Obesity, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension are risk factors for coronary heart disease. Based on the results of medical check up in Universitas Indonesia employees in 2016 known employees have risk factors for coronary heart disease. Preventive action need to be done so that existing risk factors do not arise into illness. This research undertakes an intervention effort in the form of health promotion with health promotion strategies from the Ottawa Charter and examines the effect of health promotion on knowledge, attitudes, and health status with indicators of body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol in employees. Intervention conducted for 3 months in the form of health seminars, installation of health promotion media, and create health ambassadors in each work unit. The results of the study found that there was an increase in knowledge and attitude before and after the intervention and there was a decrease in the mean values in indicators of body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. By 2016, WHO states that prevalence of obesity in the world has more than doubled compared to 1980, and many studies in the world have shown that, including in Indonesia. This study used mixed-methods sequential exploratory design starting with collecting and analyzing quantitative data followed by qualitative. The study aims to analyze lifestyle as risk factors that background obesity in PAU employees, such as predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors that create lifestyle. The results showed that the main risk factors behind the incidence of obesity were a lot of eating habits and sedentary behavior. Governance need to improve effective workplace health promotion, educate and socialize the utilization of heatlh, canteen, and sports facilities to all employees. This study discussed the risk perception of Central Administration Staff of The Universityof Indonesia in facing fire if happening in Rectorate Building of the University ofIndonesia. The design of this study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and the total sample is 240 respondents. The results of this studyconclude that fire risk perception on the staff has been good generally based on the factorswhich influence the perception. It also proves that factors which influence the fire riskperception significantly are gender, fire experiences, fire training, emotional states, thebehavior of others, and floor level. However, other factors do not influence the fire riskperception such as age, education, fire knowledge, trust in authorities, fire informationcredibility, physical environment, and social role.Key words: Fire risk perception, high-rise building, fire experience, fire training, fireknowledge, fire information credibility, emotional states, behavior of others, trust inauthority, social role.
MCU data show the presence of risk factors for cardiovascular disease in PT X employees who need attention so that prevented the incidence of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health promotion intervention on cardiovascular disease risk factors in gold mine worker PT X in Pandeglang 2017.The research design was quasi experimental with pre and post test controlled group design with 2 groups ie workshop and flyer group and flyer group.The results showed significant differences before and after intervention of health promotion programs on blood pressure, BMI, blood glucose, physical actifity, but there were no significant differences before and after intervention of health promotion program on score smoking. The company is advised to develop a comprehensive health promotion program in accordance with Ottawa Charter.

Tesis ini membahas perubahan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap pegawai Universitas Terbuka (UT) yang berpotensi penyakit jantung koroner setelah mendapat penyuluhan Penyakit Jantung Koroner. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental. Metode intervensi yang dipilih adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan konsultasi. Hasil intervensi penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan meningkat secara bermakna α<0,05 dengan p.value 0,000 dibanding sebelum penyuluhan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah intervensi penyuluhan Penyakit Jantung Koroner berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pegawai Universitas Terbuka yang berpotensi penyakit jantung koroner, tetapi tidak merubah sikap sehingga disarankan manajemen UT untuk mengadakan intervensi lagi untuk mendapatkan perubahan sikap pegawai UT yang berpotensi penyakit jantung koroner.
The thesis was to discuss the changes in knowledge level and attitudes of the Indonesian Open University (UT) employees who potentially coronary heart disease after receiving education of coronary heart disease. The research is a quantitative study with a quasi experimental design. Intervention method chosen is lecture, discussion and consultation. Results indicate that counseling intervention significantly increased knowledge level of α <0.05, p.value=0.000 compare with before the extension. The conclusion of this research is the extension of coronary heart disease intervention effect on knowledge level of the UT’s employees potentially coronary heart disease, but did not change the attitude, so it is recommended to UT’s management to hold intervene again to get a UT’s employee attitude changes that potentially coronary heart disease.

This study aims to develop Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) as community service by leadership principles approach and community participation through mechanism of HSE Committee establishment by combining indicators that support HSE Committee establishment at FKM UI. This study was descriptive qualitative research with in-depth interviews, documents review and observations methods using the logical framework approach. Informen in this study were a representative of the stakeholders involved in the establishment of HSE at FKM UI. The results showed that the HSE Committee FKM UI does not have a budget for supportting the HSE program as well as HSE improvement and risk control which are the findings throughout the year and it is recommended to put into the Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB) of each Department or Units. The HSE Committee FKM UI also does not have the legalization decree, HSE policy as well as guidelines or manuals of HSE Committee that is signed by the Top Management. It is recommended that Dean of FKM UI immediately establish and ratify in writing the HSE Committee, HSE policy and manual, and communicated to all parties so that everyone knowns, understands and implements their respective obligations and roles in the organization and have the same commitment to the policy set.
