementara itu, tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara asupan energi (p-value 0,652), karbohidrat (p-value 0,957), protein (p-value 0,786), lemak (p-value 0,87), aktivitas fisik (p-value 0,423), tingkat stres (p-value 0,081), serta pengetahuan gizi (p-value 0,859). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap obesitas sentral dan pemeliharaan kesehatan secara umum dengan menganut pola hidup yang lebih sehat, seperti membatasi makanan tinggi gula, garam, dan lemak; meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, strategi manajemen stres, serta mengurangi konsumsi rokok.
Central obesity is a major public health concern with a steadily increasing prevalence, including among young adults. This study aims to examine the relationship between nutrient intake and other contributing factors associated with central obesity among students of the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Indonesia. This research employed a cross-sectional study design involving 108 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, along with face-to-face anthropometric measurements and a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). The results showed a significant association between smoking status and central obesity, indicating smoking as a protective factor (p-value 0.003). In contrast, no significant associations were found between central obesity and energy intake (p-value 0.652), carbohydrate intake (p-value 0.957), protein intake (p-value 0.786), fat intake (p-value 0.87), physical activity (p-value 0.423), stress levels (p-value 0.081), or nutrition knowledge (p-value 0.859). These findings are expected to raise student awareness about central obesity and encourage better health maintenance through healthier lifestyle practices, such as limiting high sugar, salt, and fat intake; increasing physical activity; applying stress management strategies; and reducing tobacco use.

Skripsi ini membahas hubungan pengetahuan gizi dan faktor lainnya denganasupan vitamin C. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengantotal sampel 290. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan UniversitasIndonesia dengan sasaran mahasiswa RIK UI angkatan 2013 pada tahun 2014.Analisis hubungan menggunakan chi square, uji t independen, dan regresi logistikganda. Hasil yang didapat adalah sebanyak 62,4 % mahasiswa tidak mencukupikebutuhan vitamin C perhari dan faktor yang berhubungan secara bermakna adalah konsumsi buah dan sayur, uang saku, dan konsumsi suplemen vitamin C.Tetapi tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan pengetahuan gizi, kebiasaan sarapan, jenis kelamin, perilaku diet, ketersediaan buah dan sayur, dan durasimenonton televisi. Faktor dominan pada penelitian ini adalah konsumsi suplemenvitamin C.
