Sejalan dengan meningkatnya harga BBM di Indonesia sejak tiga tahun terakhir tezjadi peningkatan penggunaan bahan bakar batubara sebagai pengganti solar dan residu dengan alasan ekonomi. Di Kabupaten Bandung penggunaan bahan bakar batubara yang berisi air, uapan hasil pemanasan ini dialirkan ke tiap ruangan unmk pmses indusui. Penggunaan batubara kakan berdampak terhadap kesehatan berupa keluhan sistem pernafasan, gangguan faal paru bersifat obtruktif restriktif dan campuran. Desain penelitian adalah Studi Cross Sectional lmtuk mengetahui hubungan dampak penggunaan bahau bakar batubara dengm keluhan sistem pemafasan dan gangguan faal pada pekerja pada industri di kecamatau Majalaya Kabupamen Bandung Tahun 2007. Dilakukan pengujian antara faktor dependen (keluhan sistem pernafasan dan gangguan faal paru) dengan independen (Radar NO2, SO; CO, CO;, PMN dan debu respirabel), dan faktor confouding ( kebiasan mkok, lama kerja, APD), karakteristik pekerja (status sizi, riwayat penyakit, umur. Hasil telitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar NO; SO; CO, dan CO2 semuanya (l00%) kurang atau sama dengan NAB sedangkan PM", semuanya (I00%) melebihi NAB, debu respirabel sebesar 97,l% melebihi NAB, nanmn di semna industli NAB gabungan melebihi angka l. Prevalensi keluhan sistem pemaihsan sebesar 7I,4%, gangguan hal pam l6,2%.Gangguan faal paru bC¥hl1b\lD@l1 bermakna dengan penggunaan APD. Sehinga dapat dibuat model yaitu logit gngguan faal paru=-1,946 + 5,266*APD. Dari model di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa pekerja yang bekerja di ruangan boiler batubara yang tidak menggunakan APD akan mempunyai risiko terjadinya gangguan faal pam sebesar 5 kali dibanding pekerja yang bekezja di ruangan boiler batubara yang menggunakan APD. Untuk mengetahui lebil mendalam perlu di1akukan penelitian kohon minimal selama 10 tahm; yang mencakup debu respirabel, komposisi batubara, dan faktor genetika yang berpengaruh terhadap gangguan faal Pam Pekerja boiler mempnmyai gizi kurang sebesar 24,8%._ kebiasaan memkok 8l,9% dan tergolong perokok berat, perusahaan perlu menyediakan makanan tambahan dan penyuluhan tentang bahaya merokok terhadap kmehatan. Pemerintah perlu mempertimbangkan lebih lanjut tentang penggunaan batubara dan apabila penggunaannya dilanjutkan dengan syarat adanya minimasi kadar debu dan komitmen penggunaan APD yang benar.
Align with the BBM price increase in Indonesia since the last three years,there has been an increase of coal use as a diesel substitute and residue due to economic reason. In Kabupaten Bandung this coal use is aimed to heat a boiler which contain of water, and the vapor which is released by the water is flowed to each chamber for the industry PTOCBSS. This industry has been using coal from 2003 until now. This coal use will give a negative impact on our health, especially on our respiratory system and could cause pulmonary disorders which are obstructive, restrictive, or mix of both. This research is using Cross Sectional design to know the relation of coal use and respiratory complaints and pulmonary disorders at Kecamatan Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung in year 2007. Atesting was done on dependant factors (respiratory complain and pulmonary disorder) and independent factors (NO;, SOI, CO, CO; PMN level and repairable dust), and confounding lirctor (Smoking habit, service year , PPE), worlrfome characteristic (nutrition status, medical history, age). The result of this research shows that NO; SO; CO, and C02 level, all (l00%) less or equal with the NAB, for PMN all 100% exceeds the NAB, repairable dust is 97,l% exceeds the NAB, but 100% of NAB combine industry exceeds 1. The prevalence of respiratory complaint is l,4%, pulmonary disordas l5,2%. Pulmonary disorders related significantly with the PPE use. We can formulate a model, The Model explain that worker who work in coal boiler room who do not use PPE will have lung function disorder risk S time greater thanworker who use PPE. To know this problem comprehensively, another cohort research will need to be married forward for next 10 years, which includes respirable dust, coal composition, and genetics factors which influence the pulmonary disorders. Boiler workers have several supporting factors, such as lack of nutrition 24,8%, smoking habit 8l,9% and categorized as heavy smokers, therefore the company will need to provide extra nutrients and health education on the danger of smoking on our health. Guidance and observation on the industry will need to bc done from cross programs and related sectors continuously!! still can be used if only there is a dust volume minimization and PPE usage commitment.
ABSTRAK Nama : Ni Ketut Mirra Betri Agustina Program Studi : Magister Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Judul : Analisis Faktor Beban Kerja Individu dengan Keluhan Subjektif pada Pekerja yang Terpajan Panas di Industri Manufaktur Suku Cadang Otomotif Shift 1, Kelapa Gading Pada Tahun 2017 Paparan panas yang ekstrem bisa mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja dan luka. Iklim kerja yang tinggi bisa mengakibatkan sengatan panas, panas yang berlebihan, kram panas, atau ruam panas. Panas juga dapat meningkatkan risiko cedera pada pekerja karena dapat menyebabkan telapak tangan berkeringat, kacamata pengaman yang berkabut, dan pusing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan perakitan suku cadang yang memiliki proses produksi panas yang dapat memajan pekerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat tekanan panas pada lapangan kerja 2, bagaimana keluhan subjektif akibat panas yang dirasakan para pekerja dan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung tekanan panas pada 10 titik pengukuran dan pengukuran langsung terhadap pekerja menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan data di dilakukan pada 129 pekerja shift 1. Analisis data digunakan uji statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Dan didapatkan hasil berupa seluruh pekerja di lapangan kerja 2 seluruhnya merasakan iklim kerja yang panas (melebihi NAB yang berlaku di Indonesia) dan seluruhnya merasakan keluhan subjektif akibat panas. Faktor kovariat yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan subjektifnya adalah status hidrasi (p value = 0,000) dan status kesehatan (p value = 0,002). Dikarenakan adanya pajanan panas berlebih pada lapangan kerja 2 maka perusahaan harus melakukan pengendalian teknis, administrated dan personal pekerja untuk meminimalisir kejadian tekanan panas dan keluhan subjektif yang dirasakan pekerja. ABSTRACT Name : Ni Ketut Mirra Betri Agustina Study Program : Master of Occupational Safety and Health Title : Analysis of Individual Workload Factors With Subjective Complaints In Heat Exposed Workers in Spare Parts Automotive Industry Manufacture Shift 1, Kelapa Gading In 2017 Exposure to extreme heat can result in occupational illnesses and injuries. Heat stress can result in heat stroke, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, or heat rashes. Heat can also increase the risk of injuries in workers as it may result in sweaty palms, fogged-up safety glasses, and dizziness. This study was conducted on a spare parts assembly company that has a hot production process that can expose its workers. This study aims to see the description of the level of heat stress on work area 2, how subjective complaints caused by the heat felt by workers and what factors are influential. This study uses cross sectional method by conducting direct measurement of heat pressure at 10 points of measurement and direct measurement to workers using questionnaire. Data collection was done on 129 workers shift 1. Data analysis used statistical test using statistical software. And the results obtained in the form of all workers in work area 2 entirely exposed to heat pressure and entirely feel the climate is hot (overpass Indonesia’s TLV) subjective complaints due to heat. Covariate factors that have significant relationship with subjective complaints are hydration status (p value = 0,000) and health status (p value = 0,002). Due to excessive heat exposure in work area 2, the company must perform technical, administrated and personal controls to minimize the incidence of heat stress and subjective complaints felt by workers. Population issues are still very complex. One of the real problems faced is population growth which is still relatively high. One part of population growth can not be separated from the number of children ever born. One of the factors thought to be related to the number of children ever born is economic status. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between economic status and the number of live births in women aged less than 45 years who are married whose reproductive period is still running and those aged 45-49 years who are married who have entered the end of their reproductive period. This research was conducted using a cross-sectional study design using data from the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017. This study found that in both age groups it was known that there was a significant relationship between economic status and the number of children ever born. It was also found that greater odds were found for very poor, poor, middle, and rich economic status compared to women whose economic status was very rich. Furthermore, it was found that in women aged less than 45 years, it was found that the variables of education, employment status, age at first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children were confounders between economic status and the number of children ever born. Meanwhile, for women aged 45-49 years, the variables of area of residence, employment status at the age of first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children become confounders between economic status and number of children ever born.
Stres kerja merupakan masalah yang signifikan di sektor minyak dan gas bumi (migas), yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan fisik pekerja, serta menurunkan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi dan faktor-faktor risiko stres kerja pada pekerja unit produksi I dan II di PT XYZ pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan melibatkan 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji bivariat untuk menilai hubungan antara faktor risiko dan stres kerja. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square, perhitungan Prevalence Ratio (PR), dan CI 95%.
Hasil menunjukkan 50% pekerja mengalami stres kerja. Faktor yang berhubungan signifikan meliputi: tingkat pendidikan (p=0,003; PR=2,200; CI 95%: 1,179–2,700), masa kerja >5 tahun (p=0,011; PR=5,954; CI 95%: 0,912–38,893), status menikah (p=0,000; PR=4,171; CI 95%: 1,969–8,835), dukungan sosial buruk (p=0,044; PR=1,505; CI 95%: 1,032–2,196), otonomi kerja rendah (p=0,001; PR=2,000; CI 95%: 1,341–2,984), dan hubungan interpersonal buruk (p=0,033; PR=1,806; CI 95%: 1,019–3,200). Variabel yang tidak signifikan: usia (p=0,096), budaya organisasi (p=1,000), dan sumber daya (p=0,096). Determinan utama stres kerja adalah masa kerja, status pernikahan, tingkat pendidikan, dukungan sosial, otonomi pekerjaan, dan hubungan interpersonal.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya perhatian terhadap faktor-faktor individu dan psikososial dalam mengelola stres kerja di sektor migas. Program dukungan sosial, peningkatan otonomi kerja, dan perbaikan hubungan interpersonal dapat mengurangi stres kerja di lingkungan ini.
Work-related stress is a significant issue in the oil and gas (migas) sector, impacting workers' mental and physical health as well as their performance. This study aims to analyze the prevalence and risk factors of work-related stress among workers in production units I and II at PT XYZ in 2024. The study used a quantitative cross-sectional design involving 120 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using bivariate tests to assess the relationship between risk factors and work-related stress. The analysis included Chi-square tests, Prevalence Ratio (PR), and 95% Confidence Interval (CI). Results showed that 50% of workers experienced work stress. Significant associated factors included educational level (p=0.003; PR=2.200; 95% CI: 1.179–2.700), work duration >5 years (p=0.011; PR=5.954; 95% CI: 0.912–38.893), marital status (p=0.000; PR=4.171; 95% CI: 1.969–8.835), poor social support (p=0.044; PR=1.505; 95% CI: 1.032–2.196), low job autonomy (p=0.001; PR=2.000; 95% CI: 1.341–2.984), and poor interpersonal relationships (p=0.033; PR=1.806; 95% CI: 1.019–3.200). Non-significant factors included age (p=0.096), organizational culture (p=1.000), and resources (p=0.096). This study highlights the importance of addressing individual and psychosocial factors in managing work-related stress in the migas sector. Social support programs, increased job autonomy, and improved interpersonal relationships can help reduce work stress in this environment.

This study is about the relationship between personal noise dose exposure with Subjective complaints (Non Auditory) On Workers At Utilities Area 05 In A Leading Oil and Gas Company in 2015. Personal noise exposure dose was measured by using a Noise Dosimeter, while the data of respondents and subjective complaints (non audiotory) was obtained by a questionnaire. Method which is used in this research is quantitative observation and data collection. The results showed there is no relationship between the personal noise exposure dose with subjective complaints (non audiotory).

Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwalama kerja mempengaruhi keluhan subyektif musculoskeletal disorders dantingkat risiko ergonomi pekerja forklift termasuk ringan hingga sedang. Sarannya,perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian postur kerja pekerja forklift,pengaturan durasi kerja, sosialisasi terkait musculoskeletal disorders, gejala,faktor risiko, tindakan pencegahan, dan penanganan.
