This study describes how the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office employees apply health protocols, especially the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office is the front guard and guard against diseases that do not enter a region or country, and Class I Port Health Office employees I Soekarno Hatta is one of the groups at risk. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe or describe health problems that occur in a particular community or community (Sugiyono, 2017). The application of the health protocol to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 was measured based on several variables of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office employees by collecting data at one time. This study aims to describe or describe the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol by employees of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office. Based on univariate results obtained with the results of employee behavior in implementing health protocols to prevent COVID-19 having the following results, behavior in implementing health protocols is good (56.2%) and behavior in implementing health protocols is not good (43.8%), employee knowledge in implementing health protocols for preventing COVID-19 has the following results, knowledge of applying health protocols is high (84.3%) and knowledge of implementing health protocols is less low (15.7%). In the attitude of employees regarding the application of health protocols to prevent COVID-19, the results were as follows, and attitudes regarding the implementation of health protocols were positive (52.9%) and attitudes regarding the implementation of health protocols were negative (47.1%). The results of the study suggest to carry out socialization to all employees related to the benefits if we apply health protocols to avoid COVID-19 disease
North Sulawesi is one of the provinces in the central part of which is still endemicmalaria in urban and rural areas. The prevalence of malaria incidence is increasefrom 2,12% in 2010 to 10% in 2013 with the Annual Paracite Index (API) in 2013were 6,4% higher than the national API about 1,38%. Prevalence was highest inrural areas rather than urban areas and highest in adulthood. This study aims todeterminant associated incidence of in the region of urban and rural areas withcross-sectional design, the data source is a secondary data of Riskesdas 2013 wereanalyzed using statistical test of logistic regression on samples of reproductive ageas many as 7381 samples in urban area and about 8489 samples in rural area. Theresult of study showed that prevalence of malaria in urban is about 2,4% andabout 5.8% in rural areas. There were association between the ceiling of the houseand sex in urban and rural areas, level of education, type of work and the behaviorof insecticide sprays in rural areas were related to malaria incidence. The mostdominant factor has a relationship with the incidence of malaria is the ceiling ofthe house in urban areas (0,05; OR 2,6 95% CI 1,26-5,26) and the use ofinsecticides in rural areas (p = 0,019; OR 2,77 95% CI 1,19-6,47)Keywords: Malaria, productive age, urban, rural
Diare adalah penyakit infeksi yang masih menjadi masalah kcsehatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Koja Kota Administratif Jakarta Utara. Berdasarkan kasus diare yang tematat pada Lapolan Tahunan Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja Tahun 2007 terdapat sebanyak 1844 kasus. Kebanyakan dazi mereka yaitu 1.320 pasien (7l,58 %) adalah baiita. Kejadian ini menjadi masalah penting untuk dioegah dan ditanggulangi agar tidak terulang dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian mengenaj kandungan Escherichia coli pada makanan balita belum pemah dilakukan scbelumnya. Penclitian ini bertujuan untuk mcngetahui hubungan kandungan Escherichia coli pada makanan balita dcngan diarc pada balita di Kecamatan Koja Kota Administratif Jakarta Utara Tahun 2008. Waktu penelitian pada bulan Juni dan Juli 2008 berlokasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Koja. Disain penelitian menggunakan Cross Seclional Stunfy yaitu untuk meneliti adakah hubungan antara kandungan Ecoli pada makanan balita dengan diare pada balita. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah dengan wawancara dan sampel makanan balita pada media Endo Agar. Hasil penelitian dari 140 sampel menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kandungan E.coli pada makanan baléta dengan diare pada balita di Kecamatan Koja Jakarta Utara. Variabel yang paling dominafl terhadap diare pada balita di Kccamatan Koja Kota Adminstxatif Jakarta Utara adalah status ekonomi setelah dikontrol oleh status gizi balita. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan Kecamatan Koja Kota Administratif Jakarta Utara dapat membuat program pclatihan ketrampilan sesuai dengan kondisi dan keadaan sumberdaya yang ada seperti bctemak ikan hias: cupang, blackghosr dsb., sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara diharapkan lebih sneningkatkan penyuluhan, promosi dan pelaksanaan program _Positive Deviance melalui pcran posyandu setempat. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya mcnggunakan disain studi kohort sehingga faktor penyebab diare dapat diketahuj karena diare merupakan penyakit yang multifaktorial.
Diarrhea is an infections disease which has been problem of public health in Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta. According to diarrhea cases which were recorded on annual report by Public Hmlth Center in Koja Subdistrict 2007, there were 1.844 cases. Out of 1.320 patients (7l,58 %) were toddlers. The most cases were in February 2007 which were 2.097 cases with I3 patients died. This occurence shoukd be prevented in order not to happen in the titture. The study of Escherichia coli content related to food has not been done. The objective of this study is to get to know the correlation between Escherichia coli content in the food with diarrhea on toddlers in Koja Subdistrict North Jakarta 2008. This study was conducted in June 18 until July 13, 2008. The desaign of this study is cross sectional to analyze the correlation between E.coli content in the food with diarrhea on toddlers. The method to collect the data is by interviewing and assessing bacteriologically of food samples. The study indicates theres no significant correlation between Ecoli and diarrhea on toddlers. The most variable againrs diarrhea on toddlers in Koja Subdistrict North Jakarta is economic status after being controlled by nutrition status on toddlers. For this reason, North Jakarta City Adminstration, specifically in Koja Subdistrict is expected to develop the program in order to improve the economic condition of society. Municipal Health of North Jakarta is expected to improve health education, health promotion and positive devianee programs to the society in Koja Subdistrict, North Jakarta. Cohort study for the following reseanch is preferable in order to get to know accurately diarrhea is multifactorial disease.
COVID-19 have been declared as global pandemic by WHO at March 11 th , 2020. Infection of COVID-19 is caused by SARS-Cov-2 that human to human transmission. The aim of this study is to capture the relation between climate factor and concentration of PM2,5 with confirmation cases of COVID-19 in Surabaya City, 2020. Data provider for this study are Board of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) Perak I Surabaya, Surabaya Environmental Office, and Surabaya Health Office. Research design of this study is ecological study-time series analysis from March to November 2020. This study found that negative correlation between climate factor, like air temperature, humidity, precipitation, concentration of PM2,5 with confirmation cases of COVID-19. The strenght of correlation were 0,305, 0,249, 0,329, and 0,114 respectively. Surabaya Health Office need to cooperate with BMKG as climate data provider, like weather prediction information for helping regulation maker and purpose preparation to prevent the transmission of COVID-19
COVID-19 is an infectious disease that is currently still a pandemic in almost all of the world. East Jakarta is the city in DKI Jakarta Province with the highest number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19, amounting to 212,021 cases. Several studies have stated that climatic factors have a relationship with the incidence of COVID-19. Apart from climate factors, individual risk factors such as age and gender are also known to influence the incidence of COVID-19. In general, this study aims to determine the relationship between individual factors (age and gender) and climate factors (temperature, humidity, wind speed, and rainfall) with COVID-19 cases in East Jakarta in 2020-2021. This research uses an ecological study design based on time. The results of the study show that there is a moderate relationship with a negative pattern between ambient temperature and confirmed cases of COVID-19 in East Jakarta in 2020-2021. There is a weak correlation with a positive pattern between relative humidity and rainfall with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in East Jakarta in 2020-2021. There is a moderate correlation with a positive pattern between wind speed and confirmed cases of COVID-19 in East Jakarta in 2020-2021. There is a strong or perfect correlation with a positive pattern between male and female sexes with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in East Jakarta in 2020-2021. Strong or perfect correlation with positive pattern between all age groups with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in East Jakarta in 2020-2021.
