Abstrak:
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2. Iklim dianggap sebagai prediktor teratas COVID-19, karena dapat menentukan kelangsungan hidup dan penularan Coronavirus. Per tanggal 31 Agustus 2020, dilaporkan total kasus 24.854.140 dari seluruh dunia dengan 838.924 kematian. Di Indonesia, tercatat sebanyak 174.796 kasus COVID-19 dengan 7.417 kematian dari seluruh provinsi yang didominasi oleh kasus dari DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pola hubungan secara korelasi dan spasial faktor iklim mikro terhadap pola kasus COVID-19 serta model prediksi kasus COVID-19 berdasarkan faktor iklim mikro di DKI Jakarta tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi berdasarkan waktu dan tempat dengan integrasi sistem informasi geografis, dan teknik statistik. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kelembaban, curah hujan, kecepatan angin rata-rata, dan lamanya penyinaran matahari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dapat menggunakan model prediksi tersebut untuk memprediksi pola kasus, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan kegiatan pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19.

Pada tahun 2023, Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta mencatat prevalensi diabetes tertinggi di Indonesia berdasarkan data Survei Kesehatan Nasional, yaitu sebesar 3,9%. Di sisi lain, konsentrasi rata-rata PM2.5 di Jakarta pada tahun yang sama mencapai 43,8 µg/m³, menjadikannya salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat polusi udara tertinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan data sekunder, mencakup 42 kecamatan di wilayah administratif DKI Jakarta (tidak termasuk Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu) sebagai unit analisis. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi dan analisis spasial untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara konsentrasi PM2.5 pada udara ambien serta faktor sosiodemografi dengan prevalensi diabetes di tahun 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari seluruh variabel sosiodemografi, hanya proporsi penduduk dengan usia berisiko yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan prevalensi diabetes (p < 0,001). Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara konsentrasi PM2.5 dan prevalensi diabetes. Namun demikian, rata-rata konsentrasi PM2.5 di Jakarta pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar 37,45 µg/m³, yang melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, perlunya pemantauan kualitas udara secara berkelanjutan serta pendekatan preventif berbasis usia dalam pengendalian diabetes di wilayah perkotaan.
In 2023, Jakarta recorded the highest diabetes prevalence in Indonesia based on the National Health Survey, with a rate of 3.9%. Concurrently, the average concentration of PM2.5 in Jakarta reached 43.8 µg/m³, classifying the city as one of the most polluted urban areas in the country. This study employed an ecological study design utilizing secondary data, with 42 sub-districts in Jakarta, excluding Kepulauan Seribu Regency, as the units of analysis. Data analysis comprised correlation tests and spatial analysis to examine the association between ambient PM2.5 concentrations and sociodemographic factors with the prevalence of diabetes in Jakarta in 2024. The statistical analysis indicated that among the sociodemographic variables, only the proportion of the population within the at-risk age group demonstrated a statistically significant association with diabetes prevalence (p < 0.001). In contrast, ambient PM2.5 concentrations were not significantly associated with diabetes prevalence in the region during the study period. Nonetheless, the average PM2.5 concentration in Jakarta in 2024 was 37.45 µg/m³, exceeding the national ambient air quality standard set by the government.

Abstrak:
Malaria is a disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite and is transmitted by the Anopheles mosquito. Malaria is one of the health problems faced by Indonesia and the world. So that efforts to eradicate malaria are included in one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to determine the relationship of environmental and population factors to the incidence of malaria in Kapuas District. This study used ecological methods carried out in 17 sub-districts in Kapuas District in 2013 - 2017. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from relevant agencies, namely the Kapuas District Health Office, Kapuas Regency Central Bureau of Statistics and BMKG Palangkaraya. The independent variables in this study were topography, rainfall, water area, distribution of bed nets, and population density. For the dependent variable is the incidence of malaria. The results of the analysis show that environmental variables, namely topography, rainfall, water area, and population distribution and population variables, namely population density are significantly associated with malaria incidence in Kapuas District in 2013-2017 (p value <0.1). The results of the analysis also showed positive relationships between the topographic, water, and netting distributions with the incidence of malaria. While the rainfall and population density variables showed a negative relationship to the incidence of malaria. Preventive efforts need to be made to prevent the incidence of malaria in the Kapuas Regency, such as maximizing the distribution of mosquito nets to spray in transmigrant homes, providing larvacides and strengthening malaria baseline data by mapping.

Berdasarkan Global TB Report, Indonesia masih menempati urutan ketiga di dunia sebagai negara yang memiliki estimasi kasus terbesar setelah India dan China. Kasus yang ditemukan di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 sudah sebanyak 403.760 kasus atau sebesar 49% dari estimasi kasus yang ada (824.000 kasus). Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yaitu Jakarta Timur memiliki jumlah kasus tuberkulosis terbanyak di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan total kasus selama tahun 2018-2020 sebanyak 11.988 kasus (31,1%). Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat diakibatkan oleh faktor lingkungan maupun demografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan antara faktor iklim dan demografi dengan kasus tuberkulosis di Jakarta Timur selama tahun 2018-2020 dengan menggunakan studi ekologi dan analisis spasial, serta unit analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh penderita tuberkulosis pada 10 Kecamatan di Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa kepadatan penduduk tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kasus Tuberkulosis (p = 0,593) dengan hubungan yang sangat lemah dan berpola positif (r = 0,102), begitu pula hasil analisis korelasi pada faktor iklim seperti curah hujan (r = 0,116), kelembaban udara ( r = 0,238) , dan suhu udara (r = -0,172) memiliki hasil yang sama yaitu tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan atau nilai p > 0,05. Hasil analisis secara spasial diperoleh, bahwa tidak ada hubungan secara spasial antara kasus Tuberkulosis dengan faktor iklim dan demografi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kasus Tuberkulosis dengan faktor iklim dan demografi, baik secara analisis statistik maupun spasial.

Leptospirosis adalah penyakit zoonosis akibat bakteri Leptospira. DKI Jakarta termasuk dari 11 wilayah endemis. Penelitian ini menganalisis keterkaitan faktor sosial (kepadatan penduduk), iklim (kelembapan, curah hujan, suhu), dan lingkungan (rawan banjir, timbulan sampah) terhadap kasus leptospirosis di lima kota administrasi DKI Jakarta tahun 2017–2023. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara kelembapan, curah hujan, dan daerah rawan banjir (p<0,05), dengan korelasi kelembapan (r = -0,375) dan curah hujan (r = 0,477). Persebaran kasus lebih banyak pada wilayah rawan banjir, timbulan sampah sedang–tinggi, dan kepadatan penduduk sedang. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan optimalisasi pelaporan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam mengintervensi masyarakat.

Abstrak:
COVID-19 ditetapkan menjadi pandemi global oleh WHO sejak 11 Maret 2020. Infeksi COVID-19 disebabkan oleh virus SARS-Cov-2 yang dapat menular dari manusia ke manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran hubungan faktor iklim dan PM2,5 dengan kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 di Kota Surabaya tahun 2020. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi ekologi time series analysis dengan durasi penelitian mulai Maret hingga November 2020. Data sekunder diperoleh dari institusi pemerintahan terkait, yaitu BMKG Perak I Kota Surabaya, DLH Surabaya, dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu udara, kelembaban udara, curah hujan, dan konsentrasi PM2,5 memiliki hubungan dengan kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 dengan kekuatan hubungan masing-masing adalah 0,305, 0,249, 0,329, dan 0,114. Semua hubungan tersebut memiliki arah yang negatif. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya dapat membantu pembuatan kebijakan dan persiapan pencegahan penularan COVID-19 dengan ketersediaan informasi kelembaban udara, suhu udara, dan curah hujan beberapa hari kedepan melalui kerja sama dengan BMKG. Pneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada balita. Berdasarkan SKI 2023, prevalensi pneumonia balita di DKI Jakarta mencapai 2,2% dan menempati peringkat ketiga nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik balita, keluarga, dan karakteristik lingkungan rumah dengan kejadian pneumonia. Desain yang digunakan adalah potong lintang dengan data sekunder SKI 2023, melibatkan balita berusia 0-59 bulan sebagai unit analisisnya. Analisis bivariat dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara seluruh variabel yang diteliti dengan kejadian pneumonia balita di DKI (p>0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlu dilakukan penelitian menggunakan faktor lain di luar variabel yang telah diteliti. Meskipun demikian, tetap diperlukan upaya pencegahan secara multisektoral yang berkelanjutan untuk menekan kasus pneumonia pada balita seperti cakupan imunisasi dasar, gaya hidup bebas rokok, dan pemilihan material atap rumah yang tepat untuk mengurangi risiko pneumonia pada balita.
Pneumonia is a leading cause of illness and death in children under five. Based on the 2023 Indonesia Health Survey (SKI), its prevalence in DKI Jakarta reached 2.2%, the third highest nationally. This study analyzed the relationship between child, family, and housing characteristics and pneumonia incidence using a cross-sectional design and SKI 2023 data (n = 527 children aged 0–59 months). Chi-Square tests showed no significant associations (p > 0.05). These results indicate the need for further studies exploring other risk factors. Nonetheless, efforts such as improving immunization coverage, promoting smoke-free homes, and using safer roofing materials remain essential to prevent pneumonia in children.

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit infeksius yang hingga saat ini masih menjadi pandemik hampir di seluruh dunia. Jakarta Timur menjadi kota di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 terbanyak, yakni sebesar 212.021 kasus. Dalam beberapa penelitian dinyatakan bahwa faktor iklim memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian COVID-19. Selain faktor iklim, faktor risiko individu seperti usia dan jenis kelamin juga diketahui dapat mempengaruhi kejadian COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Faktor Individu ( Usia dan Jenis Kelamin ) dan Faktor Iklim ( Suhu Udara, Kelembaban Udara, Kecepatan Angin, dan Curah Hujan) dengan kasus COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi berdasarkan waktu. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sedang dengan pola negatif antara suhu udara dengan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021. Hubungan korelasi yang lemah dengan pola positif antara kelembaban udara dan curah hujan dengan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021. Hubungan korelasi yang sedang dengan pola positif antara kecepatan angin dengan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021. Hubungan korelasi yang kuat atau sempurna dengan pola positif antara jenis kelamin dengan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021. Hubungan korelasi yang kuat atau sempurna dengan pola positif pada setiap kelompok usia dengan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Jakarta Timur tahun 2020-2021 .

Permasalahan sampah di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta menjadi tantangan serius seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, urbanisasi, dan meningkatnya konsumsi masyarakat. Data Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Sampah Nasional tahun 2024 menunjukkan bahwa timbulan sampah di Jakarta mencapai 3.171.247,60 ton per tahun, dengan sisa makanan sebagai komponen utama (49,87%). Rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah menyebabkan sebagian besar sampah tidak terkelola dengan baik. Di sisi lain, media sosial telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, dengan tingkat akses mencapai 77,28% di Jakarta. Platform seperti media sosial Y dan Z, yang digunakan lebih dari 100 juta pengguna di Indonesia, memiliki potensi besar dalam menyampaikan pesan lingkungan dan mendorong perubahan perilaku melalui kekuatan visual, jangkauan luas, dan interaksi tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional) dengan survei daring terhadap 415 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat (uji Chi-Square), dan multivariat (regresi logistik ganda). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan terakhir, paparan konten pada media sosial Y dan Z, green influencer, ketersediaan sarana, serta sikap peduli lingkungan memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah, sedangkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan persepsi tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku pengelolaan sampah. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa paparan konten pada media sosial Y dan Z menjadi faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan sampah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan agar optimalisasi media sosial Y dan Z sebagai media edukasi pengelolaan sampah terus ditingkatkan guna mendorong perilaku masyarakat yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan sampah.
The waste management problem in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta had become a serious challenge along with population growth, urbanization, and increasing public consumption. Data from the National Waste Management Information System in 2024 showed that the volume of waste in Jakarta had reached 3,171,247.60 tons per year, with food waste as the main component (49.87%). The low level of public awareness and participation in waste management had caused most waste to be poorly managed. On the other hand, social media had become an essential part of people’s daily lives, with an access rate of 77.28% in Jakarta. Platforms such as social media Y and Z, which were used by more than 100 million users in Indonesia, had great potential to convey environmental messages and encourage behavior change through visual strength, broad reach, and high interaction. This study employed a cross-sectional design using an online survey involving 415 respondents. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square test), and multivariate (multiple logistic regression) analyses. The bivariate analysis results showed that educational background, exposure to content on social media Y and Z, green influencers, availability of waste management facilities, and pro-environmental attitudes were significantly related to waste management behavior, while age, gender, and perception were not significantly associated. The multivariate analysis indicated that exposure to content on social media Y and Z was the most dominant factor influencing waste management behavior. These findings suggested that the optimization of social media Y and Z as educational media for waste management should be continuously enhanced to promote better public behavior in managing waste.
