The number of Indonesian sdolescence aged 10-24 years according to BPS 2018 is around 25 % of the total population in Indonesia. Adolescence is very vulnerable to various health problems, especially those originating from risky sexual sexual behavior. This study aims to look at the impact of the Posyadu Remaja program on Tengger Adolescent Reproductive Health in Tosari, East Java. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The sample size in this study was 233 respondents of adolescents aged 10-24 years, divided into two groups, namely; 72 respondents attend the Posyandu Remaja routinely while 161 respondents do not take the Posyandu Remaja. Multivariate analysis results show that variables related to knowledge are age, education and information sources of health workers. Variables related to attitude are knowledge, information sources from posyandu remaja, teachers and parents. Variables related to high-risk sexual behavior are attitude variables, sources of information from parents or family, age, level of education and level of knowledge. Attitude is the most dominant variable with high risk sexual behavior p value = 0.001 (OR: 17.68, 95% CI: 4.36 - 71.70). In this study, Posyandu Adolescents are not related to adolescent knowledge, attitudes or sexual behavior. Increasing the capacity of youth cadres through training and coaching is important to be done to optimize the program.
The study aims to know residential density, sexual activity of parents and itseffect on sexual behaviour among teenagers in Yogyakarta in 2015. The studyuses cross sectional design with regression logistic analysis. The result shows thatthe parents who live in dense residents have risk two times higher to do sexualactivity that has bad effect on the children than the parents who live in otherresidents (OR 2,06 95% CI: 1,030-3,723) while the teenagers who live in denseresidents has risk 1.7 times higher to do risked sexual activity than the teenagerswho live in other place (OR 1,78 95% CI:0,63-5,00). Moreover, the factors ofsexual activity among teenagers are sex, attitude, media and the role of peergroup. The suggestion for health department and community health centre in thearea is doing a campaign forteenagers and training in risked area i.e. urban area,especially area that has high number of population.Key words: residential density, sexual activity of parents, sexual behaviour ofteenagers
Based on IDHS 2017, there is an increase in the prevalence of premarital sexual intercourse among adolescents aged 15-24 years. IDHS 2017 as many as 8% of male adolescents and 2% of female adolescents have had sexual intercourse compared to the 2012 IDHS data as many as 7% of boys and 1% of female adolescents premarital sexual relations. This study aims to determine the effect of peers on premarital sexual relations behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the IDHS 2017 with cross sectional design. Sample of 12,363 adolescents who meet the criteria for male adolescents and female aged 15-24 years, have currently dating, having peers, and having friends with premarital sexual experiences. Data were analyzed using multiple regression logistic tests using the SPSS program. The results showed that 8.4% of adolescents who are currently or have been dating have had premarital sexual intercourse and 21.9% of adolescents have had a bad influence on their peer sexual behavior. The results of the analysis show that there is peer influence on premarital sexual intercourse behavior, adolescents who get influence from their peer sexual behavior have 4 times the risk of having premarital sexual intercourse compared with adolescents who are not influenced by peers after being controlled by attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior, dating style and a history of alcohol consumption. Efforts are needed to increase youth involvement in more useful activities so that they can create a good social environment and can prevent adolescents from the sexual behavior of peers
Adolescents are part of the nation's next generation who have a big role in the progress of a nation. Characteristics of adolescents tend to have high curiosity, want to be recognized for their existence and unstable emotions, easily influenced by friends, prioritizing group solidarity, causing adolescents to be vulnerable to risky sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the 2017 IDHS data. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a sample of 12,903 respondents who met the study inclusion criteria. The results showed that 44% of respondents who are currently or have been dating who have ever engaged in premarital sexual behavior and respondents who have low knowledge are 40.9%. The results of the multivariate analysis of the effect of knowledge of reproductive health on premarital sexual behavior found that respondents who had knowledge of low reproductive health had a risk of engaging in premarital sexual behavior by 0.8 times compared to those who had high knowledge after being controlled by peer influence.
Meningkatnya temuan kasus HIV-AIDS di Kabupaten Kuningan dari tahun ke tahun, menunjukkan bahwa perilaku seksual berisiko di Kabupaten Kuningan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa belum dilakukannya upaya pencegahan penularan HIV-AIDS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui besarnya bentuk hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko ditinjau dari aspek penularan dan pencegahan HIV-AIDS dan sikap terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah berisiko pada remaja di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan yang bersifat cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Mei 2013 di SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat. Besar sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, pengumpulan data dilakukan sekaligus pada satu waktu secara bersamaan (point time approach) dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu pengujian statistic chi square dengan batas kepercayaan (α=0,05); dengan estimasi confidential interval/tingkat kepercayaan (CI) 95%. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja, diperoleh nilai p = 0,755 maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan komprehensif HIV-AIDS dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Hasil uji statistik hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja diperoleh nilai p= 0,019 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap dengan perilaku seksual remaja.
The findings of increasing cases of HIV-AIDS in Kuningan district from year to year, suggesting that sexual risk behavior in Kuningan has increased. This increase suggests that prevention efforts of HIV-AIDS have not done. The purpose of this study, to determine the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS to adolescent sexual behavior in terms of aspects of transmission and prevention of HIV-AIDS and attitudes toward adolescents premarital sexual behavior in SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan. This study uses descriptive research method through a cross sectional approach, was conducted in March-May 2013 in the SMA Negeri I Garawangi Kuningan regency of West Java. Samples taken by 200 respondents, as well as the data collection is done at the same time (time point approach) by using a questionnaire,. with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. Type of statistical test used is the chi square test with statistical confidence limits (α = 0.05), with an estimated confidential interval / confidence level (CI) 95%. Results of statistical tests the relationship between comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with adolescent premarital sexual behavior, the value of p = 0.755, it can be concluded there is no significant relationship between a comprehensive knowledge of HIV-AIDS with. Results of statistical tests the relationship between attitudes to adolescent premarital sexual behavior obtained p value = 0.019, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and adolescent premarital sexual behavior.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 34,4% remaja memiliki perilaku seksual pranikah dengan risiko tinggi yang diantaranya sekitar 33,9% telah melakukan cium bibir, 16,1% cium leher sampai dada, 13,3% meraba area sensitif, 7,2% menempelkan alat kelamin, dan 5,6% melakukan hubungan seksual. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah peran teman sebaya, dimana remaja yang memiliki peran teman sebaya tinggi memiliki peluang 4,6 kali lebih tinggi untuk melakukan perilaku seks pranikah berisiko tinggi dibandingkan dengan responden yang memiliki peran teman sebaya rendah setelah dikontrol variabel pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterpaparan media pornografi.

This research was conducted by using quantitative method and data analysis was based on cross sectional design. The location of this research was is Senior High School in Jatiasih Bekasi with 180 samples that was selected through simple random sampling. The objectives of this study were to find out the relationship between the determinants with the premarital sexual behavior of adolescents and to find out the dominant variable of premarital sexual behavior of adolescents.
The results showed that 34,4% of adolescents had high risk premarital sexual behavior, of which about 33,9% had kissed the lips, 16,1% kissed the neck to the chest, 13,3% touched sensitive area, 7,2% had petting, and 5,6% had sexual intercourse. The most dominant variable is the role of peer group, where adolescents with high role of peer group have 4.6 times higher for having high risk premarital sexual behavior than adolescents who have low role of peer group after controlled by variables of knowledge, attitude, and exposure of pornographic media .
