Customer satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo has decreased since the last 3 (three) years and has not yet reached the target set. Patient satisfaction is one of that affects the quality of hospital services. Patients as external consumers need to get health services as expected. patient satisfaction measure were taken through 4 dimensions of satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of deliver Information and health Education in the Inpatient at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya 2020. The research used quantitative approach with cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 173 adult inpatients with a sampling technique using quota sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire with the interview method. Data were analyzed with chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the delivered of information and education was related to patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya 2020, patients who were adequately informed and educated 4 times were more satisfied with hospital services compared to patients who did not get enough information and education. Suggestions are to conduct an overall evaluation of the implementation of deliver information and education, the availability of information and education media as well as the increased use of these media
Salah satu masalah paling pokok dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan adalah yang menyangkut sumber daya tenaga. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang kualitasnya sangat berperan dalam menunjang pelayanan tersebut. Sumber daya terpenting dalam rumah sakit adalah perawat, karena selain jumlahnya yang terbesar dari seluruh tenaga yang ada, mereka memberikan pelayanan 24 jam sehari selama tujuh hari dalam seminggu serta kontak yang konstan dengan pasien. Meningkatnya prevalensi gangguan jiwa akhir-akhir ini dan persentase rawat inap yang mengalami peningkatan, memerlukan pelayanan yang optimal dari RS Jiwa. Apalagi RS Jiwa Pusat Bogor sebagai pusat rujukan tertinggi dalam bidang kesehatan jiwa dituntut untuk senantiasa meningkatkan sumber daya manusianya secara terus menerus, sehingga mampu memberikan konstribusi bagi peningkatan kinerja RS Jiwa Pusat Bogor. Secara teori dijelaskan bahwa salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja adalah terpenuhinya faktor kepuasan dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja perawat dengan kinerja menurut persepsi mereka (perawat) di RS Jiwa Pusat Bogor. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah "Cross sectional", dengan responden seluruh perawat pelaksana fungsional di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 137 orang, dari 172 orang perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri oleh responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan univariat, selanjutnya analisis bivariat dengan uji "Kai Kuadrat". Adapun analisis multivariat dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistik untuk mengetahui variabel independen yang paling berhubungan dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih sedikit responden yang mempunyai kinerja yang baik menurut persepsi mereka sendiri yaitu 35.04 % dan hasil uji bivariat diketahui variabel kepuasan kerja tidak ada yang memiliki nilai p value 0.05, berarti tidak ada variabel independen yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna secara statistik dengan persepsi kinerja, serta variabel kontrol adalah pendidikan yang memiliki nilai p value < 0.05 (0.003) mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan persepsi kinerja. Hasil uji multivariat dengan regresi logistik menunjukkan tidak ada variabel yang berhubungan dengan persepsi kinerja. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini. maka disarankan kepada pimpinan RS Jiwa Pusat Bogor untuk mengupayakan program peningkatan kinerja perawat melalui peningkatan kemampuan (ability) dan motivasi (motivation), antara lain dengan memberi kesempatan mengikuti pendidikan keperawatan baik jalur formal dan non formal, sesuai dengan perencanaan rumah sakit. Bagi peneliti lain disarankan melakukan penelitian sejenis dengan populasi yang lebih luas dan mencakup seluruh variabel kepuasan kerja dari Herzberg serta pengukuran kinerja dengan metoda lainnya, sehingga data yang diperoleh lebih akurat, reliabel dan tidak bias.
Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Performance Appraisal Perception of the Nurses at the Bogor Mental Hospital 2000. One of the main problems in health service is the human resources. That human resources is an important element is the success of this health services in the hospital. The most important human resources in the hospital is nurses, they give a 24 hour service a day. 7 days service a week, and they make a constant contact with the patients. The increase of mental sickness prevalence and the increase of the patients recently cause an optimum service need in a mental hospital, especially Bogor Mental Hospital is the centre of mental health referral. It this, therefore, demanded to always improve the quality of its human resources continuously. This will also give an impact on the improvement Bogor Mental Hospital performance. Theoretically, its said that one factor Co improve the performance appraisal is the fulfillment of one's satisfaction in doing jobs. The study was done to find out the relationship between nurses' job satisfaction and performance appraisal Perception in the Bogor Mental Hospital. Cross Sectional approach were used in this study. As many as 137 out of 172 functional nurses become the respondents. Questionnaires the respondents filled in were used to collect the data. The result of study shows that fewer nurses have a good performance appraisal perception 35.04 %. And bivariat analysis that there is no job satisfaction variables which has p value < 0.05. Control variable is education which has p value <0.05 (p = 0.003) has a significant correlation with a performance appraisal. Multivariat analysis shows that there no independent variables (job satisfaction) correlation with performance appraisal perception. Considering these promising results, it`s recommended that the ability and motivation improvement be continued, and to other researchers it?s suggested the same study involving a larger population which covers all job satisfaction from Herzberg and the data gained with other methods.
Kinerja adalah penampilan hasil karya personel baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam suatu organisasi. Kinerja dapat merupakan penampilan individu maupun kelompok kerja personel. Pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan merupakan bukti tertulis bahwa proses asuhan keperawatan telah dilaksanakan dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien di rumah sakit. Kinerja perawat pelaksana dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan merupakan masalah sebelum mereka menyadari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan antara lain faktor umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, status perkawinan, supervisi, pelatihan, rasio tenaga, ada tidaknya kegiatan tidak langsung, pengetahuan dan sikap.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran informasi hubungan faktor-faktor karakteristik individu, supervisi, pelatihan, rasio tenaga, ada tidaknya kegiatan tidak langsung, pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di unit rawat inap RSUD Dr. Achmad Muchtar Bukittinggi.Penelitian merupakan penelitian Non Experimental dengan disain Cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 86 orang yaitu dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampel pada 4 uni rawat inap spesialis dasar yaitu unit rawat inap penyakit bedah, penyakit dalam, penyakit anak dan bayi serta penyakit kebidanan dan kandungan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis univariat, bivaria dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dan Multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik dan tingkat kemaknaa = 0,05. Tampilan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase kinerja, proporsi kinerja kurang lebih besar dari proporsi kinerja baik. Variabel-variabel tingkat pendidikan, status perkawinan, supervisi, pelatihan dan tingkat pengetahuan secara statistik ada hubungan bermakna dengan kinerja. Sedangkan variabel-variabel umur, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, rasio tenaga, ada tidaknya kegiatan tidak langsung dan sikap secara statistik tidak berhubngan tetapi secara proporsional ada kecenderungan perbedaan. Selanjutnya analisis multivariate variabel supervisi merupakan variahel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dan dari hasil uji interaksi ternyata karakteristik individu tidak berperan sebagai variabel kontrol.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada penentu kebijakan di RSUD Dr. Achmad Muchtar Bukittinggi untuk dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana yaitu agar lebih meningkatkan peran supervisor keperawatan seperti kepada ruangan,perawat pengawas dan bidang keperawatan dan bidang pendidikan dan penelitian serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan perawat pelaksana dalam bidang asuhan keperawatan dan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan lebih sering menyelenggarakan pelatihan, diskusi dan seminar asuhan keperawatan.
Factors Related to Nurse's Performance in Documenting Nursing Activities in In Patient General Hospital Dr. Ahmad Muchtar Bukittinggi Year of 2002Performance is a personnel's working performance whether in quality or quantity in an organization. Performance could be individual or group performing. Documentation of nursing activities is a written proof that nursing activities have been done. Nurse's performance in documenting nursing activities is a problem before they realize the factors that related to nursing activities documentation such as age, sex, education, experience, marriage status, supervision, training, human resources ratio, direct activities, knowledge, and attitude.Objective of this study is to get some information about relation factors such as individual characteristics, supervision, training, human resources ratio, direct activities, knowledge, and attitude with nurse's performance in documenting nursing activities in in-patient ward in Dr. Ahmad Muchtar General Hospital.This study is non-experimental with cross sectional design with 86 purposive sample taken from 4 in-patient ward specialist such as; in-patient ward surgery unit, internist, child and infant, and obstetric and gynecology. Data analyzed by univariate, bivariate by Chi-square test and multivariate by logistic regression and significance level oc = 0.005. Education level, marriage status, supervision, training, and knowledge variable statistically have significance relation with performance. Whereas sex, age, experience, human resources ratio, direct activities, and attitude, statistically not related but proportionally have differences. From multivariate analysis, supervision variable is the most related variable with nurse's performance and from interaction test; individual characteristics have no role as control variables.This study recommend to the policy maker in Dr. Achmad Muchtar General Hospital, Bukittinggi to improve nurses performance by improving supervisor's role and improve knowledge and skill in documenting activities, carrying out training and discussion.
Based on the results of a nutritional status monitoring survey (PSG) in 2018, as many as 26.64% of children under five in North Lampung Regency were stunted. In 2020 North Lampung Regency was established as one of the stunting focus districts. Regarding the implementation of stunting dropping interventions at the community level, it is known that not all villages have formed human development cadres (HDC) including villages in the working area of the Kotabumi II Public Health Center. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge, attitudes, motivations and behavior of posyandu cadres about stunting and its prevention in the context of preparing policy advocacy documents regarding the role of cadres. The study uses qualitative methods with rapid assessment procedure design. The informants in this study were 6 posyandu cadres, with 7 key informants namely 5 midwives, 1 nutritionis and 1 puskesmas head. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews via cellular telephone, using interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge of posyandu cadres about stunting and prevention is still largely lacking, all cadres have a positive attitude about stunting and prevention, all cadres have high motivation, and cadre behavior regarding early detection of stunting and prevention, most are still lacking. Based on the identification results, a policy advocacy document can be prepared in the form of a policy brief with recommendations including: need to increase the capacity of posyandu cadres, and the need to establish human development cadres (KPM) as staff who can assist in overcoming stunting problems in the village by increasing the role of posyandu cadres . Considering that North Lampung Regency is one of the special stunting location districts, there should be an integrated stunting prevention policy at the community level by making stunting a priority program in village fund budgets and forming human development cadres (HDC) by recruiting posyandu cadres
