Abstrak:
Perkembangan industri makanan dan minuman ringan di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat beberapa tahun terakhir. Tingkat konsumsi minuman ringan berpemanis terutama meningkat pesat pada kelompok usia muda. Konsumsi minuman ringan berpemanis yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti masalah hiperaktivitas pada anak-anak, alergi, dan peningkatan berat badan yang dapat mengarah ke obesitas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman ringan berpemanis pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler FKM UI tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan disain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner mandiri. Responden terdiri dari 146 orang mahasiswa yang berstatus mahasiswa aktif serta tidak memiliki diet khusus.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 26,7% responden termasuk ke dalam konsumen minuman ringan berpemanis kategori tinggi. Uji chi square yang dilakukan menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh teman (p-value 0,007; OR=3,129 (1413-6,926),; dengan konsumsi minuman ringan berpemanis pada responden.
Kesimpulannya, daya beli dan lingkungan sosial memiliki peran untuk membentuk kebiasaan konsumsi pada usia dewasa muda. Promosi gizi yang menargetkan kelompok sosial dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pola konsumsi minuman yang lebih sehat.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan frekuensi konsumsi fast food modern pada Mahasiswa FKM UI angkatan 2021. Pada penelitian ini, variabel dependennya adalah frekuensi konsumsi fast food modern dan variabel independennya adalah tingkat stres, jenis kelamin, pengetahuan gizi, kontrol diri, uang saku, pengaruh peer group dan pengaruh media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 kepada 145 mahasiswa FKM UI angkatan 2021 yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara daring (online). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat yang menggunakan chi-square. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 66,2% responden memiliki tingkat konsumsi fast food modern dengan frekuensi sering, yaitu mengonsumsi fast food modern >3 kali per minggu. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres, pengetahuan gizi, kontrol diri, uang saku, dan pengaruh media sosial berhubungan dengan konsumsi fast food modern pada remaja.

Konstipasi fungsional merupakan salah satu masalah gastrointestinal yang paling umum terjadi. Penelitian baru-baru ini menunjukkan bahwa konstipasi fungsional juga banyak dialami oleh kelompok mahasiswa. Dampak konstipasi fungsional pada mahasiswa tidak dapat diabaikan, seperti menimbulkan perasaan tidak nyaman secara fisik dan psikososial yang berakibat pada menurunnya produktivitas dan kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui proporsi kejadian konstipasi fungsional dan hubungan antara beberapa faktor risiko dengan kejadian konstipasi fungsional pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler FKM UI tahun 2023. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu kejadian konstipasi fungsional. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini antara lain asupan serat pangan, asupan cairan, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, stres, dan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai Juli-Desember 2023 dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan desain studi cross-sectional. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa aktif S1 Reguler FKM UI angkatan 2020-2022 sejumlah 122 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner secara daring melalui Google Form. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Fisher-Exact. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan proporsi konstipasi fungsional sebesar 18,9%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara asupan serat pangan, asupan cairan, aktivitas fisik, jenis kelamin, stres, dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian konstipasi fungsional pda mahasiswa S1 Reguler FKM UI 2023. Meskipun begitu, terdapat kecenderungan bahwa kejadian konstipasi fungsional lebih banyak dialami oleh mahasiswa yang memiliki asupan serat pangan kurang dan asupan cairan kurang. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa diharapkan meningkatkan konsumsi serat pangan dan cairan serta menerapkan gaya hidup yang lebih sehat.
Functional constipation is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders. Recent research shows that funstional constipation also occurs in student groups. The impact of functional constipation on students cannot be ignored, as it causes feelings of physical and psychosocial discomfort, resulting in decreased productivity and quality of life. This study aims to determine the proportion of functional constipation and the relationship between several risk factors with functional constipation among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, in 2023. The dependent variable of this study is functional constipation. The independent variables in this study include dietary fiber intake, fluid intake, sex, physical activity, stress level, and sleep quality. This research was conducted from July to December 2023 using quantitative methods and a cross-sectional study design. Respondents for this study were 122 active regular undergraduate students of FKM UI form the class of 2020-2022, selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained by filling out online questionnaires via Google Forms. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analyses using the Chi-Square test and Fisher-Exact test. Based on the results, it was found that the proportion of functional constipation was 18,3%. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between dietary fiber intake, fluid intake, sex, physical activity, stress level, and sleep quality with functional constipation in regular undergraduate students at FKM UI in 2023. However, this research suggests that there is a tendency for functional constipation to be more frequent in students with lower dietary fiber intake and less fluid intake. Therefore, students are encouraged to increase their consumption of dietary fiber and fluids and adopt a healthier lifestyle

Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSB) atau biasa dikenal sebagai minuman berpemanis merupakan minuman yang mengandung gula tambahan. Konsumsi SSB yang berlebihan dapat berdampak pada kesehatan. Beberapa dampak yang ditimbulkan SSB adalah obesitas, fatty liver, diabetes tipe II, hipertensi, penyakit jantung, defisiensi zat gizi, dan karies gigi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi konsumsi Sugar-Sweetened Beverages berdasarkan faktor individu dan faktor lingkungan pada mahasiswa FKM UI tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 194 orang. Data diambil melalui pengisian kuesioner online secara mandiri oleh responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 58,8% mahasiswa FKM UI mengonsumsi SSB tingkat tinggi yaitu ≥ 6 kali/minggu. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan antara pengetahuan terkait label informasi nilai gizi, efikasi diri, tingkat stres, dan ketersediaan SSB di tempat tinggal dengan konsumsi SSB. Peneliti menyarankan kepada mahasiswa untuk membatasi asukan SSB agar tidak berlebihan dengan memilih alternatif minuman lainnya.
Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSB) are beverages that contain added sugars. Excessive consumption of SSB can have an impact on health. Some of the effects caused by SSB include obesity, fatty liver, type II diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, nutritional deficiencies, and dental caries. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in the proportion of Sugar-Sweetened Beverages consumption based on individual and environmental factors among students of the FKM UI in 2023. This study uses a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of 194 individuals. Data was collected through self-administered online questionnaires completed by the respondents. The results indicate that 58.8% of FKM UI students consume SSB at a high level, which means they consume SSB six or more times per week. The bivariate analysis shows a significant difference in proportions between knowledge related to nutrition information labels, self-efficacy, stress levels, and the availability of SSB at home with SSB consumption. The researcher suggests that students limit their SSB intake to avoid excessive consumption by choosing alternative beverages instead.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui proporsi kejadian dismenore primer dan hubungan antara beberapa faktor risiko dengan kejadian dismenore primer pada mahasiswi S1 Reguler FKM UI tahun 2022. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu dismenore primer. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi asupan kalsium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, kebiasaan sarapan, aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres, usia menarche, durasi menstruasi, siklus menstruasi, dan riwayat keluarga dengan dismenore primer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan dilakukan mulai bulan Juli-September 2022. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswi aktif S1 Reguler FKM UI angkatan 2018-2021 sejumlah 135 orang. Responden dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner online melalui google-form. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (uji Chi-Square dan uji Fisher-Exact). Hasil analisisnya didapatkan proporsi dismenore primer sebesar 86,7%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara asupan kalsium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, kebiasaan sarapan, aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres, usia menarche, durasi menstruasi, dan siklus menstruasi. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara riwayat keluarga dengan dismenore primer dengan kejadian dismenore primer [p-value = 0,038; OR =3,318, 95% CI = (1,162-9,472)]. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukannya edukasi penanganan dan pencegahan kejadian dismenore, terutama pada mahasiswi yang memiliki riwayat keluarga dismeore.

Dysmenorrhea primer merupakan suatu masalah yang berdampak pada kualitas hidup seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi (IMT), kebiasaan olahraga, asupan gizi (serat, omega-3, dan kalsium), konsumsi kopi, usia menarche, laju menstruasi, lama menstruasi,, siklus menstruasi, riwayat keluarga, dan stress psikologis dengan dysmenorrhea primer serta faktor yang dominan pada mahasiswi S1 Reguler FF, FIK, dan FKM UI tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan metode systematic random sampling. Sampel yang diteliti adalah mahasiswi FF, FIK, dan FKM UI angkatan 2011-2014 dengan total 170 sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner mandiri, wawancara FFQ semikuantitatif, dan pengukuran antropometri. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat keluarga dan stress psikologis dengan dysmenorrhea primer (p-value< 0,05). Dari analisis regresi logistik didapatkan stress psikologis sebagai faktor dominan (OR 3,912).

Sugar Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) merupakan cairan yang dimaniskan dengan berbagai bentuk gula tambahan seperti corn syrup, dekstrosa, fruktosa, glukosa, sukrosa, madu dan gula yang secara alami terdapat di dalam bahan pangan namun telah dipekatkan, jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan maka akan menyebabkan kejadian obesitas dan mengakibatkan faktor risiko lain seperti penyakit tidak menular yaitu diabetes dan penyakit kardiovaskular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan proporsi konsumsi Sugar Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) berdasarkan konsumsi fast food, screen time, karakteristik individu, karakteristik lingkungan pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 185 orang. Data diambil melalui pengisian kuesioner online secara mandiri oleh responden. Data akan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 61,6% mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia mengonsumsi SSB dalam tingkat tingi (≥ 200 kkal). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan antara ketersediaan SSBs p-value 0,045 dan odds ratio OR 2,057 (1,068-3,963), pengaruh media sosial p-value 0,025 dan odds ratio OR 2,273 (1,159-4,457), konsumsi fast food p-value 0,049 dan odds ratio OR 0,514 (0,277-0,954), dan screen time p-value 0,044 dan odds ratio OR 1,986 (1,066-3,699) terhadap konsumsi SSBs. Peneliti menyarankan konsumen untuk memperhatikan konsumsi SSBs dan memilih alternatif lain agar tidak mengonsumsi SSBs berlebihan saat melakukan kegiatan luar bersama dengan teman maupun keluarga. Produsen SSBs disarankan untuk mencantumkan label gizi pangan terkait jumlah gula yang ada di produk SSBs terutama SSBs yang berbentuk warlaba. Peneliti juga menyarankan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) dapat mencantumkan infromasi nilai gizi dalam bentuk traffic light atau penggunaan warna yang berbeda untuk membedakan kandungan zat gizi yang rendah, sedang dan juga tinggi seperti warna hijau untuk kandungan zat gizi yang rendah, warna kuning untuk kandungan zat gizi yang sedang dan warna hijau untuk kandungan zat gizi yang tinggi
Sugar Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) are liquids that are sweetened with various forms of added sugar such as corn syrup, dextrose, fructose, glucose, sucrose, honey, and sugar which are naturally found in foodstuffs but have been concentrated, if it consumes in excess, it will cause an obesity and lead to other risk factors such as infectious diseases diabetes and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the proportion of consumption of Sugar Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) based on consumption of fast food, screen time, individual characteristics, environmental characteristics among the students at University of Indonesia in 2023. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of 185 respondents. Data was collected by filling online questionnaires independently by respondents. Data will be analyzed univariately and bivariate. The results showed that 61.6% of University of Indonesia students consumed high levels of SSB (≥ 200 kcal). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant proportion difference between the availability of SSBs p-value 0.045 and odds ratio OR 2.057 (1.068-3.963), social media influence p-value 0.025 and odds ratio OR 2.273 (1.159-4.457), consumption of fast-food p -value 0.049 and odds ratio OR 0.514 (0.277-0.954), and screen time p-value 0.044 and odds ratio OR 1.986 (1.066-3.699) for consumption of SSBs. Researchers suggest consumers to pay attention to consumption of SSBs and choose other alternatives to avoid heavy consumption of SSBs when doing outdoor activities with friends or family. SSBs producers are advised to put food nutrition labels related to the amount of sugar in SSBs products, especially SSBs in the form of franchises. Researchers also suggest that the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM) can put nutritional value information in the form of traffic lights or the use of different colors to distinguish low, medium, and high nutrient content such as green for low nutrient content, yellow for medium nutrient content and green for high nutrient content.
