Abstrak:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi, hubungan spasial faktor risiko dengan kejadian COVID-19 dan menentukan zona kerawanan COVID-19 berdasarkan faktor risiko melalui pendekatan SIG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi ekologi. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian yaitu kasus COVID-19 yang tercatat di Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan pada tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor risiko kemiskinan (p-value = 0,034 r = 0,791) mempengaruhi jumlah kasus COVID-19 secara signifikan dan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Jumlah KK pengguna sanitasi umum (p-value = 0,094; r = 0,679) dan cakupan rumah tangga ber-PHBS (p-value = 0,251; r = 0,502) tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan, namun ada hubungan yang kuat terhadap jumlah kasus COVID-19, dan kepadatan penduduk tidak berhubungan secara signifikan (p-value = 0,658). Secara spasial ada hubungan jumlah kasus COVID-19 dengan kemiskinan dan KK pengguna sanitasi umum.

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu. Salah satu indikator pelayanan bermutu adalah data dan informasi rekam medis yang lengkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis pasien COVID-19 melalui pendekatan retrospektif di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia Triwulan 1 Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Mixed Methods Research. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan review identifikasi kelengkapan sebesar 100%. Pada review autentikasi kelengkapan 97.91%. Untuk review pencatatan yang baik dengan kelengkapan sebesar 97.56%. Pada review pelaporan penting dengan kelengkapan sebesar 97%. Tingkat kelengkapan rekam medis tertinggi adalah pada review identifikasi dan ketidaklengkapan tertinggi pada review pelaporan yang penting. Ketidaklengkapan rekam medis di RSUI disebabkan oleh faktor man, machine, money, material, dan method.
Hospital is one of the health facilities that has an important role in improving health status and is expected to be able to provide quality services. One indicator of quality service is complete medical record data and information. The purpose of this study, among others, was to determine the completeness of medical record documents for COVID-19 patients through a retrospective approach at the University of Indonesia Hospital, Quarter 1 of 2022. This study used a Mixed Methods Research design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the completeness identification review was 100%. In the completeness authentication review 97.91%. For a good recording review with a completeness of 97.56%. In the critical reporting review with a completeness of 97%. The highest level of medical record completeness is in the identification review and the highest incompleteness is in the important reporting review. Incomplete medical records at RSUI are caused by man, machine, money, material, and method factors.

Rekam medis merupakan sumber informasi kesehatan yang memerlukan manajemen data yang baik, informasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam penentuan kebijakan atau pengambilan keputusan. Pengelolaan rekam medisrawat jalan di UPT Puskesmas Kecamatan Cileungsi masih manual yang mengakibatkan banyak keterbatasan dan permasalahan. Permasalahan ini mengakibatkan ketidak mampuan mengolah data menjadi informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat rancangan sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan yang dapat memudahkan pengolahan data untuk dibuat menjadi informasi yang dibutuhkan. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode Incremental dan Iterative,pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, telaah dokumen dan wawancara.Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain logis sistem informasi rekam medis elektronikrawat jalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat menghasilkan informasi secaracepat dan akurat. Kecepatan arus informasi di puskesmas sangat membantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menjalankan fungsi perencanaan,monitoring dan evaluasi. Sistem informasi ini dapat di implementasikan dengan beberapa kondisi yang dapat menunjang terselenggaranya sistem dengan baik,yaitu tersedianya perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sesuai dengan kebutuhansistem informasi yang dikembangkan secara bertahap, pelatihan petugas serta dukungan manajemen berupa dana, kebijakan dan prosedur. Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia dan berkontribusi besar terhadap beban penyakit tidak menular. Identifikasi faktor-faktor risiko hipertensi secara menyeluruh sangat penting untuk mendukung intervensi kesehatan yang lebih terarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko kejadian hipertensi pada penduduk usia ≥18 tahun di Indonesia dengan pendekatan probabilistik menggunakan Bayesian Network. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) Gelombang ke 5. Sampel terdiri dari 34.271 individu yang telah melewati tahap pembersihan data dan klasifikasi variabel. Struktur Bayesian Network disusun secara manual berdasarkan analisis bivariat dan referensi teoritis, kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak R (bnlearn) dan Python (CausalNex). Analisis probabilitas bersyarat dilakukan melalui perhitungan Conditional Probability Table (CPT) untuk mengidentifikasi jalur risiko langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel merokok dan imt_kat (kategori Indeks Massa Tubuh tidak normal) merupakan dua faktor risiko utama yang secara langsung meningkatkan probabilitas kejadian hipertensi. Probabilitas hipertensi tertinggi ditemukan pada kombinasi individu yang merokok dan memiliki IMT tidak normal, yaitu sebesar 25,87%. Selain itu, jalur tidak langsung juga teridentifikasi, seperti pendapatan → pendidikan → stres → merokok → hipertensi, serta usia, aktivitas fisik, dan pola makan → IMT → hipertensi. Variabel perilaku dan sosial ekonomi terbukti saling terhubung dalam memengaruhi risiko hipertensi secara kumulatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Bayesian Network mampu mengungkap hubungan probabilistik antar variabel risiko secara komprehensif. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya intervensi kesehatan masyarakat yang bersifat holistik, dengan mempertimbangkan determinan sosial, perilaku, dan fisik sebagai satu kesatuan sistem risiko.
Hypertension is one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia and contributes significantly to the burden of non-communicable diseases. This study aims to analyze the risk factors associated with hypertension among individuals aged ≥18 years in Indonesia using a probabilistic approach through Bayesian Network modeling. This research is a quantitative study utilizing secondary data from the fifth wave of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS-5). The sample consisted of 34,271 individuals who met the inclusion criteria after data cleaning and variable classification. The Bayesian Network structure was constructed manually based on bivariate analysis and theoretical references, then visualized using R (bnlearn) and Python (CausalNex). Conditional Probability Tables (CPTs) were generated to identify both direct and indirect risk pathways. The results indicate that smoking and abnormal BMI (imt_kat) are two primary risk factors that directly increase the probability of hypertension. The highest probability of hypertension (25.87%) was found among individuals who both smoke and have an abnormal BMI. Additionally, indirect pathways were also identified, such as income → education → stress → smoking → hypertension, as well as age, physical activity, and dietary patterns → BMI → hypertension. Behavioral and socioeconomic variables were shown to be interconnected in influencing hypertension risk cumulatively. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that the Bayesian Network approach is effective in revealing the probabilistic relationships among various risk factors. These findings highlight the importance of holistic public health interventions that consider social, behavioral, and physiological determinants as an integrated risk system.

Penelitian iniadalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjamin kesehatan setiap warga negara dan peningkatan pembangunan bangsa, Pemerintah mencanangkan Posyandu sebagai Usaha Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat (UKBM). Posyandu diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan dan informasi mengenai kesehatan masyarakat secara tepat dan akurat. Namun, kegiatan pencatatan pelayanan Posyandu di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Mampang Kota Depok masih berlangsung secara manual menggunakan kertas dan alat tulis. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah antara lain pencatatan dan pengumpulan data memakan wakyu yang lama, data yang tidak lengkap bahkan hilang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancang bangun desain antar muka sistem informasi pencatatan Posyandu di UPTD Puskesmas Mampang Kota Depok. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tahapan perancangan sistem menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian berupa rancang bangun desain antar muka sistem informasi pencatatan Posyandu berbasis mobile application. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa rancang bangun sistem sudah cukup baik dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Diharapkan adanya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dan sistem dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Posyandu.
As an effort to ensure the health of every citizen and increase national development, the Government has declared Posyandu as a community based health enterprise (UKBM). Posyandu is expected to be able to provide services and information regarding public health precisely and accurately. However, activities for recording Posyandu services in UPTD Puskesmas Mampang, Depok City, still take place manually using paper and stationery. This causes various problems, including recording and collecting data taking a long time, incomplete and even lost data. This research aims to create a design for the interface of the Posyandu recording information system at the UPTD Puskesmas Mampang, Depok City. The research uses qualitative methods with system design stages using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the research are in the form of a mobile application-based Posyandu recording information system interface design. User evaluation shows that the system design is good enough and can meet user needs. It is hoped that there will be provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure and the system can be developed according to the needs of the Posyandu.

Pendahuluan Saat ini masyarakat di dunia, termasuk Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sejak ditetapkan kasus pertama COVID-19 di Indonesia sampai 21 Mei 2022, penderita COVID-19 sebanyak 6.052.36 kasus dan 156.519 diantaranya meninggal dunia. Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi dengan kasus COVID-19 paling banyak kedua pada tahun 2020 dan peringkat ketiga pada tahun 2021. Case Fatality Rate Provinsi Jawa Timur meningkat dari tahun 2020-2021 yaitu dari 6,9 menjadi 7,4 dan masuk dalam dua provinsi dengan CFR paling tinggi di Indonesia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola persebaran kasus konfirmasi dan meninggal COVID-19 dan faktor risikonya di wilayah Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur secara spasial pada tahun 2020-2021. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekologi dengan menggunakan analisis Moran’s I. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh penderita COVID-19 di Jawa Timur tahun 2020-2021 dengan satuan analisis per kab/kota. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Pola persebaran mengelompok pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 terdapat pada variabel konfirmasi COVID-19 dengan variabel persentase penderita hipertensi, persentase penderita diabetes melitus, rasio puskesmas, rasio rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19 dan rasio tenaga kesehatan. Pola persebaran mengelompok pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 terdapat pada variabel meninggal COVID-19 dengan variabel kepadatan penduduk. Fasilitas kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berhubungan dengan kasus konfirmasi dan meninggal pada COVID-19 karena akan mempengaruhi testing, tracing serta treatment dalam penangangan COVID-19.
Background: Indonesia is one of countries that facing COVID-19 Pandemic in the world at the moment. Since the first case of COVID-19 was determined in Indonesia until 21 of May 2022, there are 6.052.36 cases in total and 156.519 deaths. East Java is in the second place of provinces with the most case of COVID-19 in 2020 and in the third place in 2021. Case Fatality Rate of East Java increased from 2020 to 2021 which was from 6,9 to 7,4 and became one of two provinces with the highest CFR in Indonesia. Objective: this study aims to know the distribution pattern of confirmed cases and deaths of COVID-19 spatially and its risk factors in districts of East Java in 2020-2021 with unit analysis per district/city. Result and Discussion: the clustered distribution pattern in 2020 and 2021 is found in the COVID-19 confirmation variable with the variable percentage of hypertension patients, percentage of diabetes mellitus patients, ratio of community health centers, ratio of referral hospitals for COVID-19 and ratio of health workers. The clustered distribution pattern in 2020 and 2021 is found in the COVID-19 death variable with the variable of population density. Health facilities are one of the important factors related to confirmed cases and deaths of COVID-19 because it will affect the testing, tracing and treatment in handling COVID-19.

Latar Belakang: Direktorat Gizi Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia meluncurkan Sistem Informasi Gizi Terpadu (SIGIZI Terpadu), salah satu platformnya adalah E-PPGBM untuk membantu mengatasi permasalahan gizi di Indonesia dan mendukung Gerakan Nasional Penurunan Stunting. Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara yang memiliki 47 Puskesmas telah menerapkan sistem informasi E-PPGBM sejak tahun 2017. Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa masalah dalam penginputan data yang menjadi keluhan dari petugas gizi Puskesmas. Masalah tersebut antara lain : gangguan jaringan, aplikasi E-PPGBM sering sulit diakses, data yang sudah diinput ke aplikasi sering hilang pada saat aplikasi error serta didapatkan bahwa capaian entry data E-PPGBM masih ada yang di bawah 70%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi pada sistem yang berjalan saat ini. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Sistem Informasi E-PPGBM dengan pendekatan HOT-Fit pada Puskesmas di Jakarta Utara. Metode: Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional (potong lintang) serta pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden. Hasil: Variabel manusia dinilai responden sudah puas karena secara garis besar dapat membantu dalam pekerjaan tetapi masih kurang dalam kemudahan aksesibilitasnya. Variabel organisasi dinilai responden sudah puas karena adanya dukungan pimpinan dalam pelaksaan E-PPGBM.Variabel teknologi dinilai responden sudah baik tetapi masih kurang pada respon IT dan provider saat sistem mengalami gangguan. Kesimpulan: Efektivitas penggunaan E-PPGBM pada Puskesmas di wilayah kerja Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara sudah baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari keempat komponen HOT-Fit dengan hasil kategori baik. Tetapi dalam penggunaannya masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan agar lebih optimal.
Background: The Directorate of Nutrition of the Indonesian Ministry of Health launched the Integrated Nutrition Information System (Integrated SIGIZI), one of its platforms is E-PPGBM to help address nutrition issues in Indonesia and support the National Movement to Reduce Stunting. The North Jakarta Health Office, which has 47 health centers, has implemented the E-PPGBM information system since 2017. Based on a survey that has been conducted, there are several problems in data entry that have become complaints from Puskesmas nutrition officers. These problems include: network disruption, the E-PPGBM application is often difficult to access, data that has been inputted into the application is often lost when the application errors and it is found that the achievement of E-PPGBM data entry is still below 70%. So it is necessary to evaluate the current system. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the E-PPGBM Information System with the HOT-Fit approach at the Puskesmas in North Jakarta. Methods: Using a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross sectional design and a survey approach. The research sample was taken using the total sampling method with a total of 50 respondents. Results: Human variables are considered by respondents to be satisfied because they are generally helpful in the work, but still lacking in ease of access. Organizational variables are considered by respondents to be satisfied because of the support of leadership in implementing E-PPGBM.Technology variables are considered by respondents to be good but still lacking in IT and provider response when the system experiences interference. Conclusions: The effectiveness of using E-PPGBM at Puskesmas in the working area of North Jakarta Health Office is good, this can be seen from the four HOT-Fit components with good category results. However, its application still needs some improvement to be more optimal.

Penyakit Tuberkulosis menjadi salah satu 10 penyebab kematian tertinggi di seluruh dunia dan penyebab utama kematian dari agen infeksius. Kabupaten Lombok Timur menempati posisi pertama sebagai penyumbang kejadian TBC di wilayah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan dengan kasus kejadiaan TBC meningkat dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi geografis untuk mengetahui sebaran yang kejadian TBC dengan determinan yang mempengaruhi sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam proses perencanaan kesehatan selanjutnya dalam aspek spasial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sebaran kejadian TBC berdasarkan faktor sosial demografi secara spasial pada tiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan pendekatan spasial. Analisis spasial pada penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan hasil dari analisis spasial yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian tuberkulosis di Kabupaten Lombok Timur memiliki sebaran menyebar pada tiap wilayah Kecamatan. Persebaran mengelompok terjadi pada variabel cakupan pengobatan lengkap (complete rate) semua kasus TBC, kepadatan penduduk, dan kesejahteraan sosial/kemiskinan. Sedangkan variabel cakupan imunisasi BCG pada bayi memiliki persebaran seragam secara spasial di wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Timur berdasarkan kecamatan pada tahun 2022. Wilayah yang berisiko tinggi secara spasial berdasarkan cakupan pengobatan lengkap (complete rate) semua kasus TBC, cakupan imunisasi BCG pada bayi, kepadatan penduduk, dan kesejahteraan sosial/kemiskinan secara spasial di wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Timur berdasarkan kecamatan pada tahun 2022 yaitu Kecamatan Pringgabaya, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kecamatan Masbagik, Kecamatan Suralaga, Kecamatan Labuhan Haji, Kecamatan Selong, Kecamatan Sakra, Kecamatan Terara, dan Kecamatan Keruak. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah perlunya peningkatan pemantauan pada wilayah dengan kategori rawan kejadian TBC, peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan untuk masyrakat tentang gejala dan kepatuhan dalam pengobatan TBC, serta upaya dari berbagai pihak dalam mengurangi angka kemiskinan yang dapat berdampak pada kejadian TBC di Kabupaten Lombok Timur.
Tuberculosis is one of the 10 highest causes of death worldwide and the main cause of death from infectious agents. East Lombok Regency occupies the first position as a contributor to TB cases in the West Nusa Tenggara Province and with TB cases increasing in the last 3 years. Utilization of geographic information systems to determine the distribution of TB incidence with influencing determinants so that it can be taken into consideration in the subsequent health planning process in the spatial aspect. The aim of this research is to determine the distribution of TB incidence based on socio-demographic factors spatially in each sub-district in East Lombok Regency in 2022. This research uses an ecological study design with a spatial approach. The spatial analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques to describe or explain the results of the spatial analysis carried out. The results of the research show that the incidence of tuberculosis in East Lombok Regency has a widespread distribution in each sub-district area. Clustered distribution occur in the variables of complete treatment coverage (complete rate) for all TB cases, population density, and social welfare/poverty. Meanwhile, the BCG immunization coverage variable for babies has a uniform distribution spatially in the East Lombok Regency area based on sub-districts in 2022. Areas at high risk spatially based on complete treatment coverage (complete rate) of all TB cases, BCG immunization coverage for babies, population density, and spatial social welfare/poverty in the East Lombok Regency area based on sub-districts in 2022 are Pringgabaya District, Aikmel District , Masbagik District, Suralaga District, Labuhan Haji District, Selong District, Sakra District, Terara District, and Keruak District. The conclusion that can be drawn is the need to increase monitoring in areas that are categorized as prone to TB incidents, increase public health knowledge about symptoms and compliance with TB treatment, as well as efforts from various parties to reduce poverty rates which can have an impact on the incidence of TB in East Lombok Regency.
