Hospital is a health facility that organizes health service activities. Apart from having a positive impact, hospitals also have a negative impact, namely the presence of waste generated from hospital activities, which if not handled properly will have an impact on public health and the environment. In March 2020 there was a non-natural disaster from the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia which caused the production of solid medical waste in hospitals to increase significantly, thus requiring an increase in its management capacity in terms of quantity and quality. Dr. Rumkital Mintohardjo as one of the covid19 referral hospitals has implemented waste management even though it is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the management of solid hazardous and toxic (B3) waste through a systems approach at Dr. Rumkital. Mintohardjo. This type of research is observational, which describes the B3 solid waste management system starting from the input, process, and output to find out the problems that exist in the hazardous solid waste management system at Dr. Rumkital. Mintohardjo. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from in-depth interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from reviewing existing documents. The problem at the input stage is the lack of officers in the environmental health department, while at the process stage the problem lies in the implementation procedure for B3 solid waste management which is still not optimal (not in accordance with the established standards) and the capacity of the incinerator machine which is not proportional to the amount of B3 waste generation. solid. At the output stage, it is expected that all solid hazardous waste generation will be managed properly. Because there are problems in the management of B3 solid waste, it is necessary to improve the management of B3 solid waste and regular management evaluations in order to create a healthy hospital environment

The Comprehensive Emergency Obstetrics and Newborn Care (CEmONC/PONEK) services are required to reduce maternal deaths and infant mortality in an easy and sufficient response time performance. Improving the response times in the behavior of caesarean sections at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya by means, the lean method could be established in this research. The aims of this research are to determine the value stream mapping of the flow, value added activities, non-value added activities and waste in the flow of services, and to prepare the future map in PONEK 's unit of RSUD dr Doris Sylvanus for the operational flow. This research used a qualitative approach using lean methods, by reviewing and evaluating data, and by carrying out insightful interviews with PONEK management, the patient and the family, respectively. The PONEK services run by dr. Doris Sylvanus required few things to be considered such as triage, registration, midwife and doctor evaluation, assessments, acts, prescription, cashiers, transfers and operating rooms. Cesarean section response time systems at RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus's PONEK facilities are based on some of the policy decisions on the pharmacy store, BDR/ PMI, cashier, relocation and surgical room. The results of this study showed that in the current state of the streaming value mapping, before and after intervention, 41.17% of the non valued added activities for the caesarean sections emergency have been used change to 33.9% while the value added activities were showed at 58.83 % change to 66.1% with the total lead time 114.4 minutes change to 49.2 minutes, so that appropriate steps were needed to shorten the caesarean sections response time mapping in PONEK service of dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital, Palangkaraya
To deal with COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, the Hospital Disaster Plan (HDP), which has been synonymous with natural disasters, must be implemented with various adjustments related to the interests of hospitals to protect their health workers. HDP already exists in the National Hospital Accreditation Standard (SNARS) which is an instrument in hospital accreditation. But so far, HDP has only been a complementary document for accreditation, without being simulated and socialized so that when this pandemic occurs, many hospitals are stuttering about it. Many health workers have fallen victim to this pandemic. Regardless of being exposed at work or not, health workers are the people most at risk of contracting this Corona virus. This thesis discusses the performance of HDP implementation at H. Hanafie Muara Bungo Hospital which has activated the HDP system since March 2020. To obtain good performance in HDP implementation, it is necessary to have a good financial system, resources and work implementation so that patients and staff feel safe from transmission. virus. The approach that can be used to evaluate the performance of these four aspects is the Balanced Scorecard. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a quantitative and qualitative approach (mixed method). The instruments used for this research are questionnaires and in-depth interview guides. The population is all staff at H. Hanafie Muara Bungo Hospital and the sample is taken by purposive sampling method. A total of 226 samples from the hospital staff for the customer perspective, and 112 samples from the HDP team for the other three perspectives. The results showed that H. Hanafie Hospital had implemented HDP quite well. The level of agreement for the customer perspective is considered quite good, which is 61%. The customer perspective is assessed based on the subvariables of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy; the internal process perspective is considered to have a fairly good performance, namely 60.4%. From this perspective, it is necessary to improve the communication and coordination of the HDP team on a regular basis; the learning and growth perspective is considered to have a fairly good performance with an agreement level of 70%. This perspective is assessed from three sub-variables, namely worker capability, information system capability and employee motivation. HDP's work system has been equipped with a good information system and committed members, so it is necessary to immediately find a solution for incentives that are not liquid in order to maintain the spirit of team work. and the financial perspective that is considered to have less performance is 51.3%. This perspective looks at the budget and realization of HDP activities at H. Hanafie Hospital. So far there has been no budget and realization for HDP activities. From this research it can be seen that good coordination and cooperation is needed from all parties in order to carry out HDP properly in order to protect all elements in the hospital, both staff, patients and visitors
