Toxoplasmosis is a zoonotic disease originated from parasite Toxoplasma gondii. toxoplasmosis can cause anembryonic gestation, spontaneous abortion, fetal abnormalities (hydrocephalus, chorioretinitis, intracranial calcification, mental retardation), brain and eyes neurological disorders. Toxoplasmosis also can lead to Alzheimer's disease as its long-term effect. The prevalence of Toxoplasmosis worldwide is about 25-30%. The purpose if this research is to analyze The Correlation Between Pet Ownership with The Toxoplasmosis Occurrence of The Patients in Bogor Aquatreat Clinic 2019. In this research, case control research design is used with a quantitative approach. This research is an observational research using data of medical record in the Aquatreat clinic by selecting the positive serological test results of Toxoplasmosis (IgG) for the case group and selecting the negative serological test results of Toxoplasmosis (IgG) for the control group. Afterwards, interviews of the case and the control groups were done by filling out the questionnaire (GForm). The data is taken from patients who visited in 2019 with total of 286 patients. The data that are willing to be used as samples are the data of 108 patients. The data analysis techniques used in this research were phased, those are univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyzes which computerized by using a statistical program. The result showed that the proportion of the respondents who own pet in the toxoplasmosis case group is 53,70% and the group who does not own pet that is 46,30%. While the pet ownership in the control group is 29,63% and the group who does not own pet is 38 70,37%. The final model of logistic regression test analysis showed the significant correlation between pet ownership with the toxoplasmosis occurrence with OR value 2,88 (95% CI: 1,146,90; p-value: 0,024) which means the pet ownership in the case group has risk 2,88 times higher to have compared to the group who does not own pet after controlled by other variables that are blood transfusion history, gender, at-risk meat consumption and house cleanliness.
This study analyzes the relationship between the frequency of diarrhea episodes and stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district in 2019. Stunting or often called dwarf or short is a condition of growth failure in children under five years due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections especially in the period of the First 1,000 days of life, from fetuses to children aged 23 months. The child is classified as stunting if the length or height is below minus two standard deviations. The prevalence of stunting in Tamansari subdistrict in 2019 is 23.01%. Cross sectional research method with cox regression analysis, primary data were taken in July 2019 in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district from 50 active posyandu with a total sample of 441 toddlers, proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study were 163 (36.96%) stunting toddlers, there were 121 (27.44%) toddlers with diarrhea episode frequencies >1 time, the final cox regression analysis model showed a significant relationship between the frequency of diarrhea episodes with
stunting with a PR = 1 , 71 (95% CI: 1.24-2.34; p-value: 0.001) which means that toddlers with a frequency of diarrhea episodes >1 time have a chance of experiencing stunting 1.71 times higher when compared with toddlers whose frequency of diarrhea episodes ≤ 1 time after sanitation control and a history of exclusive breastfeeding.
Stunting is a public health problem that needs to be addressed both in Indonesia and the World. The real impact of this problem is hampered motor development, mental growth and increased risk of morbidity and death. One of the risk factors for stunting in children is the lack of nutritional intake of infants, especially exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district, 2019. The research design used was cross-sectional using primary data. The sample in this study amounted to 500 toddlers obtained by Proportional Random Sampling. This research was conducted in July 2019. Data collection was carried out by measuring height, body length, interviews with questionnaires and food recall. Stunting status was assessed based on the TB / U indicator <-2 z-score. The analysis used in this study uses multivariate cox regression analysis and the magnitude of the effect is expressed in the prevalence ratio (PR) with a 95% confident interval (CI). The results showed that the prevalence of stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district in 2019 was 39.2%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that toddlers who were not given exclusive breastfeeding had a chance of 1.37 (95% CI: 1.03-1.83) times stunting compared to toddlers who were given exclusive breastfeeding after being controlled by maternal education and toddler calorie intake. It is necessary to improve maternal education at least high school and to provide toddlers food intake that is high in energy and protein and affordable by the community.

Smoking is harmful to the active smokers and passive smokers (Aditama, 2001).Tobacco smoke contains nicotine, chemical that are known can leadhyperthyroidism in human (Utiger, 1998). This study aimed to determine therelationship between smoking status on hyperthyroidism in patients ofchildbearing age women in the Clinic of IDD (Iodine Deficiency Disorders)Research Center, Magelang in 2013-2014. The study was conducted with a case-control design. The study involved 51 childbearing-age women patients withhyperthyroidism patients and 102 childbearing-age women patients with normalthyroid function (euthyroid). Data collection was conducted on smoking status, age, hormonal contraceptive use, giving birth in the past one year, the level ofstress, and the habits of the use of iodized salt in the household. Data wereanalyzed using logistic regression. Chiilbearing-age women patients who wereactive/passive smokers at risk of hyperthyroidism 2.05 times the risk ofchildbearing-age women patients in the Clinic of Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD) Research Center, Magelang after controlled by hormonal contraceptivesand stress levels variables. Use of hormonal contraceptives reduce the risk ofhyperthyroidism, whereas severe stress increases the risk of hyperthyroidism.Childbearing-age women should avoid exposure to cigarette smoke and do stressmanagement to reduce risk factors for hyperthyroidism.
