The aim of this research is to study the factors that influence aging successfully and develop a model of supported health care for pre-elderly in Indonesia. This research has the benefit of supporting successful aging and supporting the need for well-supported health for pre-elderly. Aging is successfully measured by three criteria, namely physical function, cognitive capacity and mental health. Pre-elderly is categorized as successful aging if it meets these three criteria. Mixed Method Study by asking for sequential explanations. Data using cross sectional, sourced from the 4th Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) in 2007 and the 5th IFLS in 2014 to see changes over the past 7 years. Samples taken in IFLS 4 were 4011 pre-elderly and IFLS 5 were 1865 elderly. Meanwhile, qualitative data from in-depth interviews with two informants. The results showed the relationship between physical function and aging was successful with a p value of 0.046 and OR 0.116 (CI95% 0.0014-0.967), cognitive capacity increased to success with a p value of 0.0005, OR value of 1.540 (95% CI 1.351-1.756) , and mental health also has an effect on successful aging with p values of 0.015, OR 0.070 (CI95% 0.004-1.125). The proportion of successful aging in IFLS 5 in 2014 was 95.1% greater than IFLS 4 in 2007 which was 85.8%. Evidently, successful aging is mostly found in the elderly. Qualitative data is needed in the development of health services aimed at pre-elderly people, promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts are needed. Therefore it is important for elderly to be facilitated access to health services that are supported by maximizing services in nursing homes, the use of elderly posyandu, and holistic preelderly preparation

A comprehensive knowledge of HIV / AIDS is a knowledge of transmission and prevention of HIV / AIDS, which is translated into 5 components of knowledge, namely; HIV / AIDS can be prevented by having sex with husband / wife only (no sex with multiple partners), HIV / AIDS can be prevented by using condoms, HIV / AIDS can not be transmitted through the use of cutlery with the patient, HIV / AIDS is not Can be transmitted through mosquito bites / insects, can not recognize people living with HIV just by looking at the physical appearance only. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between comprehensive knowledge about HIV / AIDS with pre-marital sexual behavior in adolescents in Indonesia. The study design was cross-sectional, using the Biological Integrated Surveys and Behavior data of 2015. The number of respondents was 5250 people. The results of multiple logistic regression tests in this study showed that the proportion of adolescents with comprehensive knowledge about HIV / AIDS was 18.7% with 5.6% of adolescents with pre-marital sexual behavior, and there was a significant relationship between comprehensive knowledge about HIV / AIDS with pre-marital sexual behavior in adolescents, with p = 0.041 after controling by sex, father education, and school intervention.

Reproductive health is a stage of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absent of dease or iniirmity in all matters relating to the reproduktive system, and to its timctions and processes. This time adolescent?s reproduktive is becoming serious problem because according to SDKI 1997 there are still have primi para under 15 year?s old and the impact of globalization for example free sex, loose of social?s norm and the increased current information that can make adolescent?s behaviour be risk. Considering the complexityt of reproductive health problems and the impact of quality-live?s adolescent, make the writer want to find out how far adolescent?s behaviour in their reproduktive?s health. The goal of this research is getting information about the relation between internal and extei-nal?s adolescent with behaviour?s adolescent in reproduktive health at yunior high school 2002. The design of this research is cross sectional. The questiouare is used to collect the data. There are 107 pupils (third class) in I, 37, 41 yunior high school Medan 2002. The hypothesis are existence relation between sex, knowledge, attitude, father and mother ?education, father and mother ?occupation, parents and adolescent? communication, communication mass media with behaviour?s adolescent in reproductive. The result showed that 28% behaviour?s adolescent was risk and 72% behaviotn"s adolescent was non-risk in their behaviour reproductive?s health. The bivariate analysis with pearson chi-square shows that altitude have a signiiican correlation with behaviour?s adolescent in reproductive health with p = 0, 010. The multivariate analysis with regressi logistic be found that attitude is most dominant with behavior?s adolescent in reproductive health, p=0, 012. According to this research is recommended to yunior high school?s institution have more intensive about counseling program for prevent the risk behaviour?s adolescent in reproductive health. For another reseacher is also recommended to research how far the knowledge and perception of parents about reproductive health and their commtmication ability. And for government is suggested to organize some training about reproductive health for adolescent and supply the information about reproductive health by using printed?s media and elektronic?s media, its makes knowledge?s adolescent getting better and iinally can make attitude and behaviour?s adolescent be good too.
Adolescents are part of the nation's next generation who have a big role in the progress of a nation. Characteristics of adolescents tend to have high curiosity, want to be recognized for their existence and unstable emotions, easily influenced by friends, prioritizing group solidarity, causing adolescents to be vulnerable to risky sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual behavior of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Indonesia using the 2017 IDHS data. The design used in this study was cross sectional with a sample of 12,903 respondents who met the study inclusion criteria. The results showed that 44% of respondents who are currently or have been dating who have ever engaged in premarital sexual behavior and respondents who have low knowledge are 40.9%. The results of the multivariate analysis of the effect of knowledge of reproductive health on premarital sexual behavior found that respondents who had knowledge of low reproductive health had a risk of engaging in premarital sexual behavior by 0.8 times compared to those who had high knowledge after being controlled by peer influence.
