Abstrak:
Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk pendidikan anak-anak di sekolah. Masyarakat termasuk insitusi pendidikan harus mengambil tindakan untuk mencegah penularan lebih jauh, mengurangi dampak wabah ini dan mendukung langkah-langkah untuk mengendalikan COVID-19. Salah satu program pencegahan COVID-19 yang telah dilakukan sepanjang 2020-2021 adalah “School of Five” yang merupakan sebuah pendekatan komunikasi perubahan perilaku kebersihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan kemampuan diri siswa sekolah dasar untuk mempraktikkan cuci tangan pakai sabun dan kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Studi Kasus tentang evaluasi Program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Cigugur Tengah Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan efektivitas program “School of Five” dalam Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk pencegahan COVID-19 di Sekolah Dasar Kota Cimahi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada 7 informan terdiri dari pelaksana program di SDN Cigugur Tengah, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan dan SNV Indonesia serta melalui diskusi kelompok kepada 18 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah. Kerangka konsep menggunakan Logic Model dengan temuan bahwa dari sisi input, kepemimpinan guru UKS dan peran fasilitator lokal, dukungan anggaran dari mitra dan BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) serta kelengkapan media KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, Edukasi) telah mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan program School of Five di SDN Cigugur Tengah. Dari sisi aktivitas program, kegiatan pelatihan guru, pelatihan dokter kecil dan pelaksanaan sesi-sesi School of Five sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan tujuan dan dokumen perencanaan program. Dari sisi output program, 4 guru mendapatkan kapasitas tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dan dapat melaksanakan sesi-sesi School of Five kepada 289 siswa SDN Cigugur Tengah yang dibantu oleh 6 orang dokter kecil. Dari sisi oucome program, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap positif siswa terkait pencegahan COVID-19, tetapi motivasi menurun karena siswa merasa bosan. Perubahan perilaku terjadi pada saat program masih berlangsung, akan tetapi menjadi tidak rutin dilakukan setelah program selesai karena tidak ada penguatan melalui diary kebersihan yang dipantau oleh guru dan orangtua.

One of the COVID-19 prevention programs that have been carried out throughout 2020-2021 is the "School of Five" which is a communication approach for changing hygiene behavior that aims to increase the knowledge, motivation, and self-efficacy of elementary school students to practice hand washing with soap and hygiene. environment. Abstrak:
Anak-anak termasuk dalam kategori rentan terinfeksi COVID-19. Keputusan orang tua untuk memberikan izin kepada anaknya untuk divaksinasi atau tidak, bergantung pada kesediaan orang tua untuk menerima vaksin tersebut. IDAI menetapkan capaian vaksinasi sebesar 100% untuk PTM yang aman, sedangkan WHO menetapkan sebesar 70%. Cakupan vaksinasi COVID-19 untuk anak umur 6-11 tahun di Kecamatan Cakung hanya 65.57% untuk dosis pertama dan 33.59% untuk dosis kedua, angka cakupan ini merupakan yang paling rendah jika dibandingkan dengan kecamatan lain yang ada di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan penerimaan orang tua terhadap pemberian vaksin COVID-19 pada anak sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuisioner secara online. Responden penelitian berjumlah 394 orang tua dari murid sekolah dasar yang berada di Kecamatan Cakung. Analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik ganda model faktor risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 87.3% orang tua menerima pemberian vaksin COVID-19 untuk anak mereka. Persepsi manfaat (pValue: 0.018), persepsi hambatan (pValue: 0.018), dan pemicu bertindak (pValue: 0.001) merupakan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan penerimaan orang tua terhadap pemberian vaksin COVID-19. Pemicu bertindak menjadi variabel dominan yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan orang tua. Orang tua dengan pemicu bertindak yang tinggi cenderung menerima vaksin COVID-19 3,1 kali lebih besar dibanding dengan orang tua dengan pemicu bertindak rendah setelah dikontrol persepsi manfaat dan persepsi hambatan.

Jakarta Timur menjadi kota dengan jumlah SD terbanyak yang dibuka selama PTM, padahal kota tersebut memiliki penduduk yang paling banyak terinfeksi COVID- 19. Guru di sekolah memiliki peran penting selama PTM berlangsung, yaitu menjadi role model dalam menerapkan prokes di sekolah untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku prokes guru selama PTM di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain cross-sectional dengan total sampel 239 di 20 SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tautan google form yang disebarkan melalui grup WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor guru yang telah menerapkan perilaku protokol kesehatan dengan baik selama PTM adalah 11,2 dari skala 0-12. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan sikap dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan merupakan variabel yang berhubungan dengan penerapan perilaku prokes sedangkan dukungan sekolah merupakan konfonding pada hubungan tersebut. Sikap guru menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap penerapan perilaku prokes, guru yang bersikap mendukung prokes menerapkan perilaku prokes 3 kali dibanding guru yang tidak mendukung seteah dikontrol oleh dukungan tenaga kesehatan dan dukungan sekolah (OR= 3,08, 95% CI: 1,73-5,47, p=0,001). Sekolah harus memberikan pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada guru untuk tetap menerapkan perilaku prokes selama pandemi belum berakhir, disamping memperkuat vaksinasi bagi warga sekolah.
East Jakarta is the city with the highest number of elementary schools opened during face-to-face learning, even though the city has the most people infected with COVID-19. Teachers in schools have an important role during face-to-face learning, which is being a role model in implementing health protocols in schools to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors related to the behavior of teacher health programs during face-to-face learning in East Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with cross-sectional design. Total sample of this study was 239 in 20 elementary schools. Data collection is carried out through a google form link which is distributed through the WhatsApp group. The results showed that the average score of teachers who had implemented health protocol behaviors well during face-to-face learning was 11.2 on a scale of 0-12. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the attitude and support of health workers were variables related to the implementation of health care behavior while school support was a confounding variable. Attitude is the most dominant factor during the implementation of health protocol behavior (pvalue=0.001). Schools must provide guidance and assistance to teachers to continue implementing health protocol behaviors as long as the pandemic is not over, in addition to supporting vaccination programs for school residents.

Abstrak:
Latar belakang : COVID-19 merupakan jenis penyakit menular baru, yang ditemukan pada Desember 2019 dan menjadi pandemi di tahun 2020. Tenaga kesehatan merupakan garda depan yang berjuang melindungi masyarakat melawan pandemi COVID-19. Tingkat kematian nakes di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Belum ada obat untuk penyakit ini, dan satu-satunya cara adalah dengan mencegah paparan penyakit dengan protokol kesehatan tepat dan konsisten. Teori perilaku yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah health belief model. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan puskesmas, dalam masa pandemi di Indonesia tahun 2020. Metode penelitian: kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional, menggunakan data sekunder, hasil survei PPPKMI yang bekerja sama dengan PPK FKM UI, yang diselenggarakan pada webinar ke-8 PPPKMI di bulan Juni 2020. Variabel independen yang dipilih: faktor modifikasi, persepsi kerawanan, persepsi keseriusan, persepsi hambatan, dan isyarat bertindak, dengan variabel dependennya perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada Tenaga kesehatan puskesmas di Indonesia. Hasil: Sampel didapatkan 651 responden yang bekerja di Puskesmas, dengan perempuan 82%, usia terbanyak 2029 tahun, PNS 54,7% dan wilayah kerja pulau Jawa 62,7%. Proporsi tindakan yang dilakukan yaitu selalu memakai masker saat keluar rumah 93,7%, ditempat kerja 96,2%, selalu mencuci tangan 90%, selalu menjaga jarak 86,7%, dan ketersediaan masker harian≥3 buah 81,6%. Deskripsi mempraktikan perilaku pencegahan sebesar 97,75%. Variabel yang signifikan adalah jenis kelamin, wilayah kerja dan persepsi hambatan. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi hambatan menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas dengan p-value =0,000 OR.2,293

Health workers as the frontliner had to protect public from the COVID-19 infection. This study used Health Belief Model framework. Objective: To analyze the prevention behavior of COVID-19 among health workers at health centers, during the pandemic in Indonesia in 2020. Method: This study using cross-sectional approach on secondary data of the Association of Indonesian Public Health Educators and Educators (PPPKMI) 2020 in June 2020 survey. Selected variables consist of modification factors, perceived threats, perceived barriers, and cues to action. Whereas dependent variable wass the COVID-19 Prevention Behavior in Health Workers at the Puskesmas. Results: The total sample used was 651 respondents consist of 82% female, 20-29 years old, 54.3% civil servants and 66.2% working area in Java. The average of practicing preventive behavior was 97,75 points with the proportion of actions taken, namely always wearing mask when leaving the house 93,7%, at work 96.2%, always wash hands 90%, always keep a distance 85.7 and the availability of personal masks is above 96%. Latar Belakang : Kabupaten Karawang adalah salah satu daerah dengan kawasan industri terbesar di Indonesia. Tingginya jumlah pekerja di industri tersebut membuat klaster industri menjadi penyumbang kasus Covid-19 di wilayah Kab.Karawang. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor individu, faktor specific health belief, dan faktor lingkungan dengan perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) pencegahan Covid-19 pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Metode : Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Agustus ? September 2022 melalui survei online secara non-probablity sampling dengan sampel 454 pekerja. Hasil : Sebagian besar responden pekerja industri manufaktur memiliki perilaku yang baik (50.2%) dalam perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) pencegahan Covid-19 adalah pengetahuan (p value = 0.038, OR=1.66), dukungan keluarga (p value = 0.001, OR=2.23), & penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19 di tempat kerja (p value = 0.034, OR=1.66). Pekerja dengan dukungan keluarga yang rendah berpeluang 2.2 kali lebih tinggi memiliki perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan (3M) yang kurang dibandingkan pekerja dengan dukungan keluarga inti yang tinggi setelah dikontrol variabel pengetahuan, penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19, sikap, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi manfaat, dukungan rekan kerja, & dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan : Untuk meningkatkan perilaku penerapan pencegahan Covid-19 pekerja tetap perlu diberikan edukasi yang rutin oleh tenaga kesehatan dengan melibatkan keluarga pekerja serta didukung dengan pengawasan dari penerapan kebijakan pencegahan Covid-19 dari manajemen perusahaan.
Background: Karawang Regency is one of the areas with the largest industrial estate in Indonesia. The high number of workers in the industry makes the industrial cluster a contributor to Covid-19 cases in the Karawang Regency area. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between individual factors, specific health belief factors, and environmental factors with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) to prevent Covid-19 in manufacturing industry workers. Methods: The study design used was cross sectional. Data were collected in August - September 2022 through an online survey by non-probability sampling with a sample of 454 workers. Results: Most respondents of manufacturing industry workers have good behavior (50.2%) in the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M). The results of multivariate analysis show that the variables that have a significant relationship with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) for Covid-19 prevention are knowledge (p value = 0.038, OR = 1.66), family support (p value = 0.001, OR = 2.23), & implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies in the workplace (p value = 0.034, OR = 1.66). Workers with low family support were 2.2 times more likely to have poor health protocol implementation behavior than workers with high nuclear family support after controlling for variables of knowledge, implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies, attitudes, perceived vulnerability, perceived benefits, coworker support, & health worker support. Conclusion: To improve the behavior of implementing Covid-19 prevention, workers still need to be given routine education by health workers by involving workers' families and supported by supervision of the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention policy from company management.

Abstrak:
Hasil Survei Cepat PHBS tatanan sekolah tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan angka presentase pada hampir semua indikator PHBS Sekolah dibandingkan dengan hasil PHBS tatanan sekolah tahun 2013. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik demografi, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap siswa dengan PHBS siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Depok tahun 2014. Desain studi cross-sectional digunakan pada 143 siswa dari seluruh siswa sekolah dasar Kota Depok tahun 2014. Sebanyak 58,7% siswa mempunyai PHBS baik, tetapi perilaku menimbang berat badan dan mengukur tinggi badan setiap bulan, menggunakan jamban yang bersih dan sehat, dan perilaku mengkonsumsi jajanan sehat dari kantin sekolah masih kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur terhadap PHBS, pengetahuan terhadap PHBS dan sikap terhadap PHBS memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan PHBS, dimana siswa usia 10-13 tahun memiliki peluang 3,5 kali berperilaku PHBS baik dibandingkan siswa usia 6-9 tahun. Demikian pula dengan siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan baik memiliki peluang 3,7 kali untuk memiliki PHBS baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan siswa dengan sikap positif memiliki peluang 3,4 kali lebih besar untuk memiliki PHBS baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap PHBS.
This study was conducted through a rapid survey on clean and healthy living behavior or also known as Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat (PHBS) on a school base in 2014. The results showed that almost all indicators decreased compared to its result in 2013. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship between demography characteristics, knowledge, and attitude's elementary student in Depok, 2014. This study used cross-sectional design to 143 students of all elementary school in Depok. The results showed that 58,7% of the students were good in clean and healthy living behaviors. However, the behavior of weighing and measuring their height each month, using a clean and healthy latrine, and consuming healthy snacks from the cafetaria were still quite poor. This study also showed significant relationships between age, knowledge, and attitude towards clean and healthy living behaviors. Students age 10-13 had 3,5 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behavior compared to students age 6-9. Similarly, students who had good knowledge had 3,7 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behaviors compared to students who lack knowledge. Students with positive attitude had 3.4 opportunities to have a better clean and healthy living behaviors compared to students who had negative attitude towards it.

Abstrak:
Jajanan anak sekolah merupakan masalah yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Denganadanya beberapa kasus yang telah terjadi akibat makanan jajanan, orang tua mulaimelarang anaknya untuk membeli makanan jajanan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan dan faktor apa saja yang berhubungandengan kepatuhan siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar terhadap larangan membeli jajanantertentu oleh orang tua di SDN Ciputat VI Kecamatan Ciputat Kota TangerangSelatan tahun 2012. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional,sasaran siswa kelas 5 dengan total sampel 140 siswa. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, membawa bekalke sekolah dengan kepatuhan siswa terhadap larangan membeli jajanan tertentu olehorang tua (p<0,05). Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan siswa,sikap siswa, uang jajan, perilaku orang tua, dan teman sebaya dengan kepatuhansiswa terhadap larangan membeli jajanan tertentu oleh orang tua (p>0,05). Sebaiknyajajanan yang dijual harus lebih diperhatikan demi mendukung anak memilih jajananyang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of complianceand what factors are associated with adherence to Grade 5 elementary school to bancertain snacks purchased by parents at Chester Elementary School Chester DistrictVI South Tangerang City in 2012. The study design is cross-sectional, target grade 5with a total sample of 140 students. There results showed a significant associationbetween the sexes, bring lunch to school with the students adherence to theprohibition of certain snacks bought by parents (p <0.05). There is no significantrelationship between students 'knowledge, attitudes of students, pocket money,parents' behavior, and student peers in compliance with the ban on buying somesnacks by parents (p> 0.05). Should snacks sold must be considered in order tosupport the children choose snacks that are good.
