Conflicts in some countries cause their citizens to leave the country to seek asylum. In 2019, the number of overseas refugees in Indonesia was 13,657 people. In conditions that are full of disadvantages and difficulties, refugees still have the right to fulfil their basic needs, including access to health cares. This study used a mixed method, consisting of quantitative and qualitative methods. The qualitative method was used to confirm the results of quantitative analysis, which was done by interviewing the health service providers. The results of the analysis showed that 36% of refugees were satisfied with health services in the X health center (Puskesmas), while 35% were not satisfied. On the other hand, the percentage of refugees who were not satisfied with health services based on the dimension of empathy and assurance was 51% and 52%, respectively. However, the results of qualitative approach demonstrated otherwise, where the health care providers stated that all dimensions of service quality have met the standard and were in accordance with the expectations of refugees. The Puskesmas are advised to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the health services by considering the needs of refugees.

In 2017 and 2018, the Cakung Community Health Center has given self care orientation using the herbal garden and acupressure for 77 cadres from 5 subdistrict namely Penggilingan, Pulo Gebang, Jatinegara, Ujung Menteng and West Cakung. Within 3-6 months of orientation, community health worker are expected to form self care groups. However, only one self care group was formed, namely in the Penggilingan sub-district, so the researchers were interested in analyzing the relationship between demographic factors and motivation of self care community health worker and their participation. This study uses primary data by filling out questionnaires. The research design used a non-experimental quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The results showed that most of them were housewives, married, > 46 years old, middle school education, income < minimum wage DKI and length of work < 5 years. Most of the low motivation 39 people (60%) and the remaining high motivation 26 people (40%) and low participation 33 people (50.8%) and the remaining high participation 32 people (49.2%). The length of work factor > 5 years increased participation 4 times, while the reward motivation increased 0.1 times.
Conclusions : length of work and rewards for increasing participation.
Suggestions : need for seed herbal plant, training, supervision, study tours, competitions the self care group and family gatherings to increase motivation for self care community health worker
This thesis discusses the implementation of patient-oriented care at Tangerang Selatan General Hospital and its relationship with the perceived organizational support by healthcare workers. This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The results suggest that the management of Tangerang Selatan General Hospital should continuously improve patient-oriented care, especially in the dimensions of patient preferences and family involvement in patient care plans. Additionally, the hospital should establish a transparent reward system for healthcare workers, provide platforms for submitting improvement suggestions both online and offline, and facilitate healthcare workers with stress management training and effective, empathetic communication to support the implementation of better patient-oriented care
