Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Hospital Safety Index yang dikeluarkan oleh WHO dan PAHO adalah alat penilaian kesiapsiagaan rumah sakit. Lokasi penelitian di Rumah sakit X berada di Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan rumah sakit Tipe A dengan pelayanan terlengkap, selain sebagai tempat rujukan nasional juga sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan. Berdasarkan data dari BNPB, Provinsi DKI Jakarta termasuk daerah yang berisiko terkena bencana tingkat sedang.
Hasil : Berdasarkan 3 (tiga) kriteria penilaian Hospital Safety Index pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil : nilai kesiapsiagaan struktural sebesar 0,86, nilai kesiapsiagaan non struktural sebesar 0,96, serta nilai kesiapsiagaan manajemen kegawat daruratan dan bencana sebesar 0,73.
Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan nilai kesiapsiagaan pada rumah sakit X sebesar 0,86, termasuk pada Tipe A yang berarti tingkat kesiapsiagaan rumah sakit X sudah siap dalam keadaan darurat dan bencana. Namun pada kesiapsiagaan manajemen kegawat daruratan dan bencana masih perlu perbaikan dan penyempurnaan
Kelelahan kerja adalah kondisi yang ditandai dengan perasaan yang menurun dalam kecepatan bekerja, gangguan sistemik saraf pusat akibat aktivitas yang panjang. Kelelahan kerja jika dialami secara terus menerus, maka akan menurunkan kinerja maupun produktivitas kerja. Banyak faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan, maka dari itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko kelelahan (faktor risiko individu dan faktor pekerjaan) pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit X tahun 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain tudi cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan data sekunder yang ada di Rumah Sakit X. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dibutuhkan sekitar 60 responden Perawat yang terbagi dalam beberapa unit di Rumah Sakit X. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sebanyak 4 responden (6,7%) mengalami kelelahan ringan, 48 responden (80,0%) mengalami kelelahan sedang, dan 8 responden mengalami kelelahan tinggi (13,3%). Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan kerja di Rumah Sakit X adalah Beban Kerja dengan p-value = 0,018 dan Jabatan Perawat dengan p-value = 0,040.

Work fatigue is a condition characterized by feelings of decreased work speed, central nervous system disorders due to long periods of activity. If work fatigue is experienced continuouslym it woll reduce work performance and productivity. Many factors can cause fatigue, therefore this study was conducted to analyze the risk factors for fatigue individual risk factors and work, in Nurses at the Hospital X in 2023. Research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. Data was collected using secondary data at the Hospital X. This research collected 60 respondents divided into several units at Hospital X. The results of the analysis showed that 4 respondents (6.7%) experienced mild fatigue, 48 respondents (80.0%) experienced moderate fatigue, and 8 respondents experienced high fatigue (13.3%). The risk factor that is closely related to the occurrence of work fatigue at the Hospital X is Workload with p-value = 0.018 and Nursing Position with p-value = 0.040.

Research carried out because the increment number of informal workerswho work in the sector of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), butthere is lack of activity for health and safety risk assessment done in that sectorand workers rarely covered by health or accident insurance program.The research aims to determine the level of occupational safety and health risks inthe production process of making footwear in SMEs X, SMEs Y, SMEs Z anddetermine the highest risk and provide recommendations control measures againstthe identified risks.The method used in this research is semi-quantitative and descriptive basedon the standard AS/NZS 4360:2004 using the Job Safety Analysis method toidentify hazards and risks and Fine method for measuring the level of risk bymultiplying the probability, exposure and consequences of any risks. Descriptivestudy was conducted to elucidate the control measures already carried out by eachSME. Sample was conducted by purposive sampling method, ie all workers whoare in the process of production of the footwear in SMEs X, Y SMEs, SMEs Z.The results showed that at this stage of the production process in SMEs X, YSMEs, SME Z risks are included in all categories at Fine methods, namely: VeryHigh, Priority 1, Substantial, Priority 3, Acceptable. The highest risk (Very High)obtained from the use of chemicals and electric cables that do not meet standards.

This study aims to determine the hazards and risks analysis that exist in the maintenance activities of the ride X. This research was conducted with semi-quantitative design and using AS/NZS: 4360. Work process obtained from SOPs and in-depth interviews. The criteria of level analysis; exposure, possibilities, consequences, and risk level by W.T. Fine. The maintenance activities analyzed are daily and weekly (greasing). The results elucidate that most hazards incurred by workers for daily maintenance were physical hazards (altitude and electrical) at work process of inspection of the neple and tentacle hydraulic oil. Meanwhile, as for greasing activity, physical (altitude) is the most dangerous hazard at the work process to the location of grease replacement. In addition, controls that have been done by the company, among others, by dividing the work shift and providing the vehicle such as golf car and PPE in the form of; gloves, safety shoes, body harness, helmets, and googles.
