This study analysis implementation of fire safety system at A and B buildings PT X in 2020 using Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES). The purpose of this study was to know the condition of fire safety system at A and B building PT X. The design research was a descriptive with approach to semi quantitative. The building A and B are buildings for office activities. The evaluation was carried out for 12 safety parameters according to NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety with the NFPA 101: Life Safety Code standard. The parameters evaluated are building construction, hazard separation, vertical openings, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, 2 interior finish, smoke control, exit access, evacuation routes, corridors/ compartment and emergency response programs. Additional analysis was also carried out on passive protection system, active protection system, and lifesaving facilities in building A and B. The result showed that the implementation of fire safety at A and B building PT X still met the minimum value of fire safety in the office building based on the mandatory requirements in FSES.
ABSTRAK Nama : Zilka Ilmi Program Studi : Magister Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Judul : Analisis Nilai Fire Load sebagai Acuan Proteksi Kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pasar Rebo Tahun 2018 Fire load merupakan jumlah energi yang dilepaskan seluruh material pada saat terjadi kebakaran dalam suatu ruangan. Keparahan akibat kebakaran akan meningkat jika fire load bangunan lebih besar. Bangunan rumah sakit merupakan salah satu gedung yang memiliki risiko tinggi terjadi kebakaran. Beberapa kegiatan perawatan medis di ICU, ruang operasi dan ruangan terapi pasien tertentu juga melibatkan peralatan dan hal-hal yang kompleks yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya kebakaran. Untuk menjamin tingkat keandalan serta keselamatan bangunan maka perlu dilakukan pengelolaan bahaya kebakaran dengan baik dan terencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai fire load sebagai acuan proteksi kebakaran di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan komparatif dengan membandingkan kondisi pada objek penelitian dengan hasil survei terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata – rata fire load density ruang ICU dan kamar operasi adalah 210,968MJ/m 2 . Hasil pengukuran ini masih dalam rentang fractile 80% pada survey yang dilakukan oleh Eurocode1 pada tipe kamar di rumah sakit. Nilai ini berada dalam nilai yang aman. Nilai fire load tidak bisa dijadikan acuan tingginya tingkat fire risk. Untuk mengetahui fire risk perlu memperhitungkan ventilasi dan fire ignition nya. Dari hasil penelitian, disarankan sebaiknya pihak rumah sakit melakukan perbaikan terhadap sistem proteksi kebakaran dan sarana evakuasi agar dapat diandalkan jika terjadi kebakaran sehingga mampu mengurangi risiko bahaya kebakaran. ABSTRACT Name : Zilka Ilmi Department : Occupational Safety and Health Judul : The Analysis of Fire Load Value as Fire Protection at RSUD Pasar Rebo in 2018 Fire load is the total of energy which is released throughout from the material during fire in a room. The fire severity will increase while the fire load of building is higher. The hospital is one of buildings that having high fire risk. Some activities in the ICU and operating room has equipment and complex things that can cause a fire. To guarantee the level of reliability and safety of buildings, its necessary to manage of fire hazards well and planned. The aim of this study was to analyze fire load value as protection fire at RSUD Pasar Rebo. This study was descriptive study and comparative by comparing the conditions in the object of research with the results of previous surveys. The result of this study showed that the average of fire load density value in ICU and operating room was 210,968 MJ/m 2 . This value is still in fractile range of 80% in a survey by Eurocode 1. It means that value is in safe value. Fire load value can not be used as fire risk level. Take into account the ventilation and fire ignition for calculate the fire risk. Therefore, the management should improvements the fire protection system and evacuation facilities to be reliable during fire so as to reduce the risk of fire hazards. Active Fire Protection System is one of fire prevention using manual or automatedfacilities intended to prevent or minimize losses due to fire. Qualitative research onactive fire protection systems conducted at PT X was performed by descriptiveanalytic approach. Overview of active fire protection systems seen fromcompliance of implementation with Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008, SNI 03-1745-2000, SNI 03-3985-2000, SNI 03-3989-2000, SNI 03 6570-2001, and NFPA15 through field observations, interviews, and document review. The resultsshowed that the implementation of Fire Alarm, Fire Detector, Hydrant, and WaterSpray Fixed System are compliant, but there are still some discrepancy in theManual Call Point, Sprinkler, Portable Fire Extinguisher, and Fire Pump caused bya lack of safety personnel and maintenance of fire protection facilities was notoptimal. Therefore, improvement efforts needed by adding the number of safetypersonnel and improvement in the maintenance quality of active fire protection.Keywords :Analysis, Fire Protection System
Risiko kecelakaan kerja dapat dicegah atau diminimalisir dengan melakukan manajemen risiko kecelakaan di tempat kerja.Salah satu tahapan dalam manejemen risiko adalah penilaian risiko.Analisis risiko digunakan untuk mengevaluasi risiko apakah risiko tersebut memerlukan tindak lanjut atau tidak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya risiko yang tinggi dalam kegiatan Bongkar Muat pada gudang tempat penimbunan sementara PT SLI, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan analisis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko, kemudian melakukan analisis data agar dapat diketahui tingkat risiko dengan mengacu pada standar Australia/ new Zealand atau AS/NZs 4360 : 2004. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi Risiko maka peneliti mengevaluasi risiko kegiatan ini dan didapati untuk proses Mengangkat, sebanyak 9 potensi bahaya terdapat 6 potensi yang dinilai sebagai risiko Tinggi (High). Pemilahan barang terdapat 3 potensi dengan risiko Tinggi (High).Memindahkan dan Memasukkan terdapat 4 dinilai dengan risiko Tinggi (High). Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu perusahaan harus menyediakan alat dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan seperti, Forklift, Roll cage, Rak, APD dan juga pengendalian secara Administratif. The risk of workplace accidents can be prevented or minimized by performing the risk management of accidents in the workplace. One of the stages in the management of risk is the risk assessment. Risk analysis is used to evaluate whether the risk are requiring follow-up or not. Problems in this study is that there are some high risk in the activities of loading-unloading at PT SLI warehouse, therefore it is necessary to analysis activities. This type of research is a qualitative research strategy case study. This research was conducted by identifying hazards and risks, then perform the data analysis in order to know the level of risk with reference to the standard Australian / New Zealand or AS / NZS 4360: 2004. The result after Identification and evaluated the risk of these activities were found such as, for Lifthing activities there are nine potential hazards, and 6 potential areassessed as high risk (High). For shorting activitiesthere are 3 potential with High risk. Moving and Entering found that there are 4 was assessed as High risk.Suggestion which can be given that the company should provide the necessary tools and facilities such as, Forklift, Roll cage, rack, PPE and also the Administrative control. This thesis uses descriptive study design with semi-quantitative approach and has purpose to evaluate the implementation of fire safety of buildings by using Computerized The Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) software at Hospital X Depok. The evaluation is based on 12 safety parameters and additional requirements in NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. The assessment of this study is North Building, South Building and Operating Room Hospital X Depok . Based on the result of the study, the conclusion is that building in Hospitas X Depok in general has not qualified yet with the minimum safety requirements in NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

This study discusses about the analysis of fire protection systems, means of escapefacilities, and fire management in Hajj X Building. The design of this study is adescriptive analytic with qualitative approach. The objects of this study are active andpassive fire protection systems, means of escape facilities, and fire management in D3Hajj X Building. Data collection is obtained by observation, interviews and documentreview, and using instruments in the form of checklist. Data analysis is performed bycomparing the actual conditions with NFPA, Permen PU No. 26 tahun 2008, Permen PUNo 20 tahun 2009, and Perda DKI Jakarta No 8 tahun 2008 standards. The final result ofthe data is a percentage of the level of compliance with the applicable standards andregulations. The final results showed an average of 34,2% fulfillment of the fire protectionsystem, means of escape facilities, and fire management in the D3 Hajj X Building. Thisshows that the D3 Hajj X Building has not met the requirements in applicable standards.
